** Fabuloso año redondo Cabina en la cadena de pescado blanco!**

Construida en 1986, esta casa en el lago ofrece comodidades más nuevas, pino nudoso de piso a techo, una gran envoltura alrededor de la cubierta, un juego de arco iris, un pozo de fuego y una tina caliente para 7 personas, que mantenemos abierta todo el año.

El patio es grande y plano, lo que lo convierte en un gran espacio para juegos de césped. La propiedad se encuentra en 100 'de la orilla del lago con un muelle y una zona de playa de arena.

Esta cabina duerme 12 cómodamente! Hay 3 habitaciones cerradas, una habitación grande en un loft y un futón en la sala de estar. También contamos con 2 paquetes de juegos y 2 colchones para cunas para niños pequeños o para dormir en el piso adicional.

Hay dos baños, uno en el nivel principal (lavabo, inodoro, ducha) y otro en el nivel inferior (lavabo, inodoro, ducha, bañera, pisos con calefacción). También hay una lavadora y secadora disponibles!

La cocina está equipada con todos los utensilios para comer y cocinar, incluida una tostadora, una máquina para hacer palomitas de maíz, una cafetera y una máquina para hacer hielo.

Tanto las salas de estar de nivel principal como las de nivel inferior tienen televisores de pantalla plana con reproductores de Blu-Ray. El nivel principal tiene un estéreo.

Además, la cabina tiene aire central, sin embargo, la estructura respira muy bien en verano y se mantiene muy cómoda.

Otro beneficio es nuestra ubicación. Estamos ubicados a una corta distancia a pie de Manhattan Beach Lodge, la elección de los espectadores de WCCO 2017 por "Best Dockside Bar in Minnesota". Overall, this was a great property. There was plenty of room for people to spread out with the 3 bedrooms, the bunk room/loft, and the lower level. The bathroom in the lower level had been completely redone and it was nice and spacious. We appreciated the fast responses from the owner who provided additional tips and accommodation during our stay.

Beautiful

We had a great family vacation! The house was clean, comfortable beds/bedrooms, and lots of space. Outside there is a quiet bay and really big dock. The kids had fun fishing off the dock. Blackstone was nice to use. There were lots of steps but lift was nice, plenty of parking for trucks and boat trailers.

Great Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful week at this property! The cabin is located in a quiet, friendly, peaceful neighborhood. There is so much to do - swimming, kayaking, fishing off the dock, having bonfires, and soaking in the hot tub. There's a flight of around 80 stairs to get up and down from the lake, but we welcomed the exercise. There is also a lift for anyone that couldn't or didn't want to take the stairs. Cooking was easy with a well-stocked kitchen, and the Blackstone was fun to use. Beds were comfortable, and AC plus ceiling fans in most rooms kept us cool at night. Best of all, you could really tell that this was a family cabin and not run by an impersonal property management company. Dan was so nice to work with. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Snowy North Woods family cabin.

Cozy, close to lake access in every direction. Kids loved the bunk beds and toy room, hot tub was enjoyed, perfect for our 3 generation staycation.

Thanksgiving Bliss

We booked Dan’s cabin for a yearly Friendsgiving and we had a blast! The space was so cozy with a great kitchen and enough space that we didn’t feel crowded at all. The hot tub was a huge plus. Just wonderful memories already. Thank you so much!

Family trip

We loved the dock, outdoor space/deck and the that the cabin accommodated our family. Also loved using the blackstone so we didn’t need to lug ours with. We enjoyed our stay and made lots of memories.

Hayes family vacation 2024

This home was perfect for our family to gather, play, relax and enjoy a lake. It has plenty of room to spread out both indoors and out. with decks on the front and back (huge!) of home and a large dock area down by the lake. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and all 9 of us fit around the dinner table! We enjoyed the floating trampoline, paddle boat and dock at the lake. We had fun catching sun fish and bass off the dock. The playground was a real plus for our grandchildren. We set up badminton on the back yard, took bike rides and went into Crosslake to play pickleball at the rec center, and we enjoyed mega ice cream cones at Lake Country Craft and Cones. Dan provides plenty of games, books and indoor toys for rainy days. Dan was quick to respond when we asked questions, great to work with! Thanks Dan!

Great place! Needs a little TLC

The property has everything you could need for a get away (at least from what we can tell from the inside of the house)! My friends and I really enjoyed our stay. Unfortunately for us, Mother Nature decided to dump several inches of snow a few days before we arrived. The driveway and a path to the door were cleared but, both the back and front decks were covered with several inches of snow making these areas inaccessible during our stay. We were unable to gain access to the beach and the fire pit due to snow as well, although that is understandable. The hot tub area is very nice and we appreciated the work that had been done to help ensure that snow melt and weather underneath the deck did not affect use of the hot tub. The chairs near the hot tub were rickety. Two were definitely not usable and should be thrown out, and the other two were questionable but, one was used successfully without breaking underneath us. The dining table and chairs were also somewhat rickety and mildly nerve wracking when in use. Overall, I think the property is great and obviously would be so much more fun in the warmer months when you can access the beach and the fire pit.

Great experience

Great place, owner was easily reached and easy to work with. A bit of a drive to brainerd for shopping but wonderful shopping closer in nisswa. We were there in the fall and enjoyed the large hot tub. This place would be a blast for a family in the summer months with the lake right there and lots of lake activities available. Definitely recommend!

MEA Weekend Getaway

We loved the location, the house had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the hot tub each morning with a cup of coffee! Most of our family ventured up the lake steps only once, from there on out we took advantage of the elevator. The only recommendation I have is to put a motion light on the deck side of the house, or fix the one that’s there. It was very dark each night! We ended up just leaving on a flashlight each night when we out there so we could see the steps.

Amazing …Again

Came for a girls trip again. This is the perfect spot for us to relax, laugh, dance and enjoy ourselves. The setting is beautiful. Everything works as it should. Dan is most responsive and answers any and all questions immediately. Check in was a breeze. The hot tub just makes it all perfect. We will be back

Cabin Charm

First of all, the property owner was great to work with and very communicative. Second, the cabin had a beautiful view, easy access to the water (even an elevator if you didn’t want to do the stairs), was full of charm, very clean and had separate areas for kids and adults to hangout which everyone appreciated! Third, the boat landing was very close to the property so we were able to get the boat in the water and docked at the cabin seamlessly. Lastly, the crappie fishing was unreal! It was as if they were just jumping in the boat! It was a delight for the kiddos, adults and our veteran fishermen alike! We had a wonderful time together making memories and refueling the soul! Thank you, Dan!

Hello, my name is Dan!

I'm a single father raising 4 young boys (9-15), a weekend sports chauffer (so it seems), an avid skier, and I work in the medical device manufacturing industry.

I hold dear the memories made at our cabin over the years and really love that I am able to share with others the opportunity and space to make their own memories at our property.

My boys help me run this VRBO, and yep, even my 9 year old gets in on the action! They are learning skills and appreciating the work and love we put into hosting. It's truly a blessing.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Back in 2006 was introduced to the town of Crosslake, MN and the beautiful Whitefish Chain of Lakes and visited each summer. Once I had a family of my own I decided that it would be wonderful to keep the Crosslake cabin life tradition going on a more permanent basis for my children to experience. So, in 2014 we purchased our very own slice of heaven here in Crosslake, MN.

We love this place and have made so many wonderful memories here, and it makes us so happy to be able to share it so that other families can have an opportunity to make their own cabin-time memories up at the lake!
