Este 3 dormitorios, 2 baños Villa goza de una gran ubicación en la esquina del desarrollo Marina View en Coral Bay, justo al otro lado de la Ascos hotel. Esta es una villa bien equipada, que ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio. Perfectamente ubicado como el corazón de la Bahía de Coral se encuentra a pocos pasos de distancia. Un montón de bares y restaurantes para elegir de aquí de la cocina local chipriota, italiano, chino, indio y un gran restaurante Teppanyaki japonés. La villa es un diseño Paschali, así que tiene buen tamaño, luz y agradables habitaciones con salón de planta abierta, comedor con puertas que dan a la terraza y zona de piscina exterior. La cocina está totalmente equipada y atractiva, con barra de desayuno con zona de comedor. En la planta baja hay un dormitorio con dos camas que tiene puertas que dan a la zona de patio exterior y piscina - y también fácil acceso a un baño con ducha y WC. En la planta superior, hay dos dormitorios, uno doble y doble maestro. Estas dos habitaciones comparten un cuarto de baño con bañera y ducha, así como lavabo y WC. Tanto las habitaciones en el 1er piso tienen acceso al enorme balcón que ofrece vistas al mar con muebles de salón, comedor y tumbonas. Mesa y sillas para disfrutar de un Gin Tonic n al atardecer. Tumbonas para tomar el sol durante el día. y muebles de salón para relajarse. Al hospedarse con nosotros, usted es elegible para descuentos en muchas atracciones turísticas y restaurantes.

Had a lovely 2 week stay at Villa Potima. Lots of good points but the standouts for us was the fab big pool, the location to the strip, just a couple of minutes walk and the water pressure low water pressure has spoilt my holiday before now! We didn't give 5 stars because it was a little noisy for us, not massively, We're usually more remote so not used to any noisy. We had a problem with the aircon but that was fixed within a couple of days. We would definitely stay again.

Zum Verwalter hatten wir keinen Kontakt. Es gab keine Reaktion, nachdem wir unsere Ankunft mitgeteilt hatten. War aber auch nicht schlimm, da der Schlüssel einfach zu finden war. Im Kühlschrank befanden sich frisches Brot, Marmelade, Wasser etc., eine tolle Geste des Gastgebers.Das Haus war sauber und ok, 1 Klimaanlage war defekt, diesen Raum haben wir aber eh nicht genutzt. Der Pool war sauber und wurde 2 x wöchentlich gereinigt. Die Lage des Hauses ist recht zentral, es liegt aber an einer ziemlich viel befahrenen Straße, daher war es auf der unteren Terrasse relativ laut. Die weitere Umgebung ist landschaftlich wunderschön. Insgesamt hatten wir einen schönen und erholsamen Urlaub.

We stayed in this lovely villa for 10 days and it was fantastic! We were four adults and two babies and felt it really met our needs. The pool is awesome and really good size. The hosts were very helpful and gave us lots of great recommendations. Because of the way the villa is laid out there are loads of different spots for a meal which kept it varied. We loved the bbq. We hired a car but think that it would be easy to be there without one as there are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance, but villa itself is nice and peaceful.

Great Villa - Lovely pool, so warm - Ideally located - you don’t need a car but we hired one directly across the road from Villa - Transfer was there when we landed - we requested lactose free milk and it was there in the fridge when we arrived. . Check-in was very easy with key safe code. Air-con very affective. Kitchen utensils good but only used glasses and a few bits. Needed a bulb replaced and it was rectified within a few hours. Can’t fault it. Thanks.

Great location for beaches and dining

10 day stay at this property was fantastic. The villa met our expectations physically. The location was very convenient. Walking distance from excellent restaurants, groceries, and shops. 6 minute drive to the best beach in the area. If I ever find myself in Cyprus again I will definitely consider staying again.

The villa was in a great location. Close to all you need. The villa itself was just what you see in the photos so that was great. There was a great manual that’s been put together with everything you need to know. Would definitely recommend.

We have had a fantastic holiday from start to finish in this villa- location was perfect restaurants and bars friendly with fabulous food for all. The Villa was clean and tidy just a few tweaks needed to make it 5 star - updating furniture and replacing a few curtain rings chairs etc The management was fantastic from start to finish - pool maintained bedding and towels changed and quick to rectify any issues. The recommendations and discount codes were so helpful. The management and communication really made this holiday for us all . I will be looking at booking and staying again next year Thanks for having us x

Absolutely Wonderful!

Just got back from a two week stay in the villa, this is our second time staying at this villa and it was fantastic. The villa is located down a side road off the start of the strip of Coral Bay so although nice and quiet its a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants and bars, of which there are plenty of choice. We ate out most nights and especially enjoyed, the Italian Tratorria Lavigne, Sala Thai and traditional Cypriot restaurant Seriani. Food was amazing and such good value, drinks and eating out is cheap in Coral Bay. There's a couple of supermarkets within 5 minutes or if you go a bit further, 10 mins away is a bigger lovely supermarket with lovely fresh produce and they even drive you home with your shopping for free! The villa is perfect for families, we have 3 children who all loved it, the pool is a good size and so warm, bedrooms and living area all have air conditioning which was needed as was very hot! Weekly bed & towel change and pool cleaned too. Beach is about a 15 minute walk and is simply beautiful. We got a bus to Paphos harbour a couple of times, it was really easy and well worth a visit as lovely restaurants right by the Harbour. Lisa and Flexi booked us our taxi to and from the villa and were always on hand if we needed them, excellent hosts! There was a lovely welcome pack of bread, cheese, ham, water and milk etc when we arrived which was very thoughtful. Will definitely be returning again, excellent value for money and a great holiday guaranteed.

