Beautiful spot! Updated four bedroom beach house in Brant Beach. One block walk to either the ocean or the bay, you can enjoy magical sunsets overlooking the Brant Beach Yacht Club.
The first floor features remodeled kitchen, two bedrooms and full bath. Upstairs are two more bedrooms, full bath plus a den providing plenty of room for friends and family. Great for 2 families to share and each have their own space. Relax with your morning coffee or happy hour beverage from the spacious deck with stunning views of Barnegat Bay as you watch the sailboats float by.
After a day at the beach, enjoy the new outdoor shower and BBQ in the private, fenced in backyard with picnic table and hammock chairs. Play some cornhole or giant Jenga. There are 2 ice cream shops to choose from across the street or bike to the famous Skipper Dipper. Barrel Surf and Custard Hut Cafes are a short walk away. Bike ride or drive to more restaurants, supermarket, and mini golf. Sneak in some retail therapy at Gifted by the Sea, a great local shop with unique gifts for all ages.
When you’re not enjoying the cool ocean breezes, this cape cod style home has central a/c. Included is 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, beach toys and 6 beach badges (kids are free).

Simply perfect

A very comfortable cozy home. We had a great time and felt totally at home. Great and quick communication for any questions. The house was very clean and stocked well. The outside shower a bonus. Loved it.

Perfect house in the perfect location

This is my second time staying at this property and it won't be my last. The house is neat and clean, with all updated bathrooms and floors, and a terrific outdoor deck that catches the breeze every afternoon. Best of all, it is steps away from ice cream, shopping, and the beach and bay. The owner is helpful and responsive, and a pleasure to work with. This house is a keeper!

Perfect location and price

This is my first time staying at this property, and it certainly won't be my last. Communication with the owner was fast and specific, and the house was exactly as described. It is conveniently located in Brant Beach, and is a quick walk to the beach and bay. All of the bathrooms are updated, the house is clean and current, and the upstairs outdoor deck was just perfect for morning coffee and late-night chatting. I felt right at home from the moment I got there, and look forward to returning later in the season.

Enjoyable stay

This is a small 4 bedroom that is clean and people friendly. It is nicely furnished inside and out with several extra touches, ie. hammock swings and corn hole game which where greatly enjoyed by everyone. The location is close to a beautiful beach and a short ride or walk to bay swim and playground good for children. It is on the main boulevard therefore some noise from the trucks and cars can be heard. But for the most part that was ignored and we had a lovely stay. The host was easy to contact and even sent a make up kit to us that was left behind.

Cute Cape by Beach

Our stay was great. The house is perfectly located 1 block from the beach and one block from the bay. The kitchen was fully stocked except we wound up purchasing some new pans for our stay. The ease of getting into the home without having to get keys or split keys between our party was great. The owners were very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. We had one issue while we were there. The door in the upstairs sort of locks very easily and we got locked out of the room. There was no spare key to unlock the door, but the owners were responsive at 10pm and offered a locksmith. We wound up being able to get the door opened on our own though. We also really loved the roof deck and it's a perfect spot to watch the sunset from the bay. Our whole trip was very relaxing and great. Just an FYI: hot water ran out quickly, but we did have 8 people showering. AC was amazing! Owners are super sweet and left a gift card!

Thank you so much for staying at our place and for your review! We’ve changed out the lock on that upstairs room so no one will run into that again. I apologize that you had that experience. Thank you for calling out the stocked kitchen! If any future renters wonder, we do keep the kitchen stocked based on our month long stay and cooking most of the time (griddle, blender, salad mixer and other extras some rentals do not have). We’ve not had the hot water run out with 8 of us staying but we also make the kiddos double up so we can get to dinner (or golf or wherever we are trying to go) faster :) With the outdoor shower, we’ve had 4 of us showering at the same time! #beachlife Again, thank you for your stay and we hope to host you again.
