Bienvenido al repiqueteo de pequeños pies. Diseñado por Seaside, FL Town Architect, Ty Nun, esta casa de huéspedes de Pitter Patter tiene abundante luz natural. El porche delantero le da la bienvenida a la sala de estar, que cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana, el sistema Sonos, un sofá cama tamaño queen y un comedor integrado. La cocina cuenta con estanterías abiertas, ventanas de piso a techo, horno de micrococción, estufa Wolf de inducción con dos quemadores, nevera / congelador con máquina de hielo y una combinación de lavadora / secadora.

Diríjase por la escalera de caracol hasta el dormitorio principal con armarios y cajones integrados, un televisor de pantalla plana grande, área de estar rodeada de ventanas con vistas que le dan esa sensación de casa en el árbol. Disfrute del balcón para tomar una copa de vino por la noche o un café temprano por la mañana. El baño tiene una ducha de vidrio con cabezal de lluvia de mano, lavamanos y mucha luz natural.

Great location!

Cute, modern house. There was 4 of us. Worked fine for 2 adults and 2 kids. Location can’t be beat. Right by downtown and private beach.

What a beautiful home! We really enjoyed our stay - the home was comfortable and just what we had hoped for. It's a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. A perfect location!
