Esta fabulosa propiedad independiente se encuentra a las afueras de la apacible localidad de Magagnosc, justo encima de Valbonne y ofrece las vistas panorámicas más espectaculares de su jardín con terraza hasta la costa mediterránea. La Soleillade está perfectamente ubicado para explorar los famosos pueblos y la rica cultura de los Alpes Marítimos, y para aquellas familias que buscan un descanso reparador o unas vacaciones llenas de actividades.

La cocina moderna, liviana, de planta abierta, con una gran nevera-congelador, una nevera para vinos y una barra para el desayuno está totalmente equipada para todas sus necesidades de entretenimiento. La hermosa sala de estar y el comedor conducen a la terraza orientada al sur, con su gran piscina de mosaico y barbacoa de piedra a un lado. Debajo de la terraza se encuentra un jardín grande, hermoso y aislado que hará las delicias de los entusiastas con sus coloridas camas y muchos olivos, cipreses y árboles frutales, ofreciendo espacio y tranquilidad en varios niveles.

La villa tiene seis habitaciones dobles, cinco de ellas con baño en suite y una sala de ducha separada en la planta baja. Todas las habitaciones son amplias y luminosas. El dormitorio principal ofrece suficiente espacio para una cuna adicional, y uno de los dormitorios tiene una tercera cama si es necesario.

El acceso por carretera es fácil, el aeropuerto de Niza está a solo 25 km y hay mucho espacio de estacionamiento seguro.

Wonderfull House.

A very large, spacious and well-functioning house. the house is tastefully and functionally furnished and there is the possibility of privacy even with many guests. the kitchen has 2 dishwashers and is extremely well equipped to cook any kind of food for many people. the pool and the large garden are lovely and well maintained. There are plenty of opportunities to play outside in the pool, table tennis. In the house there are many games and books. The host and the staff (cleaning, pool man and garderer was very helpfull. It is really a place We can recommend.

We have a fantastic time, the Villa and views were amazing, the villa has everything you could possibly need, i were celebrating a big Birthday with my family, the grandchildren spent hour in the pool even though it was cold they didn’t care, Bettina was always available if we had any question’s as was Jacqueline, we will defiantly return

Nous avons séjourné à 11 personnes. La maison est grande, spacieuse et parfaitement équipé. La maison est idéalement situé pour visiter la région (Grasse, Cannes, Nice, Monaco), tout en étant située à l'écart des centres-villes pour avoir un maximum de calme et de quiétude. Les échanges avec Bettina et Zohra ont été très bons.

Amazing, Incredible, Wonderful, Accessible!!

Our stay at La Soleillade was amazing. We could not fault the villa, the location, the description, the memories made! We have children who are wheelchair users and the property was so accessible for them. The hallways and doors were wide enough. Having direct access to the patio from the ground floor bedrooms and the livings room made life so easy! The house keeper is very knowledgeable, kind and friendly. The owners were quick to respond to any issues we had, and checked in to check we were ok following the issue being sorted (It was just the pool skimmers). Having the cleaner and pool/garden maintenance visit weekly was a real added luxury. During our stay we visited Valbonne, Lac De Saint Croissen, Monaco, Nice, Antibes, St Tropez and Port Grimaud.

Wonderful stay in a fabulous villa!

We were ten adults who had planned this trip over a year in advance and we really enjoyed our stay! The villa was located in the village of Grasse-Magagnosc, about 30 minutes from the Nice airport and 30 minutes from downtown Nice. We had three rental cars and there was plenty of room to park the cars in the spacious courtyard. The villa had been recently repainted and the large kitchen newly remodeled: it includes two dishwashers, two farmhouse sinks, a wine refrigerator, a large refrigerator/freezer, a large oven with induction cooktop/grill, range hood and a marvelous array of built-ins/storage space in the kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with everything that you need to prepare a simple meal or gourmet dinner. We were able to enjoy the wonderful views of the Mediterranean landscape, the manicured grounds with beautiful flowers and the lovely pool from the large living room with floor to ceiling glass windows. Our group tech guru was able to login to his Netflix account through the TV so we were able to watch a few late night movies. We also enjoyed dining outside outside on the deck, in the glass enclosed dining room as well in the formal dining room. The bedrooms are spread over three levels which allows space for everyone and they are all nicely decorated with plenty of storage. The five ensuite baths also have heated towel racks, a unexpected extra. There is a separate lounge downstairs with a large sofa, television and foos ball table addition to two washing machines and two dryers, making it very convenient to head home with a suitcase full of clean clothes. We traveled in May so we did not need the heater, to light the fireplace or use the AC. There is a very well stocked supermarket (Casino) about 10 minutes from the villa which we visited often and a variety of restaurants close by. The Wifi works very well in the bedrooms and the main living/dining area but could be a little stronger in other areas but it is my understanding that they will be upgrading the system next year. Google Maps works very well in France/rental cars and is pretty accurate overall. Uber does service the villa but you might have to wait a little bit at busy times as there are not a lot of drivers. Our only regret was that we had only rented the villa for one week- all too soon it was time to depart and return home but we will definitely be back and will be renting the same villa! We are looking forward to our return stay.

