¡Lo invitamos a experimentar una isla de renombre mundial a solo una fracción del costo! Elija nuestro impecable, acogedor y bien cuidado de casa de pueblo situado en el centro de Amelia Island y disfrutar de las comodidades del hogar en un destino de ensueño. En tan sólo una milla, disfrutar de la playa de arena blanca casi privada y prístina o explorar el centro de la ciudad próspera, con restaurantes, tiendas y toda la vida (y las vacaciones del) no deben faltar sólo a 1. 5 millas de distancia. Trae tu bicicleta porque eso es todo lo que necesitará una vez que llegue.

Al entrar por las puertas de su escapada privada, te da la bienvenida con una amplia zona de estar de planta abierta. Desparramarse sobre el sofá seccional cómodo o parar un taburete en la mesa de comedor. Una cocina impecable, totalmente equipada satisfará todas sus necesidades de preparación de la comida. Su privada 1ª planta dormitorio principal tiene una cama de matrimonio con baño en suite y vestidor. No hay necesidad de sobre-embalaje, hacer uso de la lavadora y secadora a su disposición. Dos dormitorios (1 equipados con doble litera / doble y 2ª ofertas cama de matrimonio) y baño completo se encuentra en el segundo nivel, incluida una zona de loft grande para un rincón de lectura o de suficiente espacio para dormitorio adicional.

Fernandina Beach getaway

We had a very pleasant stay in a comfortable and convenient spot. The house was lovely and everything we needed was right there — plus all the things we wanted to do and see were just a few minutes away by bicycle or a short drive. We all had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to choose this place again for another trip.

Convenient Functional Family Location

We had a wonderful time with our family here. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook your meals! Very clean area and the property was very clean as well. Great location for easy and quick access to the beach. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

This property is very clean, well furnished, all the amenities you need. Just bring your clothes. We really enjoyed the bikes. Short drive to the beach. I highly recommend this property.

Comfortable Long-Term Stay

This spacious 3 bedroom townhouse has everything you need to stay comfortably within a short bicycle ride to the beach or a quick walk to the wonders of the Greenway. Our host was very responsive and helpful in answering questions and responding to our needs. Master bedroom on the first floor makes it easier for older adults. Midway between the quaint historic downtown and the Jasmine beach entrance,, nothing is too far away.

We will never stay anywhere else!

This is the 2nd time that we have stayed here in Fernandina & it was just as perfect as it was the first time. Close to beach access & grocery stores & restaurants are all over. The movie theater, in the shopping center just a block or 2 away, has the leather recliners that totally spoil you from going to any other. We love staying at this property & are so glad we found it. It's definitely our go to place for a little beach get a way.

Pet friendly gem in the heart of Fernandina beach

We stayed in this lovely town home while looking for a house in jacksonville. Great location just minutes to the Beautiful dog-friendly Fernandina beach. Also a short drive to the historic section of Amelia island with great shops and restaurants. town home is very well upkept and clean. I can't say enough nice things about our stay here! Stay a week, stay a month, you won't regret it!

Great location

We enjoyed our stay here! The house was clean and convenient to everything….restaurants, ice cream, downtown, and most importantly, the beach. The owners had good communication and responded promptly. If I had to pick one drawback and this is reaching, I would say the lack of cabinet space in the kitchen. All the cabinets were full, so there was nowhere to put our groceries. Overall, my family was happy here and we would rent from them again!

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient!

My husband and I stayed at this townhouse for two weeks. It was very clean and comfortable. It was equipped with everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The owners were very responsive and wonderful to work with. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. The location was convenient to everything on the Island. It was an easy 1-mile bike ride to the beach (bikes were included!) and a short walk to the Egan’s Creek Greenway (300 acres of protected public land). The grocery store and historic downtown (lots of shopping and restaurants) were less than 2 miles away. We would definitely stay here again!

These things made this the best place we ever have stayed: 1. sharp knives 2. non-stick cookware that was truly non-stick 3. washer and dryer complete with dryer sheets, detergent and lingerie bag 4. abundant and good quality hangers 5. puzzles & games that weren't tattered 6. wonderful bikes, cooler, umbrella and beach chairs. 7. junk drawer that contained tape, scissors, felt marker and other necessities. 8. clean, neat, comfortable, homey - really very nice

Perfect Vacation Rental

My wife and I recently stayed at this house for a week. We were happy to discover that it really was as nice as the pictures in the listing. It was clean and very well appointed. While we were traveling alone, I can easily see where the floor plan would be excellent for families. The home is also in a perfect location. The beach is close and the trails along Eagen's Creek are within walking distance. We walked them twice and saw alligators, turtles and a river otter. Historic downtown Fernandina Beach is also a very short drive away as is the Publix grocery store on Sadler. We have rented several properties via Home Away and I will say that the owners of this one are simply the best. They were quick to respond to any questions and great to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and will return to this property soon.