Great holiday

Nice clean villa in 5 minutes walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Local supermarket has got everything you could want and will deliver your shopping if you don’t hire a car. We have stayed in the Paphos area many times but this was our first stay in Coral Bay and we loved it.

A Central Base to See Everything

A Villa within walking distance to most amenities. An excellent supermarket – Philipos with free delivery (a taxi service) – the range of goods was very impressive, including products from Waitrose. Other reviewers have commented on the need for a bit of TLC and one has commented on traffic noise to the hotel. The noise situation was difficult for us to access as the Strip was closed, so a considerable amount of contractor traffic passed the Villa, which was loud. Hopefully this will decrease when the Strip is open. The communication with Lisa and Felix was excellent. We had a good holiday and walked everywhere.

We stayed at this lovely villa for 2 weeks this month. Owners Lisa and Felix could not have been more attentive. All queries responded to very quickly. The welcome pack waiting for us when we arrived was such a surprise and most welcome. Airport transfers arranged for us. Would highly recommend and will definitely rebook. Ideal for access to the Main Street and all the amenities.

Great location

Great location within walking distance of lots of restaurants & bars, both traditional & modern. The villa itself is lovely, however needs some TLC! The overall cleanliness was ok but could of been a lot better, the outside pool area was good but down the side of the villa near the gate (we felt needed a lock on too) was rather messy the bbq needs replacing. The pool was cleaned twice during our stay, however a cover is needed for overnight to keep tree debris & bugs out! No cleaning or change of bedding for a 10 night stay, we felt after 7 days this should of been included. The communication before we arrived & on the day we arrived was excellent, up until we reported a couple of problems on the day of arrival then we were ignored, therefore we had to put up with placing towels on the upstairs bathroom floor as the shower curtain isn’t suffice to keep the water in the bath & no air conditioning in the lounge. We also didn’t think there was enough crocks in the kitchen if we’d of wanted to cater properly, this didn’t bother us as we ate out mostly! Coral Bay beach is around 20 mins walk & has great facilities & the hire of 2 sun-beds & an umbrella is €7.50, great value. Overall we had a fabulous holiday but would not return due to the issues mentioned, which is a shame.

Fantastic holiday

The villa was very clean and had everything we wanted. Location was perfect. Walking distance to lots of restaurants/bars and supermarket yet quiet. Coral Bay beach is 5 minute drive or 15 minutes walk. Lisa and Felix were wonderful throughout booking process and also when we had a query during our stay. Will definitely stay again.

Excellent base in Coral Bay

Everything was great about the Villa, the location was good, lovely set up inside and the pool was cleaned every few days. Great welcome pack of food was really appreciated, especially arriving in the evening, it meant that breakfast was sorted for the next morning! Lisa and Felix were very attentive and helpful, especially when the hot water failed and the pump needed to be fixed! Electrician was out within the hour and it was all sorted, better service than you’d receive in the UK. I’d recommend the property as a great base to explore western Cyprus. We used the pool, went to the beach and headed to Cap St George, Polis, into Paphos and up into the Troodos. Local restaurants were great - especially Corallo and Lekanto.

Amazing

4 mature ladies everything we needed. If we had to critise anything it's the sunloungers really could do with cushions and though obviously not owners doing but lounger space limited at pool. And the trees at next villa so high we lost 2 plus hours of sun every evening. Like I said not being petty just pointing out these issues that were our only gripe. Highly recommend villa ideal for us and we have rented alot of villas over the years Dee Evelyn Mary & Stella

Lovely Villa

We have just come back from a fortnight at the villa and would definitely book again. The villa is perfect for families, fantastic large pool, air conditioning in all bedrooms and main living area, 5 mins walk to all restaurants and bars and Wi-Fi which is needed with three children! When we arrived we had milk, ham, cheese, bread, tea, coffee which was perfect. Lisa had left us a folder full of useful information, we had a problem with one of the air conditioning units but one message and it was fixed straight away. We had our towels and linen changed after one week and pool was cleaned twice a week. Coral Bay is perfect location, not quiet but not overly busy with some really fantastic restaurants, our favourite was an Italian 5 mins walk away and with the villa having everything you need we really will return soon. Big thank you to Lisa who kept our booking for over two years due to Covid and allowed us to change the booking twice, also taxi arranged for us to and from the airport.

I am Lisa,my husband & I own three villas in Coral Bay, we emigrated to Cyprus in 2006, with our 2 children. Our children have now finished school here and are at uni and miss Cyprus life!.We bought a lump of mud on honeymoon and had our holiday villa built in 2001 , we initially lived here whilst we had our house built and we started renting it out 14 year ago and having been holiday makers knew what people looked for, it proved very successful so we have expanded purely in this area looking after properties such as this beautiful villa from neighbours and friends and buying a couple more ourselves.Felix and I personally look after our villas . We live locally (5 mins drive away) we can provide that added extra personal service, you can not often get, ie. sorting cars, taxis, massage etc. We are both UK hospitality trained so offer great standards. staying with us you get discounts at many local bars, restaurants and trips etc.

The villa offers all you could need for the perfect sunshine beach holiday whilst being able to walk to all the local bars and restaurants There is also a great bus service from Coral Bay to Paphos which runs every 15 minutes.
