Este bonito apartamento está situado en el pintoresco pueblo de Tías. Es un gran lugar para alojarse para aquellos que desean estar fuera de la estación principal ruidoso y ajetreado de Puerto del Carmen, pero todavía quiere tener fácil acceso. El apartamento se beneficia de toda la utilidad moderna. El apartamento se encuentra justo debajo de la casa del propietario en la planta baja con un aparcamiento privado. El apartamento tiene una terraza privada (19 m2), con barbacoa, mesa, sillas, etc. El apartamento ha sido totalmente refrescar en verano de 2013. El campo de golf Tias recién construido está a solo 5 minutos en coche y la playa de Puerto del Carmen a solo 10 minutos en coche.

relaxing vacation for three

A very nice stay in a quiet location and without unnecessary luxury. We would love to come back! The sofa served as a bed for the children and is huge and comfortable.

Go here, it's wonderful!

Had a week here with my husband. Such a brilliant apartment with everything you could ever need, and the friendliest family who own it. We only had a week but wished we had longer- pool to ourselves and lovely and peaceful. Would recommend having a car if you do want to get out, but taxis are cheap and easy to come by just as other reviews cite (though the call centre didn't understand my attempt at Spanish and instead spoke fluent English- oh well- I have it a go!). Thank you Freddy, Marion and your gorgeous kids and pets :)

Fantásticas vacaciones!!!

He ido varias veces a Lanzarote pero ninguna como esta. El trato de Freddy fue maravilloso, muy agradable y atento a todo. El apartamento es acogedor, muy limpio y con todas las comodidades. La zona es súper tranquila, y con muy buena ubicación para visitar la isla. Y la piscina es increíble, se pueden pasar horas ahí y perder la noción del tiempo....una pena enorme tener que dejarla. Nosotros es la primera vez que nos vamos a un apartamento vacacional, y a los que estén dudando, se los recomiendo absolutamente. Después de esta experiencia yo no creo q vuelva a los ruidosos hoteles y de hecho, deseando estoy de volver a este apartamento. Muchísimas gracias Freddy

Superb stay in tías

Wonderful little apartment in tías. Very well furnished with everything we needed. Having a washing machine was wonderful. Comfy beds, good barbecue and outside seating. The owner, Freddy couldn't have been more helpful and was always on hand if we needed anything, but gave us space to enjoy our holiday. Would definitely recommend.

perfect little holiday apt

Freddy the owner was vey helpful from booking to leaving. The apt has everything you need and a lovely pool area. 20 min walk into Tias with plenty of eating places. We were just mother and daughter away for a quick week of relaxing so the one bedroom apt was ample for us. Freddy also lets out the very large villa above which is beautiful, extremely large and easily sleeps 8 - 10 with king size beds, modern showers and kitchen and ample seating/dining areas. It also has a very large terrace with a big BBQ. 10/10 for customer service and I will definitely be back hopefully in the big villa with family.

Un ottimo soggiorno!

Freddy si è dimostrato un host disponibile e comunicare con lui è stato facilissimo, nonostante al nostro arrivo lui non ci fosse, abbiamo raggiunto l'appartamento senza difficoltà grazie alle indicazioni che ci aveva inviato. L'appartamento è dotato di ogni comfort (manca l'aria condizionata ma in questo periodo non serviva!), ed è in un'ottima posizione per visitare l'isola. Consiglio il noleggio di una macchina.

Well equipped

We enjoyed our stay here although the weather was wet and windy. We explored a lot of the island in our hire car but it was a pleasure to come back here in the evening. We ate out at lunch time and prepared a simple meal in the apartment in the evening watching one of the videos.

Wonderful!

Superb holiday. Freddie was a charming host and actually offered us the use of his main villa instead of the apartment, which was fantastic. The pool area is large, clean and sunny - very private and relaxing. Ample parking, *very* accessible from the airport - maybe 10 minutes once you know where you're going! Ideal location for exploring the whole of Lanzarote. 15 min walk into Tias - a couple of superb places to eat there. Absolutely loved it :-)

Would recommend this apartment to anyone who like us loves a peaceful environment.Lovely area to stay in and couldn't fault the accommodation. Freddy is the perfect host,friendly ,helpful (especially when you have a broken ankle) not intrusive but always on hand for anything you need. We cannot wait to return to explore the area more. Loved it

Was like home to home so well stocked even had sealed tooth brushes razors you name it Freddie had it. Lovely lovely guy nothing was to much trouble even though we didn't need to ask as Freddie had supplied everything.