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht bis hin zum Meer. Das Haus verfügt über 3 Ebenen, die Zimmer jeweils mit eigenem Badezimmer. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Platz, Arbeitsflächen und Geschirr für mindestens 12 Personen. Die Terrasse ist top und der verglaste Essbereich super bei windigem Wetter. Der Pool ist schön, allerdings eher flach und eine kleine Einstiegshilfe wäre noch nützlich Das ganze Haus und der tolle Garten sind sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Besitzer waren sehr zuvorkommend, persönlich und freundlich. Ein Aufenthalt wie man ihn sich nur wünschen kann und für alt und jung geeignet.

Wunderschönes Haus mit Topausstattung

Wunderschönes Haus mit einer Topausstattung (insbesondere die Küche). Der Pool ist aufgrund seiner Größe und Tiefe hervorragend zum Schwimmen und Spielen geeignet. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse ist herrlich. Das Haus eignet sich hervorragend für 12 Personen. Es ist alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht. Die Kommunikation und Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert.

Underbart hus

Vi hade en fantastisk vecka i detta underbart vackra hus. Allt var större o bättre än vi förväntat oss så beskrivningen av huset stämmer så bra. Vi åt alla måltider på den underbara terrassen, grillade och njöt av den fantastiska vyn över landskapet o havet på håll. Vi spelade pingis och vi badade i Poolen som båda låg i direkt anslutning till terrassen. Poolen blev flitigt använd flera gånger om dagen hela veckan då vi hade en varm o solig vecka! Köket hade allt man behövde ha och var stort o rymligt för att flera personer samtidigt kunde hjälpas åt att jobba där. Läget på huset är i en liten by som inte hade så många affärer, så man fick planera sina inköp, det tog ca 10-15 min med bil till närmsta affär och ner till havet ca 30-40 min! Vi gjorde flera utflykter: Grasse, Nice, Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat, Gorges du Verdon, La Mandelieu-la-Napoule. Vi är alla så nöjda med resan, huset och ägarna Gunn som vi hade äran att träffa, samt Jaquline och Zorha! Stort TACK för allt, vi rekommenderar varmt detta hus och Vi kommer gärna tillbaka! Kramar

Superbes vacances à Magagnosc

La propriété est grande tant à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur. La vue est grandiose. Vu cette surface , chacun y trouve son plaisir, sa tranquillité s'il le désire. Nous étions très bien accueillis par Jacqueline et la propriétaire nous avait envoyé un mail complet avec toutes les explications utiles. Le contact indirect par mail a toujours été cordial avec elle. La région est à découvrir. Bref beau séjour à recommander pour une famille nombreuse.

A very comfortable villa with wonderful amenities and fabulous views

Our multi-generational family of 13 (ages 2 to 70) arrived (do follow the owner’s driving directions!!!) at the beginning of France’s record heat wave to find a comfortable villa with plenty of outdoor space and a refreshing pool for all to enjoy. We were greeted by the property manager who gave us a tour of the house and instructions on the use of the many amenities, including the pool alarm, security system, washers and dryers and kitchen appliances. We found the villa to be spacious with bedrooms on three levels and bathrooms for all couples and children. We spent most our time outside, with an absolutely gorgeous view to the Mediterranean Sea but the indoor dining rooms and common living spaces were well furnished and comfortable, with televisions, games and books. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed several family dinners together. The recommendations for restaurants met with approval from all, particularly the pizza place which we all enjoyed with its outdoor dining, great menu selections and convenience to the house. We did take several day trips to different villages and beaches in the area and found the location convenient to our needs. While we experienced minor issues with plumbing, the owner and property manager were quick to respond and arranged for repairs immediately. With no inconvenience to us. Instructions were clear in the welcome packet and we had no surprises. We highly recommend La Soleillade and hope to be able to return someday soon! Many thanks for helping to make our family stay so enjoyable.

Fantastic position and amenities, wonderful

We were a family of 11, celebrating 3 birthdays, and it could not have been better. A floor for each family, plenty of bathrooms, wonderful kitchen and laundry. We all enjoyed the beautiful pool, surrounded by lovely loungers and chairs. We all played table-tennis and used the large barbecue. Plenty of games were played around the large garden and the boules court held family challenges. Great selection of books, maps and suggestions for outings. Wonderful paintings everywhere we looked. The view is magnificent towards the Mediterranean. We ate outside all the time, under the awning and enjoyed being surrounded by copious geraniums, petunias and oleander . A wonderful holiday in a perfect setting.

