West Maui Kaanapali Papakea 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, capacidad para 6 personas, condominio en planta baja a 100 yardas de la orilla del océano. Disfrute de una cena o un cóctel con la impresionante vista al estanque y al jardín.

Cocina y baños renovados con encimeras de azulejos / granito. Sala de aire acondicionado. Lavadora y secadora apiladas. Incluye una cocina completamente surtida. Ventiladores de techo en dormitorios y salón. Sala de estar tiene un aire acondicionado de ventana. Televisores de pantalla plana y reproductores de DVD en salón y dormitorio. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king. Dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas individuales. La sala tiene un sofá cama grande, mesa de comedor con 6 sillas y 2 taburetes. Camine 100 yardas para darse un chapuzón en el océano o hacer snorkel con los peces. Realmente puedes disfrutar del paraíso sin salir del resort. El Papakea Resort está situado en la playa de North Kaanapali. Papakea tiene 13 acres de exuberantes jardines tropicales con puentes peatonales y estanques Koi. Great unit in a great location. A few issues came up but staff was responsive. AC only in living room but if you set up fans you can direct some of the cold to the bedrooms.

Excellent location

Nice condo with ground level access and the lanai opens out to a koi pond. It is close to the pool that has bbqs and also about 200 yards from the beach. Awesome place and location!

The unit was in good condition & comfortable.We liked having a garden unit especially with kids.There were beach chairs & towels which made it very convenientThe air conditioner was only in the front room, but the ceiling fans and box fan kept the back rooms cool.The window coverings were nice & were sufficient for blocking out sun & lightThe screen door for the slider was very difficult to open & close. The patio was a bit crowded as there were several chairs and 2 tables. We think it would be easier to navigate with a couple less chairs or a smaller table. We had a great stay and would gladly return.

Great place to stay

Came for a few birthdays with friends and the pool area was great to bbq and celebrate. Great location. We have stayed at papakea 4 times now and our kids love it. If you love poke go to food farm's store by Ross. So much cheeper and easy better than maui fosh market. Also love the medditeranian pizza place by the times market. Over all great stay

Beautiful location

Perfect ground level for my 81 year old Mom with mobility issues; peaceful property. Kitchen stocked with everything we needed including a blender! Awesome to have two boogie boards and beach towels and beach chairs to use. We had 7 total people and were very comfortable.

I WISH the check out was one more hour (10am check out was a challenge) but the clean up list/requests wasn’t crazy. The condo was stocked with lots of essentials in the kitchen. They also had several hairdryers and curling irons, so save room in your bags and leave yours home! Was kinda bummed both snorkel masks in the condo leaked. The umbrella was also flimsy and just blew inside out. One of the lawn chairs was also broke. The boogie boards were fun! Definitely check out the gear first day so you can go rent gear that you need. The place was clean and was in a great location! Bed was a bit uncomfortable, and had a piece of plywood to give it more structure? Living room couch SUPER rock hard and uncomfortable.

Maui is the Best

Love the resort! Safe, Clean and people friendly. Accommodations were exactly as advertised. 1st floor is a bonus as you do not have to take the stairwell to get to the pool you can just walk out the patio door. Had some issues with the sofa sleeper but the maintenance addressed it right away. Would come back to this resort for sure!

Everything we needed

Our family had a great time at Papakea. The condo had everything we needed for our stay in the Kaanapali area. There is no beach directly in front of the condo complex, but you can access some a smaller beach directly next to the condos and then the larger Kaanaapali beach and boardwalk in a 10-minute walk. We watched beautiful sunsets and saw whales in the distance and turtles swimming by - all from the seawall / grassy lawn area! It's a nice, quiet condo and a great home base to explore the area.

Very comfortable and relaxing

Our condo was excellent. Perfect spot right next to the koi pond and a short distance to the pool and ocean. We loved being on the bottom floor. The use of beach chairs and towels were convenient. Having ice ready in the freezer a plus! Everything we needed was there. The beds were very comfortable. We would love to come back and stay there again! Highly recommend.

Great location!

Place was very suitable for our group. It was clean and well-appointed. The out-dated pull-out bed mattress was not good so we ended up putting it on the floor. It was much more comfortable but really, you need a new sofa bed. Also, you only have 2 beach chairs for a place that accommodates four people minimum. It would be nice if all members of the group could have a beach chair. Thanks!

It was clean and quiet and a neural location for West Maui adventures. We utilized the barbecues often with the ocean view while our food cooked! It’s not advertised with an ocean view, but from the lanai there is a decent view. There are three TV’s in this unit but not a one was turned on during our stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We've been staying at Papakea for a couple weeks in the winter for over a decade with the exception of winter 2021 due to covid. We've stayed in several different units, we always enjoy our time and love this low density resort. This unit is fine, adequate, will do. It definitely has some deferred maintenance that is pretty disappointing with a unit in this price range(the stove is missing buttons, the towel rack in the master fell off the wall if you touched the towel on it). The appliances, finishes and furniture were likely part of the original "package" that could be purchased to furnish the unit and are very overdue for an upgrade. Will we be back to Papakea? YES! Will we rent this unit again? No. We moved to another unit (we added another week and this one was booked already) and for a lower rate have a signficantly upgraded unit.
