Welcome to Unit 312!

Our furnished 2 bedroom condo is a non smoking oceanfront corner unit on the third floor, with superb uninterrupted views up and down the non-driving section of the beach. There is a large double balcony accessed from the living area and master bedroom. There is a separate dining area and a very nice IKEA kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large family breakfast bar. There is also a laundry room with eco-friendly front loading washer and dryer. The comfortable family living area has a 50 inch flat screen TV with HD cable, home theater system, and DVD player -- plus, free high speed Internet.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided at the owner's discretion.

Love this place, nice big deck that gets the morning and early afternoon sun. Listen to the waves in bed, great place to relax.

Beach Get-away weekend

Quick getaway to the beach and this condo was exactly as advertised. I read about upcoming construction but was not told they were working on the dates we were there. Not too bad but a little disruptive. Great location on beach with no vehicles.

Great Ocean View

Overall a good stay. Condo had a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was very clean. Only issue was very limited hot water in 2nd bathroom. Master bathroom had no issues with hot water.

Beachfront vacation

This was a beautiful property. It looked just like the pictures showed it to be. Easy access for a member of our party who is disabled. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Great stay!

The unit is very much like the pictures show. Conveniently located from the elevator with great views! Nice beach and just short ride to the heart of everything. Kitchen is well stocked and overall would look forward to staying here again.

A day at the beach.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was very comfortable and right on the beach. We pretty much just sat on the balcony in the comfy chairs and vegged. The box of local menus was very helpful as well.

Wonderful getaway

This was a wonderful condo for my husband and I to get away to for time together. The condo was clean and well furnished with everything we needed. The view from the balcony was exceptional and our walks on the beach were amazing. Would come back to visit this condo and area again.

Nothing wrong … just needs a couple things “more right”

This place is nice with only little things that need to be fixed. When our west coast plans were impacted by weather we were thrilled to quickly get this place booked with extremely prompt communication from our host. Just a couple maintenance items and some new cushions on the outdoor furniture from wonderful.

Family Vacation

The view was awesome! The guest bathroom needs to be updated, electrical, vanity, shower tile was very old. The TV's in the bedrooms very old too. Beds and living room furniture comfortable. Needs more silverware, manual can opener, and toaster.

The room was nice. It was very spacious and suited me and my guest. The view is amazing. It’s ocean front and very close to the water. The pool was nice and clean. The grounds was clean. Overall, the room for what you pay was great. My only Concerns is that I feel it could’ve been cleaner. It seems there is housekeeping that will change your linens and maybe do basic cleaning but you could tell it needs a deep clean. I had to wipe multiple services down upon arrival. The refrigerator was kind of dirty. The floors in the bathroom were a little bit dirty upon arrival and the shower in the master bedroom could have been cleaned better. It was odd that that they requested less than two days of laundry for housekeeping to do, especially if you’re there for about a week. I don’t feel I shouldn’t have to wash linens or towels after paying to stay at a place. All in all it was a nice place. There were some things that could’ve been better organized like the closet where they put things guests have left behind. We didn’t have to use anything, but there are left behind items for guest to use. We did not have to get toilet paper, but we did have to buy paper towels upon arrival there were not provided. Would I stay again, yes but there is also always room for improvement.

Beautiful condo but needs a couple of things repaired

I gave this 5 stars because overall it was a great condo and was exactly as pictured here, but the refrigerator needs to be fixed. We lost quite a bit of food because it just wouldn’t get very cold. Previous renters had the same issue because they left waters in the freezer. And the front door lock should probably be fixed or replaced. It was making a horrible sound so we tested it the second day with one person on the inside of the condo and the other one outside trying to lock it and it just wouldn’t lock. My husband went and bought new batteries for it and that fixed it. Very nicely decorated condo though and very clean which is important to us.

Great Location

This condo is in a great location. Right on the beach and this unit is on the 3rd floor right on the corner, great views of the ocean. The unit was very clean and very well stocked, from the kitchen to the towels and linens. beds were very comfortable as was the living room furniture. Easy to get to the unit via elevator or stairs. Door lock pad was convent as you never had to remember a key. Be sure to check to see if you need a parking pass from the office. We would definitely stay here again
