Villa BayView es una villa de lujo de propiedad privada exclusiva y muy grande ubicada en 4 niveles y terminada con un estándar muy alto. Se incluye un servicio completo de bienvenida y bienvenida, así como un generoso paquete de bienvenida que incluye vino y cerveza. Situado en una posición elevada con vistas a Coral Bay, con aire acondicionado completo, 4 terrazas, (¡1 cubierto para almuerzos prolongados!) y un interior muy espacioso con exterior bellamente ajardinado. La piscina es muy grande de 10m x 5m y cuenta con escalones romanos. El centro del pueblo con algunas tabernas y bares está a menos de 2 minutos en coche, y el complejo de playa de Coral Bay se encuentra a 5 minutos en coche. Coral Bay es famosa por su playa de arena protegida y tiene muchos restaurantes internacionales, bares, tiendas y discotecas. La ciudad y el puerto de Paphos se encuentran a 20 minutos en coche por la carretera costera con el aeropuerto de Paphos a unos 30 minutos en coche de la villa.

A Truly outstanding location with outstanding facilities and views. This is our 7th return visit which I think says it all.Great restaurants and bars 3/4 mile walk away as long as you do not mind hills and walking in the heat.Property is always absolutely spotless and the local staff who support are very unobtrusive and very friendly and always, always willing to support if needed.A unbelievable all round package, we have booked again.

Beautiful villa and fantastic views. The villa was easy to find with the direction given. The lovely welcome package was greatly appreciated after a delayed flight. Coral Bay and Peyia are a great place to visit and Villa Bay is a great place to stay. The Villas pool was fantastic and children enjoyed it all day long. I recommend this Villa

A spacious oasis

We couldn’t fault our stay at all. We arrive late at night and check in was easy. There was some essentials provided and it was very much appreciate - being able to have a drink, coffee, toast etc really took the pressure of us dashing out first thing for shopping. The property is faultless and it gave us tons of space. The pool area was well equipped and we made full use of the bbq area too. We had some very cute pets that were adorable too! We will definitely be returning! Thank you!!!

Home from home!

We’ve stayed at Bay View Villa many times and at other villas in Peyia but this is definitely our favourite! The views are incredible! Plenty of space to have some quiet time and works for us travelling with older children/parent. Villa was nice and clean and nice to see all the improvements from last year (new pool lining, washing machine, gorgeous equine print! If you like to ride then George’s Ranch is a must!) Looking forward to our next trip! And as always thank you for the welcome pack….this is very welcomed after a long day travelling!!

Lovely villa with amazing views

Just spent a week at this lovely villa. Arrived to the best welcome pack. This villa is much better and bigger than the photos show. Situated in a quiet area in the hills, we enjoyed the peace. The stairs kept us fit and we enjoyed the large swimming pool area and each of the balconies for eating and relaxing. We had a car so got around easily within a few minutes drive to Coral Bay and supermarket and lots of other great things to do. The games room was a plus, we had a pool tournament in the evening with our teenager. Wish we stayed longer.

This was our first time staying at Bayview Villa and it won't be our last. The villa is equipped with all essentials that you need to have an enjoyable stay, with a welcome food and drink package in a very quiet and safe location. The owners were contactable and directions and instructions to the villa were easy to follow. The villa is very spacious and laid out well with beautiful scenic sea views of the island. The clean and large pool was very much welcomed after a day of exploring the island. The large local supermarket is located 15 mins in Coral Bay. We would advise renting a car due to location of the villa. The villa came with a family of cats and kittens that our family felt was a joy to feed as we are huge cat lovers. We would recommend this villa to all interested parties. You won't be disappointed renting the villa.

Lovely villa with spectacular views

Nice villa well equipped in lovely village with spectacular views of surrounding hillside and coral Bay Area out to the ocean. Peaceful and quite location, couple of minutes from Coral Bay where there great choice in terms of places to eat and drink, plus a fabulous beach.

As ever had a lovely stay at this fantastic villa, some nice additional furniture since last time & a great addition down by the pool of a pergola giving welcome shade when needed. Already booked for next year !

Amazing Views

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was a little difficult to find, as we arrived at night, but found the villa eventually. The place was lovely and clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and tidy and the kitchen had everything we needed. The small welcome pack was much appreciated. Wifi was very good. Obviously the outside is the real reason for renting this villa and it didn’t disappoint. The views are amazing and the pool is fantastic. We will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing views

We stayed in July for 4 weeks and were very impressed. The views are fantastic and one of the best we have had over our many years of coming to Cyprus. The pool area was great very quiet and relaxing. The Villa had everything we needed and the pool table was a hit with our 3 teenagers. We regularly walked into Peyia and also to get the bus to Coral Bay but also hired a car to explore the rest of the island. Steve and Angie who look after the Villa were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here.

What a View

A large, well equipped and comfortable villa with views to die for. A few minor points that were brought to Angie's attention for rectifying. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday in a lovely part of the island. The town of Peyia was 15 minutes walk away with Coral Bay being about 5 minutes drive, with plenty of taverns bars and restaurants to chose from. Communication with the owner was plentiful and informative making the arrival process simple even after the usual flight delays!

Can't wait to return

Lovely house with glorious views and large clean pool. Very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, huge living room, lots of loungers. It's an "upside down" house with bedrooms at front door level, down to kitchen/living room. It's then a further 2 levels down to the pool so you need to be ok with steps. But the pool is very private and looks onto a field grazed by goats with the lower part of Peyia, Coral Bay and the sea beyond. Thanks to the owner, Simon and his 'agent' Angela for their help and excellent communication.
