Esta nueva villa lujosa de 4 dormitorios se encuentra a solo 400 m de la playa Praia da Coelha, que cuenta con un excelente restaurante bar en la playa. También hay uno de los mejores restaurantes de la zona, que está a sólo 10 minutos a pie. Urbanización privada cerrada de otras 5 villas similares. La villa ha sido amueblada y equipada a un nivel muy alto en todo. Uso de Internet 25 € por semana. La piscina está rodeada de terrazas y un jardín con césped. Cerca de todos los servicios ya poca distancia de la marina y de la ciudad. Tener un día especial? Podemos reservar restaurantes cercanos y hacerles saber que está celebrando. Fantastic villa in great location

Perfect for our special 3 generation family holiday. House had everything we needed: lovely pool area and garden and we all had own space, in terms of bedrooms. Ideal to be able to walk to gorgeous beach and beach bar/restaurant as well.

Great location, great accommodation, great hosts!

Upon the occasion of my husbands retirement - our family booked Portugal for vacation and celebrationThis VBRO - owned by Tracy and Manfred is well located a short walk from the beach. Super hosts and very responsive to any questions and needs we had. It was very clean and comfortable - providing all amenities we needed!Grounds and pool well maintained and several excellent restaurants located close by/within walking distance. We enjoyed several walks along the trail systems on the cliffs beside the ocean close by Manfred and Tracy dropped warm bread and pastries once a week which was a nice treat!We even were greeted by a local cat - Karl -Otto - who enjoyed spending time with us the cat lovers we are!We would definitely recommend this VBRO and look forward to coming back to Portugal to visit soon!

Amazing!

What a great villa! The location is perfect (close to the beach and not too far from the city) and the pool is wonderful. Our hosts were very kind and Manfred was perfectly reactive to any request we made. We will certainly come again! Many thanks Tracy and Manfred, we very much enjoyed our stay!

Lovely holiday

The house was ideal for a large family gathering. Close to the beach and beautiful walks so everyone coukd get up when they wanted and do what they wanted. Manfred was very helpful and welcoming. He even delivered breakfast bread and pastries the first morning. We would come and stay again!

Amazing villa in a perfect location looked after by brilliant hosts

The villa is exactly as described and is brilliantly equipped with all the things you need for your stay. The pool was brilliant for the family and gave us privacy in the sun. The beach is a short and safe walk away and the restaurant there, and others locally, all serve lovely cuisine. The hosts Manfred and Tracy looked after us perfectly with enough contact to make us feel looked after and welcomed without invading our time. We had a couple of specific needs that they were happy to cater for. When the kids wanted some downtime the internet was super fast and good enough for all of their needs. There are car hire places locally, but the taxi services in the area were always prompt and the hosts aided us in finding the best people to use. Thanks so much for the welcome and hospitality!

Spacious villa for multi generational family holiday

We had a fantastic stay in the Algarve with our two young children, my brother and his partner, and my parents. The villa is incredibly spacious—much more than the photos suggest. The gardens are beautiful, and the heated pool was perfect for the little ones.The location is ideal for families—peaceful and away from busy Albufeira, yet restaurants, bars, and beaches are all within walking distance. Praia de Coelha and Praia de Castelo are both stunning and have beachside restaurants we highly recommend.Manfred was an excellent host—quick to respond and very helpful. It was a lovely surprise to have some essentials waiting for us on arrival and to be treated to local pastries during our stay—thoughtful touches that made it feel extra special.A few small suggestions: our bedroom lacked some furniture—a second bedside table or dressing table would have been useful, and the walls were bare. Also, some additional outdoor furniture like a sofa or coffee table for chilling outside in the evenings and also on the roof terrace would make the most of the view.We did encounter some ants in the bathroom, but we’ve experienced this in other places in Portugal and was manageable with traps and spray.Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely come back!

Incredibly well designed and thought out Villa in a fantastic location, private, quiet but within easy reach of a beautiful beach (and beach bar restaurant) 500m and a host of other great restaurants. Sits in a secured, gated, private development of six high end properties. Manfred and Tracey developed the site over a number of years and still own a number of the properties and manage those that are rented out. They take incredibly good care of ever aspect of the exclusive little development, I suspect they have put their heart and souls into it over the years and it shows. Every aspect of the Villa has been designed thoughtfully and to the highest standard. The fabric of the building is first class. Very secure, fully alarmed and security shutters which would secure the villa with a press of one button. Three generations of the same family stayed, plenty of room and privacy for all, never felt under each others feet down to the size of the place and its design. The beach on the doorstep has a fantastic beach bar/restaurant serving very good food in a beautiful setting and the 9 minute stroll back is an absolute pleasure, last orders around 9.30pm I believe for food. High quality restaurants within anything between 5 and 15 minutes stroll, Perfection.

Amazing Villa - Great for families

Would 100% recommend this property to anyone. We stayed here (2 adults and 4 children aged 3-14) and we all loved it. The villa is stunning, I was concerned that it may disappoint in real life but it was even nicer in person than it is in the photos. The bedrooms are massive (especially the master), the living room and kitchen have everything you need and the pool is just fantastic. The kids had a ball in it and would happily have spent all day and night in there. Manfred was a great host too but still gave your own space. Cleaners did a great job too. Would love to come back here.

Spectacular, impeccable, wonderful hosts

Worth every penny and more, this is a five star villa in a five star location with five star hosts. Nothing was lacking. Impeccably decorated, attention paid to every little detail right down to the lovely fluffy towels and super bed linen and non-tinny cooking utensils. Spotlessy clean, cushions puffed up, it was like something out of Vogue interiors. Pool a good size, big enough to swim in, our teens enjoyed it, and short walk to one of the Algarve's most pretty sandy coves. Our flight was slightly late but we were still greeted with a smile and the next morning our host came down with warm croissants. Customer service is great, the hosts do't intrude and are always there if you need them.

In our opinion some of the best months to rent are off peak season without the hustle and bustle. The weather is still good and perfect for golfers who still want family accommodation and those that dont want crowds. The property is a new build, very high standard and we are very proud of it.We run and manage 3 of our own builds for rental.We have over 100 good reviews at Oasis holiday villas and are proud of the villas success.
