No podría haber nada mejor ... 2 insignias de playa gratis, parrilla al aire libre, columpio en el porche delantero para relajarse, 2 cubiertas en la parte delantera y trasera, hay sillas de playa y tablas de surf en el garaje trasero para su uso, ahorre espacio en su automóvil para usted. Fácil de caminar hacia el océano y la bahía. El garaje trasero siempre está abierto para su uso de almacenamiento. Los refrigeradores se pueden colocar en el garaje trasero hasta que los necesite nuevamente para irse a casa. Haciendo su estadía más fácil. El cambio con el tiempo es a las 11:00 a.m. del sábado y la hora de entrada es a las 2:00 p.m., disfrute de los paneles de madera Rest and Relation Charming Original de 1960. mascota amigable. Old-style LBI bungalow feel, unbeatable location!!! House had everything we needed, was clean, A/C units in the bedrooms worked great to keep the bedrooms cool at night, fantastic front and back deck, outdoor shower....just what you want for an LBI vacation!

A bit older with small rooms, but the perfect pet friendly location next to the beach. Adequate parking, great covered porch outside space, and a well stocked kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and family oriented games. This is our second year staying at this location. We would definitely return next year.

Cozy Oceanfront Getaway

Enjoyed staying in this cozy four bedroom place that was steps from beach. The write up was accurate. The front porch was a fun place to sit and people watch. We brought our e-bikes and there was a garage to store them, plus we could get around easily to food places and shopping.

Great beach access

The house was clean and comfortable. Perfect for families looking to have very close access to the beach. We also enjoyed having access to a covered porch, so in bad weather we could still sit outside.

Great family vacation spot.

Big comfortable home right across from be beach. Marian is a great host and replies to questions quickly. We have stayed multiple times and always enjoy our stay. It’s great to have the pups with us and we all love the porch.

Beach Vibes

Always a pleasure to stay at this home. It is steps from the ocean and on a quiet street. It is comfortable, convenient, and in a great location for stores, etc. Owner is responsive and helpful.

Perfect location and nice amenities

Everything was comfortable and timely. Location was perfect. Marian is wonderful and goes out of her way to make sure you are comfortable. Sadly the previous renters had literally swept sand under the rug and it just needed a good sweep/dusting.

Wedding week end

The property was adequate for the 8 of us. The closeness to the beach is definitely a plus as was the off-street parking. There was a little confusion concerning the need for bed linens but that was resolved prior to our trip. The host had changed her site info and we did not realize we needed to bring toilet paper. A private email to the host with my comments was not received well and her husband sent an unpleasant response.

This place fit ALL our required needs!

You can't beat the location and the space within! It was nice to have use of the beach chairs, but some were pretty rusty and a couple were actually lawn chairs--I wished I would have brought my own. There were a lot of nick-knacks and the bedding and furniture was very outdated. (There weren't any blankets anywhere, just cheap poly comforters.) But we had terrific weather and spent little time inside. The owner took care of a problem within the first hour of our arrival and was easily accessible. The A/C units in the bedrooms were new and worked well.

Never Again!

Let me start by saying that my husband and I own a beach house in NC. We needed a place to stay for a family event in LBI. In our NC home we paid a cleaning service to clean our home after renters left our home. We were charged a cleaning fee for this lbi home and it was apparent that this home is not properly cleaned. The home was at best is dirty and shabby, filled with dust, and horrific furniture. The pillows were yellow. Fans and a/c filled with dust. We had to buy extra sheets to cover all furniture. Old stuff all over as though a hoarder lived here. The only saving grace was the homes perfect location to the beach and its parking spots. We took photos of the home before we settled it. Fridge freezer still had food and ice cream in it. Mold on bathroom mats. If you read the cleaning instructions it’s obvious that they charge a cleaning fee but the renters are really doing the cleaners

A person, call and ask any questions, NOTE: Rates will go up if more stealing occurs, DON'T LIE AND BLAME ITEMS ON previous tenants. Rates will go up on Rising taxes, insurance, utilities and cost of replacements. Who took my spices I hope you choke on them they are for tenants not for you to take home.... thief. 2025: stolen this year vaccum( found vaccum under bed)and a couch pillow, spices, serving platters, wine glasses, bedspread, 5 out of 6 plastic cups , 2 broken clocks.., what is wrong, with you people , this is not yours, thinking of ***stop renting, no new people. If my neighbors catch you stealing say hi to the police, they will be my next call. think of the next renters. no parking rv's, trailers , vehicles only.

There are beach chairs and boogie boards in the back garage for your use, not to take, and an Outside shower. Rates will go up if more stealing occurs try and make it comfortable so you don't have to bring the world.