Ein herrlicher Ort um die Côte d'Azur zu erleben

Mit 5 Paaren und einem Hund war dieses Haus mehr als groß genug. Jeden Morgen ging es in den Pool, der Blick von der Terrasse ist fantastisch, in der Ferne strahlt das Blau der Côte d'Azur. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet mit neuester Technik und riesigem Kühlschrank, im Garten steht ein großer Doppel-Grill. Jeden Abend haben wir uns selbst versorgt, wir haben es genossen, den Blick bis in die Nacht über die Küste schweifen zu lassen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt. Vor einem liegen Strand, Kultur und Shopping, hinter dem Haus beginnt sofort die Natur. Ideal zum Wandern und wie in unserem Fall zum Rennradfahren durch Schluchten und über die Pässe. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin Bettina lief klasse, die Schlüsselübergabe mit Jaqueline war sehr spaßig, sie spricht zwar nur französisch, aber wozu hat man Hände und Füße? Unsere Ausflugstipps: Mit dem Bike über den Col de Vence (in Coursegoules ein Bierchen), von Courmes aus eine Wanderung auf den Puy de Tourrettes und den Pic de Tourrettes (Bartgeier beobachten!!), Essen gehen in Tourettes de Vence, die Stiftung Maeght in St. Paul de Vence ansehen (z. Zt. Christo-Ölfässer), am Strand von LaBocca ins Meer springen, und immer wieder auf der Terrasse der Soleillade liegen ... perfekt!

Traumurlaub in Traumhaus

Die einwöchige Reise mit unseres Freundesgruppe war einfach perfekt. Angefangen mit dem freundlichen Kontakt zu Bettina, der Hausbesitzerin, über die vollständige Ausstattung des Hauses, die Sauberkeit, den herrlichen Pool, bis hin zum atemberaubenden Blick vom Grundstück des Hauses. In La Soleillade kann wirklich wohnen, nicht nur sich aufhalten. Für größere Familien oder Gruppen absolut bestens! Es klingt vielleicht banal, aber es ist wirklich so: wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt.

A perfect family holiday

Our family of two adults and four children (6 - 10 years) had an idyllic week in this gorgeous house. There were many highlights - the garden and spectacular views, the beautiful pool so accessible from the house, the gourmet kitchen and the layout. The different levels and many rooms meant everybody had enough space. The house could easily accommodate two or three families. The weather was mixed but it didn't affect us. The house has plenty of activities to keep children occupied; in particular the air hockey table. The magnificent windows in the conservatory meant we could enjoy the view regardless of the temperature! We enjoyed visiting the historic villages in the surrounding area and the easy trips to the beach. Our children also enjoyed horse riding and the adventure playgrounds close by. The owners made us feel very welcome with fruit, wine, beer and flowers upon arrival. We would recommend the property for families or just adults. It works brilliantly for both! Family friendly with space and privacy

We had a great stay over Easter. The property is spacious and fully modernised with high quality fittings throughout the house with a kitchen fit for foodies. All the rooms have plenty of natural light, especially the dining and sitting rooms. Being arranged over three floors with a range of places to go outside there was plenty of room and places for people to relax in peace and quiet. What made the property stand out was the size of the garden and being wooded at its fringes, the complete sense of privacy, despite being near the villages and amenities and enjoying a remarkable view towards the coast from the sitting room and the terraces. There is a good range of eateries in the area, all the way up to Michelin standard and a good selection of food and wines from various shops within three miles of the property. It can be heartily recommended for families, with its extras such as table tennis, a useful library and plenty of games. Dr David & Mrs Pauline Lloyd Owen, Wales.

A great holiday!

Never have we stayed in a more beautifully equipped house, it had absolutely everything you could wish for, and was so comfy and charming. We really enjoyed cooking in the hi-tech kitchen, which was just as well, as nobody wanted to go out anywhere, they were so happy staying on the gorgeous terrace, sunbathing, swimming and looking at the view. A great holiday, thank you so much, from Mandy and the girls.

Super schöne Villa

Wir haben in diesem Sommer Ferien dort mit 6 Erwachsenen und 7 Teenis gemacht. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet und bietet viele Möglichkeiten, sich zurückzuziehen. Wir haben in der tollen Küche sehr schöne Kochabende verbracht. Wir können das Haus unbedingt weiterempfehlen. Die Fotos im Netz geben längst nicht das wieder, was das Haus zu bieten hat. Eine wunderschöne Aussicht, tolle Ausstattung und ein nettes kleines Dorf gleich nebenan! Auch mit den Vermietern hat alles bestens geklappt!!!
