Great house

Amazing house just as described- had everything needed for a great holiday, and within walking distance of restaurants, bars and the beach. Plenty of space in the house and grounds. Would.happily head back here again

Great Family Villa

Arrived mid afternoon and was met by Tomi who showed us everything in the villa . The villa has everything you can think of for your holiday and has a large pool in the sun all day and plenty of sunshade.Although possible to walk to beaches and the strip we had to drive as the weather was too hot to walk. I would definitely recommend this villa and would not hesitate to book again.The host Susan was great with communication and made booking and our stay very easy.

Fantastic Stay at Susan's Villa in Coral Bay

We spent a week at Susan's villa in Coral Bay and had an absolutely wonderful time. The villa was spotless, well-maintained, and beautifully presented — the photos honestly don’t do it justice. The interior was clean and tidy, the outdoor area was amazing with a great BBQ setup, and the pool was perfect for relaxing.The location is ideal: just a 10-minute walk to the beach and the main strip, and only a 5-minute drive to the nearest supermarket. It’s close enough to everything you need, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet when you want it.Sue was a fantastic host — very responsive and thoughtful. She prepared a brilliant welcome pack for our arrival, which was a lovely touch.We would highly recommend this villa to anyone visiting Coral Bay. It really was a perfect holiday spot!

Fabulous holiday

What a fantastic Villa. Really spacoius, clean and well equipped. The pool was large with plenty of surrounding furniture. Good communication from the management company so everything was hassle free. Definitely need a car. Max can recommend some good companies as well as organising a transfer from the airport.

Better late than never

We would like to thank Susan for letting us arrive and leave a day later than we originally booked ( due to the collapse of THOMAS Cook ) we had to find alternative flights. The villa is in a good location, within walking distance of bars, restaurants & the beach. It has all the home comforts, fabulous private pool. A lovely outside eating and relaxing area. Hope we left it in good order. We would love to rent again

beautiful villa, well maintained, very clean, perfect for our party of five .

Just had a week with my husband, mother and father and mother in law, our age range was from 54 to 85. The villa was perfect, there is nothing you need, the kitchen has everything and more, the pool was a welcome cool down and great for the “olds” , it’s secluded but there are shops,bars and taverners 4- 20 minutes walking, Phillipos supermarket has everything you need. If your not good on your feet I would suggest you hire a car, as you will need to walk everywhere, but all in all we had a wonderful stay, very relaxing in a beautiful location, I would highly recommend this villa. The “Olds” can’t wait to get booked up and go back .

We have just returned from a 5 week stay at the Villa Sulis and from start to finish the whole experence was excellent. From the point of booking through to departure the host, Susan, was very prompt in responding to queries and provided a lot of additional information about the area. She was friendly but also professional in her approach. Also on hearing we had a late return flight Susan allowed us to stay in the villa until the evening, which we thought was a nice touch.We arrived late in the evening and the host provided a welcome pack of essential foods. The villa itself is excellent, spacious, well furnished and equipped, and obviously looked after. There is plenty of crockery, cutlery, towels etc. There are also good TV and WiFi facilities.The outside area is very private. There is a dining area, 6 comfortable sunbeds and several umbrellas for shade, and also a comfortable sitting area, which is shaded. We spent a lot of time in the excellent heated pool. If we needed anything during the stay it was promptly dealt with by the Host's local agent, Aimee, who kept in contact during the stay.The villa is well located in a quiet area. The local beach and amenities are within walking distance or a short drive away.We would certainly stay there again.

