Esta villa moderna cuenta con dos dormitorios, dos baños, un luminoso espacio abierto de comedor / sala de estar y una cocina completamente nueva, todo con muebles modernos. Puede relajarse en la terraza de la azotea, mirando las excelentes vistas de las montañas, ¡con sol todo el día! También hay un gran balcón fuera de la sala de estar para cenar al aire libre, con una barbacoa de gas y hermosas vistas a los jardines. Idealmente ubicado a 8 minutos a pie de la impresionante bahía de El Portet y a solo 15 minutos a pie de Moraira, con sus numerosos restaurantes y tiendas. WI FI gratuito está disponible alrededor del área de la piscina o se puede conectar a la villa por una pequeña tarifa.

Lovely villa, beutifully presented and really well equipped. Had everything we needed and more. Comminal pool was a really good size. Villa in a really quiet location which was perfect for us. Helpful instructions sent in advanve tokd ys everything we needed to know. And Ann couldn't have been more hepful when i had questions, responding really promptly. Would highly recommend

Everything you need and more

Spotlessly clean villa with all the amenities you could think of. Well situated, only a short walk into El Portet and 15 - 20 minutes walk into Moraira. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Having stayed at Casa de Paz in June 2017 and loved it, Ann and Mark have thought of everything, certainly has the wow factor. Just back from a 3 week stay so relaxing and peaceful too. Cant wait to go back in February.

Great 2nd stay at this lovely villa!

We had another lovely holiday at Casa de Paz this summer. It is our 2nd visit and we stayed for two weeks, the last time being in October last year. Yet again, everything was spotlessly clean and well equipped. Ann and Mark, the owners, are constantly making improvements to ensure that the stay of their guests is as enjoyable as possible. Ann, is so professional and friendly and goes the 'extra mile' to make sure everything is to the highest standard. We had a clean set of bedding delivered after our first week as arranged which was great. We can totally recommend this villa and can't wait to return again next year!

An absolute gem!

We were so pleased to open the door of Casa de Paz and see the clean, modern interior. It was exactly as we had envisaged from the photographs Everything was high quality and pleasing, from the contemporary, tasteful decor, to the extremely well equipped kitchen. It was also spotlessly clean. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was provided. There was ample outdoor space, which we were able to enjoy to the full, due to the particularly good weather for the time of year. In the 20s for most of the week! The villa occupies a lovely position and it was a delight to eat breakfast on the terrace, listening to, and watching the birds in the pine trees. It was probably a little early in the season to get much use from the pool, which was a short walk away, but it was so warm and looked so inviting that I took the plunge! Again, a beautifully maintained area and quite a suntrap. El Portet is a delightful village, the beach was quite lovely, with a restaurant, cafe bar and seating areas on the promenade. Moraira is a further 10 minute walk, and is a lively town with many excellent restaurants and shops. We particularly liked restaurant Le Soleil, the Sunday lunch was very good, and Kostas was just superb, fine dining but at a very reasonable price. We also ate at La Boheme, the menu del dias was very good value and the service was good. We enjoyed walking the hills and driving the coast road to Calpe and other nearby resorts. I have to say that the communication between the owners, Ann and Mark was excellent, nothing was left to chance and we felt confident in our booking. It was a lovely holiday and we would definitely recommend to our family and friends. We would love to return some time soon. Many thanks, Lorraine and Steve Jones

This is a fabulous villa in a pretty area.

We had a great holiday and didn't want to leave. The villa is spotless and the owners have made it home from home. They have also added a seating area in the garden which is lovely and cool in the evenings.The pool is fab and it's a short walk to the beach, an excellent restaurant and good local deli. Aqualandia is a water park about 40 mins drive away but an excellent day out. Also some lovely restaurants in Moraira, it took about 25 mins to walk there as it was very hot, we got a taxi back and it was only 7euros. We will definitely return to the villa and would recommend it to other families.

Beautiful villa,great location

This villa was exactly as described in ownersdirect, beautifully furnished, really comfortable which made our stay even more enjoyable. Spotlessly clean, with cava, water and milk on arrival. The location is great, lovely walk to the sandy and unspoilt El portet beach and coastal walk to moraira town. The bars and restaurants at El Portet were great too. We would love to re-visit and would definitely recommend to others.

Lovely Villa Paz

We loved our two weeks in the villa as it was exactly what we hoped it would be from the photos and description on the website. In fact it was actually better! Lots of space on the terrace and rooftop with all day sun. The furnishings were spotlessly clean and comfortable and it was a pleasure to relax there in the evenings after a busy day enjoying ourselves!

Wonderful holiday

Have just returned after a month in this lovely villa. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Cleanest holiday let I've ever stayed in, and that is a lot. Everything sparkled like new. Balcony and roof terrace a suntrap even in February. Very comfortable and lovely location, very quiet this time of year, and only complaint is that we had to come home.

Home From Home

Just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday at Casa de Paz. The weather wasn't perfect but the villa certainly was. For once the villa matched the description shown on Owners Direct Website. The villa had everything you might need for a perfect holiday, the owners left nothing to chance. The villa was spotlessly clean on our arrival, a week later we used the cleaners again as a holiday should be about spoiling yourself. They can clean for me anytime they want.

Fabulous

We have just returned from our second stay in this beautiful villa and everything was just as brilliant as it was last year. Ann is a delight to deal with and makes booking easy, providing lots of information and recommendations for her guests. The villa is as described - spacious, spotlessly clean with comfortable beds, loads of kitchen equipment, a great terrace and roof top for all day sunshine and alfresco dining. The location is ideal for walking into El Portet and Moraira (the walk does have some steep hills)where there are plenty of bars & restaurants as well as some shopping outlets and market on Fridays. A perfect holiday.

We recently bought this pretty villa after my son holidayed in Moraira and enjoyed the great location. El portet is a picturesque and shallow secluded beach resort in a sheltered bay, within walking distance of central Moraira. Both El Portet and Moraira are elegant resorts that have been spared of the over-development of many other towns along the Costa Blanca. The beautiful crystal clear waters and mountains are bordered by lush groves of almond and orange, vine and olive trees. Within walking distance of the pretty bay of El Portet and Moraira town centre you can leave the car behind and enjoy a drink with your evening meal at one of the many bars.

A beautifully furnished detached villa with tiled floors and contemporary furniture set in a peaceful residential area with stunning mountain views, the villa is surrounded by mature gardens with a large communal swimming pool for guests to enjoy. It is ideally located 8 minutes’ walk from the stunning and safe bay of El Portet and just a pleasant 15 minute walk along the costal path into Moraira with its many restaurants and shops. You can relax on the roof terrace with sun loungers, looking out to the scenic views across the mountains, enjoying all day sun.