Fabulous!!!

This condo has it all! Bring food, clothes, beach towels and toiletries!! That’s all you’ll need! Comfortable and homey. The kitchen is so well equipped you could make thanksgiving dinner! Awesome cookware and every utensil you could ever need. A comfortable walk, drive or bike to the beach. (Bikes are in the garage). Friendly, safe neighborhood. I recommend Tastys for great burgers! I want to give “one star” so I can keep this gem a secret!! I LOVED this condo, I will be returning. The beds were great! As a special bonus there is an outside shower rinse area to clean off sand. Owners could not have been better! Very responsive. I strongly recommend!

A Perfect Spot to Relax

We just enjoyed our second visit to this perfect vacation rental. It was fairly new on VRBO last year and we were hoping that it would be just as nice after a year of traffic. Thankfully, it looked the same. It was like returning to a home away from home! The home is very well maintained and clean. The cabinets are stocked with just about anything you will need to prepare a meal at home. The neighborhood is also very quiet and close to everything. It's an easy bike ride or short walk to the beach and the drive to downtown Fernandina Beach only takes a few minutes. Tip: It takes more time to find parking downtown than to actually drive there! We looked at other listings closer to the beach but decided that the extra space and lower price were well worth being a few minutes away. Most beach front listings are quite small and very expensive. There is also beach parking at the end of the road (Jasmine) should you decide to drive vs. bike. The owners are great to work with. We have been renting homes in FL every spring for the past several years. Rebecca and Steven are the absolute best! We are house hunting in FB for our own rental. Rest assured if we don't find our own place soon we will be booking here again.

Everything... literally.

I read every single review before booking. It seemed to good to be true. I'm a skeptic. I rarely give 5 stars. But WOW! This place literally had everything we needed!!!! I travel a lot and I have 2 small kids so I usually have to take everything with me including the kitchen sink if ya know what I mean. But this place is perfect if you have small kids like me We were shocked and pleasantly surprised to find a baby gate for the staircase, a razor scooter, stroller, beach toys, kids games, bicycles, and so much more. I've never been more impressed with a vacation rental. Kitchen had tons of stuff. And the whole place was clean, useful, and we'll decorated. Communication with owners was superb! If I had to complain about 1 item it would simply be that we ran out of toilet paper the last day we were there (although we rented for over a week) but I didn't find any spare rolls anywhere. Not a huge deal though. Also, completely out of their control but one of the neighbors seemed to be in a loud argument with their teenage child one night and it was a little interesting. I would definitely rent here again if I ever have a need to be back in the area.

Perfect for relaxing and close to the beach

This was a GREAT property. The home is beautifully decorated and stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed the short bike rides to the beach, the greenway and the state park. We have e-bikes and they were perfect for this stay and location, we could hop on our bikes and ride anywhere we needed to go around town. We love Amelia Island for that local, small town feel and beautiful beaches. Rebecca was an amazing host and we will absolutely be booking here again for our next stay in Amelia. If I could give 10 stars, I would!

Overall, a great stay! Very clean. The kitchen was stocked better than any place we've ever stayed We were able to find the right utensil for everything. Location and neighbors were great. Only issues, the "backyard" was non-existent and the pic of it on the website was not accurate. The pillows are terrible. Might as well just fold up a towel. Inexpensive thing to correct. But all in all it was great!

Since acquiring this property in 2014, we, along with our friends and families have enjoyed our home, the neighborhood and all that Amelia Island has to offer. After several requests from friends and family, and friends of friends, we decided to officially open up our home so that more people have an affordable opportunity to enjoy this beautiful island, unplug and relax. Two years later, we've shared our home with dozens of highly satisfied guests (read our reviews!) and become quite well versed in the world of VRBO.

Low key, quiet and cozy - stay with us! *Please note our winter season (January - April) requires a 90 day (3 month) minimum rental period. For long-term leases, we accept payment to be split (50% at time of reservation, remaining 50% 2 weeks prior to check-in)
