'La Belle Colline' es un encantador, aire acondicionado, amplia villa en las afueras de la encantadora localidad histórica de Neffies. Hay una hermosa piscina privada con escalera romana y un patio de baldosas con varias otras zonas de estar situadas en un terreno en una posición elevada que ofrece vistas impresionantes a través de la campiña de Languedoc. Hay una zona de picnic y barbacoa considerable y la villa también tiene su propio terreno de petanca. La gran cocina americana está muy bien equipada y hay una amplia sala de estar. Esta es una villa tranquila y apartada en un entorno único con vistas fabulosas a poca distancia (5 a 10 minutos a pie) de los servicios locales dentro de un pueblo tradicional francés. También hay un gran supermercado a menos de 10 minutos en coche con la espléndida costa mediterránea a 25 minutos en coche. La villa también tiene calefacción de la piscina que está incluida en el precio del alquiler para reservas en mayo y junio y luego también en septiembre y octubre. El exterior de la propiedad y los terrenos han sido recientemente renovados con nuevas áreas de descanso con vistas panorámicas excepcionales.

Perfect house for a relaxing holiday

The house is pretty, spacious and well equipped, but the pool area and its fascinating view into the magnificent surrounding landscape is the biggest bonus. We highly recommend this property and will for sure return.

Beautiful villa with amazing views

We stayed here for a week in August. The villa is beautifully presented and clean. The views from the pool and terrace are amamzing. Such a peaceful location with a great restaurant in the village. Well located for sightseeing. The villa is very well equipped and very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and new with a great heated swimming pool. Lots of room

Nice view of the country. Well equipped with a manager near by to address any issues.The only issue we had was with the WIFI which was corrected in a day.

Comfortable villa in great location with amazing views

We had an excellent time in villa La Belle Colline! Villa is spacious, bright and equipped with everything you need. Pool with stunning views was refreshing during the hot days and we enjoyed spending our afternoons there. Location of villa is very good as you can reach the sea and pretty surrounding villages in a relatively short time. Welcome gift was a lovely touch. Thank you!

Lovely and peaceful

Not much to say as everything was as described and on the photos. House is clean, spacious and fully equipped. There is plenty of space around for everyone to enjoy. Pool is just the right size for all to have plenty of joy and positioned south to maximise the sunlight use. Again clean and well maintained. 100% recommended!The only tiny confusion was around the rubbish disposal as despite us putting the bins out as per instructions it was not collected.

La belle Colline is a fantastic,stylish,comfortable beautifully proportioned villa.from the moment we arrived and looked at the most incredible views we felt immediately at home. The villa has everything you could want or need to enjoy yourself. It is perfectly placed to explore the south of France.beautiful places to visit and explore,like Cap Agde, Meze,with its lovely harbour.I could go on and on but all I will say is BOOK IT.

Wow - amazing villa in wonderful location

We have stayed at some lovely villas but this has to be one of the best in its category (WiFi speed amazing especially if you do have to work)! The villa itself was clean, well equipped and in an amazing location (pool and air con was much appreciated in the August heat). We visited Montpellier, Sete, Pezenas, the lake near Octon and Belziers - all within easy reach by car. Neffies was lovely as was Roujan (Super U supermarket well stocked with everything you could need.). All in all we had a wonderful holiday and was sad to leave. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you Andrew for sharing your glorious villa.

Fabulous spacious, peaceful villa with beautiful views

We had an amazing 2 week holiday at this amazing villa. Privacy, scenery and relaxation. The villa really does look bigger and better than the lovely photos. A great base to drive to beautiful nearby towns and beaches. Meze is lovely as is Béziers. A short walk to Neffies and bakery with shop, 2 restaurants and pretty murals. The Salago lake is worth visiting too. Lots of wine co-operative, the nearest practically at the end of the road. Highly recommend this villa and thank you to the hosts and managing company. We would love to return one day. Fabulous

Fantastic Villa with Stunning Views

If your looking for a secluded well equipped villa with stunning views, look no further than this villa. Having never done this type of holiday before we were a little dubious and not really sure what to expect, we really had nothing to worry about. The communication from the owners before, during and after our stay making sure we had a great holiday was welcoming. Everything was seamless, ensuring we had a relaxing time. The villa was clean, spacious and we cannot thing of one thing we needed that wasn't at the villa... they have thought of everything! The villa isn't overlooked at all, there is a short walk to the local Boulangerie and the supermarket is only a 5 minute drive... Perfect! We would highly recommend this villa to anyone who wants to get away from it all, spend some quality time with loved ones and like peace and quite.

Das Anwesen mit seiner exzellenten Lage und Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Der beheizte Pool ist eine Wucht. Das Haus innen lässt auch keine Wünsche übrig, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist wie in der Beschreibung ersichtlich auch in der Realität. Das Dorf ist fußläufig erreichbar, der nächste Supermarkt nur wenige Minuten entfernt.Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ist unkompliziert und erfolgt direkt. Es ist schwierig bei der erlebten Qualität überhaupt etwas zur Verbesserung zu finden. Wenn, dann würden wir empfehlen, einen Schattenplatz in Poolnähe aufzubauen, da die vorhandenen Sonnenschirme den oft in dieser Gegend vorkommenden Windböen häufig nicht standhalten und dann eingeklappt werden müssen. Auch Fliegennetze vor den Fenstern wären sicherlich noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem I.Ansonsten haben wir eine herrliche und ruhige Woche genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

wunderschöne Aussicht

Das Haus liegt freistehend auf einer Anhöhe mit wunderschönem Blick über das Umland. Der Pool war im September auf 26 Grad geheizt. Hier findet man Ruhe und Erholung. Zum Motorradfahren ist das Languedoc bestens geeignet, wobei auch der Strand nicht zu weit entfernt ist

Belle Colline

Très belle région, très beau village, très belle vue. La maison est bien approvisionnée en produits ménagers et est très propre. Plusieurs problèmes techniques n'ont pas été résolus.Les radiateurs électriques ds la douche et ds la salle de bain ne fonctionnent pas, la douche de la salle de bain n'avait pas de pression la cafetière électrique ne fonctionnait pas elle devait juste être détartrée ou réparée, la vaisselle mis à disposition pas toujours efficace, le robinet de l'évier à la cuisine a refixer .La piscine n'a pu être utilisée la première semaine car en traitement.Aucun dédommagement n'a été proposé. les voix et les bruits passent les pièces même porte fermée donc pas d'intimité. Points fort la maison est spacieuse, la vue est magnifique et quand la piscine est accessible c'est un plus.A chaque petit inconfort nous avons pris le parti de le résoudre ou de nous en accommoder. Endroit à recommander si le prix de la location baisse .... Car en état le prix de la location est trop élevé. Ou garder le prix mais améliorer la prestation.Résolument positive et bienveillante.Colette

We have been visiting this part of France for several years with our children. We could not find the house we wanted to buy so decided to build our own! It was amazing luck finding this peaceful plot with wonderful views with the feeling of being well and truly in the countryside yet being able to walk in the morning to the local boulangerie. We also love the nearby sandy beaches and are still exploring the area and finding new beaches and sights to visit.

This is a truly exceptional villa. The location up on a gentle hillside within the rolling French countryside feels like you are are truly away from it all but in fact close to all modern amenities including a large well stocked supermarket. Nearby just a short walk away in a lovely little village you have ready access to a boulangerie, restaurants and bar and local wine tasting allowing you to have a truly French holiday.