Perfect Villa

Communication and booking with Sue was excellent from the beginning. Information provided prior to arrival was really good and useful. We were met late evening by Tomi and shown around the villa so we were aware of everything we needed to be. This was really useful as the villa is large as are the outside spaces. (Many thanks Tomi). The villa is as described but photographs do not do it justice. Excellent location with waking distance to shops, bars and beaches. Lots of information in the villa about Cyprus, history, and the local area. The pool and outside areas were brilliant allowing you to sit in the sun or in the shade. Certainly a villa I will keep on my list of return visits. Thank you Sue, you have a wonderful villa Gary, Dawn, & George Hull. UK

Could be an amazing property

Just returned from a lovely break in coral bay, the property is in a excellent area, where we could walk to coral bay each night and tried many of the restaurants. This villa could be outstanding, just a shame it does require alot of maintenance. On first impressions its wow, alot bigger then i thought it be. But during our stay, you start to see the cracks, literally the cracks. It felt that each day we were there, the property would show more signs of damage, walls are flaking, ants were everywhere, it was hot and that does happen but everywhere. Didnt sleep to well on the beds, but may have been more to do with the description in the welcome folder about burglaries. The patio around the pool was cracking and had to sweep most days to stop the kids hurting their feet. We had mid week clean, bedding towels etc, but we arrived on Saturday, they came Wednesday so not really a mid week change. The pool is salt water, i either missed this in the description or it isnt there, the pool went green, we were very careful with sun creams and always had a shower before entering the pool. Max had the pool man come the next day to sort it, which he did but the all the algae sunk and was stuck on the bottom of the pool. Such a shame but feel maintenance is very much required.

Beautiful villa in a great location

We absolutely loved our stay in this villa. We loved the way that the building wraps around the pool with many sliding doors all around. The pool was huge and well maintained, with pool guys coming first thing in the morning twice a week. The location was brilliant as it was so peaceful and quiet at the villa, but was a short distance to everything; supermarket, tavernas, shops and beach. We hired a car as we have a little one who hates walking, but it would only be a 10-15 minute walk to most things. We also visited the Tomb of the Kings and the Paphos Archeological Park and mosaics, all were only 15 mins in the car. Would stay again and would recommend to family and friends.

Perfect settings

We loved staying in this villa. Everything was perfect from villa itself to location, surrounding, closeness to beach. Only downside was the television entertainment was a difficult to operate but we were on holidays and who wants to watch the tv. Owner very helpful and management company very professional. We had a relaxing time. Thank you Susan and Max.

Beautiful Villa

Beautiful villa, impressively large plot, large pool, beautiful garden, large drive, quiet well-located road plus plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. High quality internal furnishings and a beautiful lounge. Supply of towels and sunbathing towels too. Five minute walk to closest bars/restaurants and maybe another 10-15 minutes to reach the main strip. The customer service was second to none. When we had any questions, we had a local number to contact got resolved in no time. Plus, make sure you go up on the balcony. The view wonderful. Recommended for: Everyone. A bonus is that its location is close enough to walk to a big sports/bar/restaurant called Neos. Must visit there for the top floor 360 views and the steaks. Would hire again. Well done.

Fantastic Villa

Fantastic Villa with arguably one of the best pools and gardens in Coral Bay. The Villa is quality furnished inside and out with every need catered for. Located in a very peaceful residential area yet less than a 10 minute stroll to the nearest shop, a small selection of bars, beach and bus stop to the main strip in Coral Bay and Paphos. The owner was a joy to deal with during the booking stage and the property manager in Cyprus couldn't have been anymore professional.

Well described large family Villa, furnished to a very high standard with plenty of furniture in and out. Large Clean pool and garden area with more than adequate shaded areas if Required. Kitchen well stocked. Owner Sue was Quick and Accomodating from the start of the booking right through to the end of holiday, late check out was a god send,especially with late flight. Fantasic villa I must say best villa we have ever stayed in since travelling to Cyprus over the last 10 years. Walking distance to local bars, restaurants and beach, easy access to Paphos and Coral Bay. Would highly recommend for a perfect holiday in Cyprus.

Villa sulious

Fantastic villa with an excellent swimming pool.. We had a fabulous time.. Lovely quiet area, but within walking distance of beach and strip.. Hired a car and was able to go to different places on the island.. Everything in villa catered for all your needs, including my grandsons needs... We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 weeks and didn't want to come home...