Great stay

Freddy's place was really great, in a beautiful and quiet area, but close to everything. The apartment had everything we needed. Tias is good place to stay, especially if you plan on visiting the whole island. We're already looking forward to coming back to Lanzarote one day. Thanks for everything, Freddy!

Fantastic Apartment

Outdoor pool and bathing area was the most peaceful and private we have ever rented. The furniture was plenty and in good condition, Freddy and family live above the rental but were discrete to our privacy and available if we required. Outside the apartment we had a table and chairs for 4 along with a sunshade. A barbecue was also installed. A utility cupboard held all cleaning utensils including washing machine detergents but it is lockable too.Good WiFi was included in price too. Inside there is another 4 seat table and chairs and a 2 seat sofa. The kitchen had everything that you need including washing machine. The bathroom is small but the shower is larger than normal with good pressure. The bedroom would be better with 2 singles rather than small double bed, I think it would offer more space. The wardrobe is outside the bedroom door and contains plenty of hanging area along with iron, board, hairy dryer safe etc. The apartment is outside the town of Tias. It is twenty minutes walk to Tia and all bars restaurants and the local Hyperdino shop. Taxi rank is outside the supermarket. Taxi was just over 3$. Taxi service when phoning them was excellent too.. taxi to PDC was about 12 euros but the bus service number 134, is 1.20euro. Loved the peace and waking each morning to view a part volcano.

Another Fantastic Stay

Yet another fantastic stay in Freddy and Marion's property. The standard of furnishings and quality of the accommodation is second to none. The pool is spectacular and fantastic to have to yourselves. Despite a colder week previously and some strong winds during our stay, the water temperature consistently stayed between 21 and 24 degrees. No doubt it will get even warmer as the year progresses. This year we hired a car allowing us to explore the island a bit more. The private parking ensured my mind was at ease when parked up, and only a five minute drive from the airport the location is a perfect base for exploring the island. Can't wait for our next visit!

Delightful Apartment in a great location

The apartment is centrally located in Tias. A small town only a 5 minute drive away from the airport and Puerto del Carmen. Great family restaurants are only a 10 minute walk away. Accommodation itself is bright, modern and very well maintained. Swimming pool is larger than average and kept spotlessly clean by Freddy as required. The patio has a sunny aspect all day. Everything you need to have a great holiday is provided: corkscrew, excellent barbecue, games and beach toys etc. Although the apartment is not air conditioned we never found this to be a problem at all. Next time we are in lanzarote we would not hesitate to book this apartment once more. Incidentally the owners could not do more to ensure you have the best holiday.

My family and I live in Lanzarote since the year 1995. I am originally from Paris and I met my German wife in Lanzarote in 1998. During all this years we had 2 lovely kids: Emily (12 years) and Nils (10 years). We originally moved to Lanzarote because of its climate: The Island enjoys an average temperature of 22ºC all year-round and it is sunny almost 360 days a year. It is also a very safe place for children and mature persons.

After living in Puerto Del Carmen (too busy and noisy), Playa Honda (too close to the airport), Costa Teguise (too windy), we finally bought the villa of our dream with an apartment in the quiet and peaceful town of Tías. The apartment is located just below our house on the ground floor with a private terrace (19 m2) and also a private entrance. Beginning of 2018 we decided to move (very close to the villa) and started to rent the villa for holiday makers. The apartment advertise here used to be rent with access to the swimming pool but now we decided to let the use of the swimming pool uniquely for the villa. Tias is a little village ideally located in the country side. You will feel the atmosphere of a village with all its little shops, one of the best supermarket (quality and price), friendly people and even sometime you will be awake by the crowing of the neighbour cock! You can even buy some fresh organic eggs from a nice old women living in opposite of our street (5€ for a box of 30 eggs).

You can enjoy the huge private terrace of 19 m2 for lunch or taking the sun. The Apartment is ideally located to be close enough of all tourist attraction. Just 5 /10 min walking from the apartment you have access to the best values bars and restaurant from all Lanzarote.
