Hermosa villa tradicional con una de las vistas más hermosas del mundo del mar y las montañas. Citado por Robert Trussel Lexington, Kentucky, EE.UU. Deia - Andew Lloyd Webber, uno de nuestros vecinos, escribió un artículo en el Times diciendo que Deia tenía, en su opinión, la mejor cocina y restaurantes en el Mediterráneo. Hay al menos 5 restaurantes de primera clase en Deia, la mayoría de ellos cerca a pie de la villa. La propiedad está amueblada con muebles de calidad superior, tiene la mezcla perfecta entre la vida Mediterránea con todas las comodidades modernas. Hay una gran piscina privada climatizada con escalones en la parte baja. La piscina está rodeada por una gran terraza y un jardín plantado con árboles. La propiedad está en un terreno cercado donde encontrará palmeras, olivos y árboles frutales. Destaca la gran terraza que atraviesa el frente de la propiedad, tiene varios asientos y espacios para broncearse, así como una gran área de barbacoa.

Una semana para recordar

La casa no puede estar mejor situada, desde cada rincón se disfruta de la paz y la belleza del entorno. Es una casa muy acogedora, decorada a la manera tradicional de esta zona de la isla, detallista y a la vez sobria. La única pega (por poner alguna) quizás sea que hay dos habitaciones que comparten baño. De cualquier manera hemos pasado una semana muy agradable entre amigos y esta casa a tenido mucho que ver en que todo haya sucedido de un modo alegre y distendido. M J R O JJ J F J

Amazing property

Every year for the past six years, we’ve traveled to Europe for our summer vacation, and this was one of the best houses we’ve stayed at. The home is incredibly spacious, with multiple terraces and areas to relax, all offering stunning views, especially of the sunset. The air conditioning throughout the house worked perfectly, which made a big difference during the warm days. We also appreciated the abundance of towels and thoughtful touches that made everything feel easy and comfortable. The location is excellent, within walking distance to the village, yet quiet and peaceful. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-equipped, and relaxing place to stay.

Family party

We were celebrating a 40th wedding anniversary with a multi generational group. Plenty of room for all, a beautiful, homely but stylish villa. Near enough to Deia to walk in which was great. Rocky cove with restaurants nearby,sandy beach 20 mins.

Perfect Hideaway.

We stayed for 7 nights in this secluded place above Déia. The property was as stated and even the kitchen was more then properly equipped to cook for a party of 10. All in a perfect get away either with friends of just family.

Wonderful villa in an amazing part of Mallorca with fantastic views from different vistas. The villa is clean and well appointed with plenty of space and the annex was perfect for our extended group. An Exceptional Property!

Can Winando has a breath-taking view with beautiful sunsets! Perfect for our three couples with additional space for more. Loved the pool, and used the outdoor dining terrace morning, noon and night. Comfortable beds and lots of space. Beautiful, old-world charm with all the modern amenities. Kitchen was super accommodating and we used it often. Nice walk to Deia to restaurants. Inez was an excellent host, showing us around and checking in mid-week. Our ten days were enjoyed thoroughly. We highly recommend this property!

Excellent House for Family Vacation

From booking to check out , this was a very positive experience especially since we didn’t know much about the island. Inez , the property manager was extremely helpful and provided lots of good recommendations. She met us to let us in and then checked back through out the week. The house has a beautiful view overlooking the sea. We were really impressed with how well stocked the kitchen was which allowed us to cook whatever we wanted. The rooms are spacious and there are lots of areas to escape to if you want your own privacy. It works well for families.I highly recommend this property and hope I can return in the future. Judy M

Fabulous family holiday

Stopped for a week in August 2023 as a party of 11 to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary and our grandsons 8th birthday. The villa was amazing and easily had enough space for us all (8 adults and 3 children). The location was great with fabulous sea views from the villa and it was easy to walk into Deià or catch the bus to Palma and Sóller. Only downside was a week was not long enough!

Amazing villa and wonderful family holiday

We booked this villa to celebrate my mum's 80th and we had an amazing week. The villa catered very well for all the different ages, the guest house was a big hit with the teens. The pool was great and all areas were very comfortable and spacious. Deia is also a charming place, lots of great places to eat and drink and surprisingly lively at night! Inez was also super helpful when we needed her, highly recommend!

Best views in Deia

We had yet another fantastic stay at this amazing house. Having spent more than 20 vacations on Mallorca, this is our favorite place to be. Location in S'Empeltada is perfect, Deia within walking distance and amazing views over the mountains and the sea. Owner and housekeeper both go out of their way to make you feel welcome. We never wanted to leave, and will for sure come back!

Perfection

Our two families (4 parents and 5 grown children, ages 18-22) visited Mallorca for a family wedding. The house and the town / location were ideal, as was the weather. We rented a car for day trips (Palma, Valldemossa, Cala d’Or, Fornalutz, Finca son Berga) and it was relaxing and idyllic. Inez the property manager was great- informative, pleasant and accessible. The house was clean and so comfortable- lots of common areas, all air conditioned, the pool was also clean and the perfect temp. We were all delighted with the property and hope to return sometime!

ABSOLUTELY STUNNING

We wanted to rent a villa close to Son Marriog where our daughter was getting married. From the moment that we drove through the gated property my jaw dropped & became speechless, the photographs don't do the property justice. The elevated views are nothing short of stunning, the layout is beautiful, furnishings luxurious, beds are like sleeping on clouds & the kitchen is superbly equipt. The Property Manager is very efficient, friendly, helpful & couldn't have done any more to make our stay any better. We really cannot wait to return to this magnificant Villa - you will not be dissapointed I can assure you.

Lovely property with the best views in Deia

This is our facourite place to be on Mallorca, a lovely property in S’empaltada, a few minutes walk from Deia. The house is well laid out, and was very comfortable for our family group of 8. The house sits in a beautiful, undisturbed garden with multiple terrasses and a fantastic view of the mountain and the sea including first row seats for the sunset. The owner amd housekeeper are very friendly and helpful and everything was as described - or better!
