101 es una gran villa privada muy especial y lujosa en una de las mejores partes de la isla, local a las mejores playas (Cala Bassa, Conta 5 minutos) y clubes (KM5, Amnesia 10 minutos), así como la ciudad de Ibiza (15 minutos).

La casa ha sido completamente renovada en 2014 (y desde entonces) a un alto nivel por sus propietarios británicos. La casa de más de 400 metros cuadrados se encuentra dentro de casi una hectárea de terreno privado amurallado y tiene algunas de las mejores vistas de Ibiza.

La piscina infinita de gran tamaño de 15m x 4m incorpora un área de jacuzzi para 12 personas. Grandes terrazas rodean la casa y hay otros 2000 metros cuadrados de área de césped para disfrutar dentro de 7000 metros cuadrados de tierra boscosa privada.

El diseño de la atmósfera en 101 ha sido muy importante para sus propietarios, por lo que se han combinado muchas características para mejorar su estadía. La iluminación LED de color automática ilumina la piscina principal por la noche en varios colores, así como los jardines circundantes. Las características automáticas del agua se han utilizado para efectos visuales y acústicos para mejorar la experiencia 101. Junto a la gran piscina infinita principal, 101 ofrece a los huéspedes una segunda área de piscina poco profunda y fuentes que rodean una gran isla de relajación con sombra de vela con dos camas externas super king size.

También hay una segunda área de descanso "mágica", más alta en los jardines de 101, con impresionantes vistas del mar al atardecer a las islas frente a Cala Conta.

La casa está totalmente equipada y se encuentra en dos pisos separados conectados a través de sus jardines. 101 ofrece un total de 7 habitaciones dobles, (1 una habitación cuádruple) (3 con aire acondicionado) una habitación doble es una habitación grande que también sirve como una segunda cocina / sala de estar.
La villa cuenta con 6 baños, 3 cocinas, con dos cocinas internas totalmente equipadas y una externa con nevera, fregadero y barbacoa. Además, hay 3 grandes camas de día de descanso internas en la casa principal, así como dos sofás. También varios televisores incluyen el principal televisor de 52 pulgadas y estéreo con bluetooth y usb, tarjeta sd, DVD. AC, iluminación tenue en todo el ambiente. La mesa de comedor y los asientos externos tienen capacidad para 14 personas fácilmente, con otra mesa de comedor externa para 8 en el jardín inferior. Internamente, un gran comedor redondo tiene capacidad para 12 personas. El estacionamiento es amplio con dos zonas de estacionamiento principales en 101. Una zona está directamente al lado de la casa principal, donde hay estacionamiento para 4 a 5 autos. La segunda zona de estacionamiento está a 100 metros de la casa, con estacionamiento para hasta 15 autos, si es necesario. Árboles frutales rodean esta área de estacionamiento inferior.

Thank you so much for having me again - Villa 101 has a special place in my heart!! The view is absolutely unique and breathtaking - staying in this beautifully designed villa with it’s terraces and spacious garden was a big pleasure. There is plenty of space and some of the most stunning beaches on the island are just around the corner. Situated in nature the atmosphere of staying here is amazing - still offering all needed amenities nearby (shop restaurant right in front!). Rich was incredibly helpful and warmhearted and made us feel very welcomed. It was great to be back and I‘ll keep coming back for sure - a true gem in Ibiza! Thanks a lot, Eva

Beautiful Large Villa but Needs Security Improvements

Pros: - Beautiful house with amazing views. - The owner and manager are super responsive. - Store next door and restaurant. - Good size, rooms, beds. - Great layout, perfect for a large group. Cons: - Security: The house does not feel secure enough. It should have deterrent signs indicating it is protected by private security, and visible cameras on the exterior walls and gate to deter potential thieves. Currently, the limited cameras only operate when the alarm is set, which is inadequate. The cameras should work on motion detectors at all times, even when people are home and the alarm is not activated. Cameras along the driveway and in other key areas should be recording based on motion detection, regardless of whether the alarm is on. Given that Ibiza is experiencing a surge in burglaries, it is imperative to feel safe when renting a villa here. - Car Gate: Sometimes not closing properly and requiring manual intervention. - Electrical: The house cannot handle the electricity load when multiple AC units are on simultaneously, causing frequent power outages. - WiFi: The WiFi is very slow. Conclusion: I have mixed feelings because the house is beautiful and the homeowner is very responsive and accommodating. However, for me to stay here again, the house would need to substantially upgrade its security with more motion-detected cameras regardless of alarm activation, and must have signage indicating that the villa is patrolled by private armed security.

