Villa Magnolia es una espaciosa villa de tres dormitorios situada en una tranquila calle privada, a poca distancia de Namos y Coralia Beach, y muy cerca de Coral Bay Strip, donde encontrará una serie de restaurantes, bares y tiendas. Un auto no es esencial. Servicio regular de autobuses a Paphos durante todo el día. Ideal para vacaciones familiares en hermosos jardines con vistas al mar.

La villa dispone de aire acondicionado y ofrece una gran piscina de azulejos de 8m x 4m. Tres habitaciones de buen tamaño, una habitación doble y dos habitaciones dobles, todas con amplio espacio de almacenamiento. Un baño familiar adyacente a los dormitorios y un aseo en la planta baja. Una gran área de cocina / comedor abierta que conduce a una gran sala de estar que conduce a los hermosos jardines.

Relaxation heaven

It is a bit dated but everything you need for a great relaxing holiday. Great location. The villa description of the upstair shower room needs updating as the bath has been removed, great to have a decent size walk in shower we willdefinetly book this villa again.

Fantastic villa in a quiet location

Villa magnolia was very well presented, well laid out, and had superb sea views. It is situated in a quiet and convenient location, just a short walk into Coral Bay and nearby beach. There is a well-stocked supermarket just a 4 min walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, but needs some internal updating!

Great location within easy walking distance of the beach and strip, with other amenities close. Kitchen could do with an update as could the furniture in the lounge. Lack of mirrors in the bedrooms, as has been mentioned in other reviews. A few things 'went wrong' but Fay sorted them promptly!

Stunning views

Just back from a lovely 12 night stay at this villa. Communication with the owner/manager was good. The villa is very clean as is the pool. The air con is at no additional charge and is very powerful, we needed this in July! Lovely new bathrooms too. Lots of lovely bars and restaurants nearby, we had a great time. The only thing that would if improved our stay is some mirrors in the bedrooms (there are some in the bathrooms) but not easy to do your hair in there. And some water on arrival as we arrived very late. We hope to return :-)

Lovely Villa

This Villa is in a great location within walking distance of everything required to have the perfect holiday: Sandy beach with watersports, supermarket, shops, restaurants and bars. The Villa itself was clean and well equipped with good air conditioning at no extra cost The views from the large upstairs balcony are stunning and the front and rear garden are spacious with a decent sized private pool. Yes if i was being picky there would be a few minor cosmetic upgrades i would make but overall its good value for money and we enjoyed every minute of our holiday! 6 of us stayed here for 2 weeks (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 younger kids) and it easily spacious enough for us all. Communication with the owner/management was good and they even accommodated us for a late check out for a small fee which was a life saver. Fully recommend and we will be back again.

Needs some updating

The location and views 👍 kitchen needs updating appliances good but kitchen surfaces particularly round hob and sink not clean, showers and water pressure great The bedding wasn’t very good we needed to buy Cotten sheets for double bed as they were nylon and I in a single bed had a tussle with the mattress cover as it didn’t fit properly Outside space good but needed sunbed mattresses It was great that there were just 2 of us but for 6 people with no umbrella in the sun We had a lovely holiday 😊

Perfect location, lovely pool!

We spent three weeks here, and it was all we hoped it would be! The location is great- less than a ten minute walk to two lovely beaches, and 15 mins to the main strip. Also close driving distance to a ton of must-see sights in the area/western side of the island. The pool was super clean and well maintained, the gardens are gorgeous, and the view of the sea from the top deck is stunning. Having AC was helpful as it started to get quite warm the last bit of our stay. The beds and furniture could use a refresh, and while the bathrooms have been updated since the photos in the listing, there is no longer a bathtub (making cleaning a baby and a toddler in a tiny shower a challenge for three weeks). Note that for longer stays cleaning is not included, but the host arranged a light cleaning for us at a cost (so at least we didn’t have to scrub toilets on our holiday). All in all though we had a great stay!

Lovely, quiet location

Villa Magnolia is in a great location, it was very quiet but close to amenities. The walk to the main 'strip' is about 15 mins and beaches 5-10 minute walk. The Phillippos supermarket is about a 20 minute walk but they deliver shopping free. The villa is more spacious than we thought, it had everything we needed, the air conditioning a real bonus especially in the heat and the pool is wonderful! The only negative is that there was no cleaning products available and we were there for 2 weeks and with no cleaner coming in it would be a nice touch to have some products at the villa as guests shouldn't have to pay out for them during their stay. I have fed this back to the property management company to pass on to the owner. Also, the tree needs trimming as we had to clear the pool each day which was not a problem but I think this has been an on going problem for a while. Definitely recommend this villa, a real gem!

Superb location, very close to beach and easy walk to Coral bay town. Little restaurants around corner. On main bus route. Very private. Quiet street. Sea views and balcony to enjoy sunset. Well equipped. New bathrooms from the photos

A fab little find!

This villa was perfect for our stay for 2 weeks August 2021 Just what we needed after the chaos of 2020! The kids loved the pool - the villa had plenty of room for us all - air conditioning was a welcome treat in the evening! Walking distance to a few restaurants and also walking to both Coral Bay and Corallia Bay beaches - both great! About 10 min stroll to the main Coral Bay strip with loads of choice for dining out We loved our stay here - had everything we could need (the only tiny thing that would make things a little better would be a dishwasher as we hat washing up!!!!! - overall just great!

01/09/2017 -15/9/2017 villa Magnolia needs a littel attention to the decor , needs a little updating

we arrived on 1/9/2017 for a two week holiday, the villa is situated a quiet close at the end of the strip nearer the bus station . it is a 20 min walk with an incline at each end of the walk. however the beaches are in the middle so 10 minute walk . I am afraid to say the villa also could have been a lot cleaner on arrival as the floors , mirror and terrace were grubby and not spotless !. but on a positive not the beds were comfy and well equipped kitchen .. I would also suggest that more mirrors next to plugs would be appropriate such as the bedrooms to allow use of hairdryers and to get ready in the morning and evening, also a decent shower in the bathroom as only a shower curtain that sticks to you as a small bath , "1 bathroom for a villa sleeping 6 is a struggle". The garden and pool really are the best bits of the villa , gardens have been done to a high standard and the pool beautifully clean for the whole of the two weeks . We have stayed to Coral Bay three times before so against other Villas not the best but with a bit of attention it could be lovely . regards The Perry's

Villa exactly like photos but bigger than you think.

Stayed in villa magnolia 12 July 2017 for two weeks very hot weather over 40 some days so pool very welcome. Pool was at waist height for one third then got very deep quickly on a slope. Villa very well equipped everything that you need even some lilos ect. In cupboard in hall. We used Phillipos supermarket bus there and a free lift lift back with your shopping. Buses 1.50 Euro to go any where between paphos and coral bay every 10 minutes. Pool cleaned 4 times. But villa was not cleaned in the two weeks we expected clean sheets and towel (only one provided each) we washed the towels and decided to wash sheets then next day found sheets and towel in cupoard up high in master bedroom but no maid service . I would say make sure you have directions to villa as our private transfer took us to wrong villa magnolia despite giving the correct address. Had a fantastic time in villa magnolia. Thanks
