Welcome to Lazy Days on the beach. Moontide Condominium, located on the No Drive/no cars section of New Smyrna Beach is safe for families. Come enjoy this beautiful 2 bedroom, with king beds in both, 2 bath condo with plenty of room to spread out and relax. Additional sofa bed in living room and bonus room with futon ensures plenty of sleep options. Stunning views of the ocean and amazing roof top pool from your private balcony......'

Elegant well-equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals at home but also close to many great restaurants if wanting to explore more options. Chairs, towels, umbrellas and toys for enjoying time at the beach or pool. Gated garage parking for 2 cars, you can bask in the sun, but your car doesn't have to. :)
In unit washer/dryer is very convenient. Close to many quaint shops, restaurants, grocery stores, kayaking, fishing and other outdoor activities.
If you like long moonlit walks on the beach or hanging out on the balcony with a glass of wine as you watch the dolphins or building sandcastles this place is for you. Great for couples or multi-generational vacations with the 2 king beds, queen sofa bed and double futon in the bonus room.

Excellent location. The condo itself is very nice. The rest of the property is great also including the easy beach access and heated pool. Check in was super easy. Would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this condo!The layout was perfect for us. Clean, well stocked, brightly decorated and the floorplan was very open. The view was wonderful for morning sunrises and watching storms in the ocean.The pool was great, the exercise room is well equipped, and everyone there was very friendly.The owner was very responsive to our questions. It's on our list to stay again!

A great place to spend a vacation

The condo was spacious, comfortable and well equipped for the three of us for 4 nights. Thank you to the lovely hosts who made our stay special. I wish we could have stayed longer! We’ll be back.

Great view from the balcony, overlooking the pool and the beach, with a very short walk to both. Spacious condominium with plenty of room, full kitchen and washer & dryer. Very beachy/ocean decor that made you feel like you’re on vacation, great place to relax and have fun. We loved it and would stay here again!

Super clean and great location

We had a great stay at Darrell’s condo. We were very impressed with the cleanliness of the space. The condo was spacious, well equipped, and had a great balcony. We’ve stayed at many condos in NSB and liked this location. It’s on the no drive beach, is a quick drive to many great restaurants, and is across the street from the Catholic Church. We were disappointed, however, that the rooftop courts were under construction. One of the reasons we had booked this condo was so we could play pickleball and shuffleboard together. It was a great stay otherwise.

Wonderful condo on the beach! The hosts were very responsive as well. Enjoyed morning sunrises on the balcony with my book and coffee. Would definitely recommend and would book again!

Wonderful Vacation Spot!

Great condo for a vacation at the beach!The view of the ocean was great off the large balcony. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of bath towels and pool/beach towels! TVs were great. Since we were there over Christmas, the heated pool was a big bonus! I highly recommend!!

Relaxing week at the beach

My family of 6 had an amazing time at this condo. Easy to find located near lots of restaurants and stores. My kids ages 9 to 17, loved the pool and beach. I loved how easy it was to get to both. No driving on the beach made me worry much less. The lifeguards on duty were very good. The condo itself was so comfortable having all we could need. The view was nice and a bit of obstruction wasn't too bad. My only cons were the master bed being a bit too soft. We swapped wirh the kids to the second bedroom and it worked much better. The owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. The condo manager was helful too. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us. We cant wait to come back!

Beach Paradise

The place was beautifully decorated. It had enough storage in both bedrooms with dressers and closet space. Easy access to the beach and parking garage. The little extras were appreciated by us such as a phone charger station, plenty of beach chairs, umbrellas, well stocked kitchen and a gift from the owners. Definitely book this piece of paradise and enjoy the beach!

New Smyrna

Beds were fine they could use a thin mattress pad for a little bit more cushion. Had all kitchen equipment except a drip coffee maker. We bought one for $12 and left it there. The beach view is obscured as shown in the picture. I guess I thought it would be attached but it is a separate building so elevator rides to get to pool and beach, but really not bad. Easier to get to the parking garage. Pool was warm and clean. People were friendly and it was easy to get to grocery stores and activities. I would stay again. New Smyrna is the shark bite capital and we were starting to see sharks towards the end of our stay, so more time on the beach than in the water. It was storming as well. That always stirs up fishing. We did see people catching fish.

Lazy Days

This beach front condo is spacious and beautiful! There’s lots of separate areas for family to have their own space and lots of seating in the dining and living area for family to hang out together. My husband and I were so impressed that the owners had thought of absolutely everything we might possibly need to enjoy our time in New Smyrna Beach. I don’t think we have stayed in a place that was this well equipped, comfortable and lovely.

We have been vacationing in New Smyrna Beach most of our lives and after looking at most beach towns in Florida decided there was no place else we wanted to be. Covid slowed down our dream of owning our dream beach condo but now we are ready to enjoy this peace of paradise and hope you will enjoy it as well.

We love the area because there is so much to do or just sit and enjoy the ocean. You can see rockets from Cape Canaveral from the beach or balcony. Visiting the light house, Marine Science Center, eco tours, fishing, kayaking are just some the great things to do here. Lots of great family-owned restaurants and shops and not so commercialized as other areas.