A magical place…

We had a great and wonderful week at Villa 101. Rich and Paul gave a great introduction to the Villa and surroundings and were approachable the whole week with great tipps for restaurants beaches and events nearby. The villa has a stunning view on the bay of Sant Antoni, the sunset and is located in a quiet and cozy area of the island. The pool is awesome, the kitchen big and all bedrooms are cozy with an individual touch. The next small supermarket with fresh bread for breakfast and everything you need day in and day out is just 2 min away, and an awesome restaurant is not only great to eat in, they also deliver food to the villa. A magical place for a magical vacation.

Amazing villa at a hide-away location

We had an incredible time with friends and family including young children. Other services recommended by the owner were all excellent as well. The week has gone so fast in the villa, we all felt the next time we need to book minimum 10 days!

The pool and the view from the deck were spectacular, and there was plenty of room for our group of 14. The location away from Ibiza City and close to Sant Josep, Sant Antoni and local beaches and restaurants was perfect.

Best Holiday!

We were a group of seven couples and this was our first trip to Ibiza - the villa surpassed all of our expectations. The property looks even better in real life, spacious, and was more than comfortable for our size group. The view is incredible, and you get some pretty amazing sunsets. Rich and Paul were super helpful making check in / out easy, and gave us lots of advice and tips of things to and places to visit. We also had Gasper the chef do a BBQ one of the nights which was brilliant. We will definitely be returning to Villa 101!

Beautiful villa - perfect for large groups

What a beautiful place to wake up every day! The pool area is a show stopper - stunning view of the bay and lots of separate lounge areas - sunken sunbed mattresses, huge sunbed cushions, a chill out sun-mattress area in the shade - plus of course the beautiful infinity pool! There is also a large garden next to the downstairs bedrooms with two shaded sunbeds - if you ever make it away from the pool! 6 bedrooms are all generous for couples (a couple of bedrooms are huge!), bathrooms are spotless and bright, 1 smaller 'pool room' is good for overflow if needed. The kitchen area is large, high spec, full of all the appliances you would need on holiday, and there is a fridge and large BBQ area behind the enormous outdoor dining table. Communication with the owner, Rich, was excellent - he kept us in the loop on the current restrictions on the island, as well as recommendations for bars/restaurants and places to go, and was there to welcome us and show us around personally when we arrived. The villa 'all jobs man', Gaspar (probably spelt incorrectly, sorry), is always a call away if you have a problem or need a hand with anything. Honestly a great place stay - attention to detail of not just the property but our experience has been stand out - I've already had other friends asking for the villa details!

Simply Perfect Villa 101, & Perfect Holiday..

Was very hard to leave Villa 101. Thanks Paul, Rich and your team for a great job ensuring we had everything we needed. Villa 101 is an exceptional villa. Was ultra clean on arrival, the views, privacy and facilities speak for themselves. The local shop super convenient and a short taxi ride to the best beaches and clubs in Ibiza. See you in 2020 as we are definitely coming back. Thanks again for everything, including mailing my speaker back to the uk for me as i forgot it.. (Sorry for the trouble!) Thanks B

Perfect wedding week at Villa 101

Me and 13 friends and family stayed at Villa 101 for my wedding party in July 2019. We really couldn’t ask for any more from a villa and host, all friends and family were taken aback by the villa and it’s amazing views. We watched the sunrise every day in the villa it was the perfect compliment to our wedding week. Great communication from the host before and throughout our stay. Would 100% recommend and will be paying villa 101 another visit in the near future.

Magnifique vue, villa très spacieuse au calme mais nombreuses lacunes pour l’équipement, le ménage..

