Stunning 5* villa with luxury facilities

Lizzie and Robert Cathery have lived in their house in Hampshire for the past 25 years. Robert is a retired Company Director and Lizzie an Interior Designer.
They bought Alamanda Villa in 2010 and spent a year completely modernising the Villa with love and care. As any guest will see attention to detail is outstanding which offers a very high standard of accommodation.
The 2 double bedrooms in the main house have spectacular views over the golf course to the Caribbean Sea beyond, and the Cottage located off the Courtyard offers lovely views of the garden. The whole Villa is beautifully decorated with unique handmade items of furniture.
As this is our winter home guests are respectfully asked not to smoke and to look after it for us.

Located on the Private Estate of the Renowned Golf Course at Royal Westmoreland with its tennis court, pool, spa facilities and Mullins Beach Club, this stunning, well-appointed, beautifully decorated villa has 3 large air conditioned double bedrooms with en-susite bathrooms and walk in closets, 2 of which are in the main villa. The 3rd Bedroom is in the cottage across the pretty bougainvillea clad courtyard. There is a spacious covered terrace for outdoor living with dining and seating areas where you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view over the 18th hole of the Golf Course and the Caribbean Sea beyond. Inside there is an open plan sitting room, raised dining area and newly appointed modern kitchen. This villa certainly has the WOW Factor and is Highly Recommended!
The Villa comes with a housekeeper 5 days a week. Cable TV, Internet, Wi-Fi and Hairdryers.
A qualified chef, babysitting service and hairdresser are all available on request.
Golf discounts are available for guests at certain times of the day, this can be arranged at the Club House.
Also included is membership of the famous Mullins Beach Club with restaurant and spa which is just a short drive away.
Airport transfers can be arranged, together with provisions in the villa for your arrival.