La villa 101 dispose d’une situation exceptionnelle, vue à couper le souffle, jardin et piscine des plus agréable. Les photos parlent d’elles mêmes. À 1 min à pied de la villa il y a une supérette assez bien achalandée, un restaurant de bonne qualité proposant sushi et pizza, ainsi qu’un revendeur de billets pour les différentes boîtes de nuits pour les fetards. Richard a été très réactifs à chaque fois que nous le contactions. Il était présent pour le check in et le check out. Néanmoins, l’annonce ne précise pas que l’on doit remette en cash une caution pour d’éventuel dégât et Richard nous a prévenu la veille. 2 climatiseurs étaient en panne et un rideau était cassé à notre arrivé, empêchant les occupant de la chambre de profiter de la magnifique vue. La chambre en dessous de la piscine était très humide la rendant difficilement habitable. Le service de ménage payant était très approximatif, les femmes de ménage n’ont notamment pas nettoyé le bbq, qui nous a été facturé par la suite par Richard ! Quand on paye un séjour à 5 chiffres c’est plus que mesquin. Le check in s’est fait à 15:00 et le check out à 10:00 pile, Richard n’a pas vraiment était patient pour les légers retardataires et nous a quasiment mis dehors. Je conseille vivement de prendre le supplément serviettes ainsi qu’un supplément draps car le changement des draps n’est pas assuré durant le séjour.

Perfect Ibiza villa.. we love 101

We loved it. The views the pool, the privacy, the location. It even has a corner shop in walking distance from the house. We have rented many villas in Ibiza and now we have found the one that has great views and privacy to play some music with neighbours complaining.. taxis to Ibis were 30e which was ok and.worth it for the privacy we had. Thanks to the 101 team. See u in 2019!

I rented Villa 101 for my family and I. We had an amazing time at the most beautiful of villas. Villa 101 is a precious place where we passed many happy days. Lovely pool, spectacular views, convenient location made it the perfect villa for us. Stayed in many expensive villas in ibiza and this was the best value by a mile.

When I returned the 2nd time, with the same group of close friends, I felt 'at one' with the property, completely content in a beautiful setting in an aesthetically pleasing environment. Coincidentally, today I bought my airfare for my 3rd stay later this year as BBC ran an episode of 'Getaways' on Ibiza. Only 7 months to wait.

Stunning villa, views & vibes...Ibiza at its best

The hunt for the perfect base in Ibiza stops @Villa101. Richard's (owner) attention to detail permeates throughout the villa, so that every guest leaves happy, relaxed but wanting more. From its fantastic location, stunning views, pool and grounds, layout and interior design, its impossible for Villa 101 to disappoint at any level. But there's another element that makes Villa 101 standout from the crowd: the vibes. Richard and his team are genuinely dedicated to ensuring every guest and request is satisfied. Richard and Gaspar were very knowledgeable and helpful about how to make the most from your time on the island, with the added benefit of Gaspar being a brilliant Argentinian BBQ cook ! Our group stayed in Villa 101 in July 2017, and we are planning to returning in 2018, happy in the knowledge that there is no reason to search for another villa when we've already found the perfect one. Absolutely no reservation on recommending this unique property, only advice would be to book it asap...you won't regret it !

Fabulous villa with stunning views

We stayed in villa 101 with a group of friends in September. The villa is beautiful - really well kept and spotless. The views and in infinity pool are fabulous. A great time was had by all! We hope to return to villa 101 next year :-)

Hi there we are a British couple that have loved and enjoyed Ibiza from the late 1990s. We adore our house and ask you to please enjoy it and look after it during your stay. We are very fair and reasonable people and will help make your stay in Ibiza as enjoyable as possible. We don't mind chatting to our tenants so please call us to ask questions rather than guessing how something works. Any breakages please let us know as quickly as possible so we can replace for the next week's tenants. Our passion, aside from Ibiza, is sailing. We move on to our yacht during the summer and that's why we let our house to happy clients. We nonetheless like to meet all our clients during the check in process. Ibizas' best beaches, restaurants and clubs all within 10 minutes drive. Very green. Beautiful views to sea and forest. Private.
