Una villa bien equipada de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños, las 2 habitaciones principales ambas con camas king size, una de las cuales se puede convertir en una habitación doble adicional, ambas tienen modernos cuartos de baño con ducha, el tercer dormitorio es una habitación doble también con un moderno cuarto de baño con ducha. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado. El establecimiento cuenta con una gran piscina privada y excelentes vistas al mar Jónico. A poca distancia a pie de restaurantes y bares en el puerto de Fiscardo, esta villa está perfectamente situada para aquellos huéspedes que quieran dejar el coche por unos días.
Roberto también está equipado con WiFi actualizado y un televisor inteligente para aquellos que necesitan ponerse al día con las novedades o ver un poco de deporte.

Beautiful house in Kefalonia

We loved our stay at Villa Roberto. It has a wonderful view over the Ionian and Lefkas, it was immaculately clean and well equipped with efficient and friendly maintenance and cleaning staff. Very peaceful surroundings despite Villa Gaeta next door and walking distance to Emblisi beach and Fiskardo town. Easy booking and helpful instructions and local info. Thanks!

Perfect holiday villa and location

Villa Roberto was just as described and excelled in its position overlooking the sea and proximity to Fiskardo and Emblissi beach . Very quiet with subtle décor and excellent facilities. The pool and garden were very pretty and we dined outside on the sheltered terrace many nights and relaxed in the hammock in the shade during the day. Would highly recommend both the villa Roberto and the town of Fiskardo. Wonderful. Thank you.

Family Week

Great location - a short walk into Fiskardo (up and down the hill). Lovely views and the villa worked really well for a family / friends group of 6. It is not a modern villa and at first we were a bit underwhelmed but it's charm grew on us and we loved our stay. Aircon only in bedrooms. No BBQ which was a shame but seemed BBQs have been banned by the Greek Govt. The reccomendation of the Alati restaurant was great and we went there twice!

Excellent villa in prime location

We have been visiting Fiskardo and the surrounding area for a number of years and had previously stayed in Villa Gaeta, which is next door. We were pleased to find that Villa Roberto was also excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The villa is one of only a handful that could be considered walking distance from Emplisi beach and Fiskardo and so location is definitely ‘prime’. The bakery just around the corner is also a major plus and we frequented it daily. As we were travelling with young children there were a number of discussions with the property managers to sort out cots and high chairs and this process was easy and everything was as expected. The property managers were also understanding when we repeated a couple of requests as we couldn’t remember asking (as anyone with young children will understand). In summary this is a clean well located villa with lovely views and we will certainly consider staying again.

Excellent location , beautiful views

Lovely villa, great pool & , gardens Interior nice but disappointed with twin bedded room which said it was en-suite - it definitely did not have a proper en suite - the shower was next to the toilet not separate & the whole floor got wet so floor was slippery & dangerous. The welcome pack could have been better - there was a lovely bottle of wine , milk & sachets of coffee & tea . It would have been nice to have , bread , cheese , fruit etc so when arriving late there was a snack to eat . The pool was great , amazing views & good local but disappointed in twin bedroom as the guests in that room had to use someone else’s bathroom to shower. You could not shower in that room .

The villa is lovely with lots of space and well appointed. The location is ideal with a bakery 5 mins walk and Fiskardo is also an easy walk with all the restaurants and shops. Great communication from the owner too.

A wonderful time in Villa Roberto

We had a great week at lovely villa, all as described and especially enjoyed the pool and beautiful sea views. Good position being a short walk into Fiskardo and the local beach which turned out to be the best of all the ones we visited. We can't wait to return.

Amazing holiday

We cannot recommend this villa highly enough. In first class condition, fantastic swimming view with an amazing view. It is very quiet at night, being just outside of Fiskardo, so was ideal for the children. The supermarket is a short walk away (albeit uphill on the way back!). The pool was cleaned every other day too. Would recommend the bakery and restaurant just up the road too. We will definitely look to stay again

Can't wait to come back!

Everything about the location and accommodations of this property ticked all our boxes. The location is perfect. Within easy walking distance to Fiscardo and the restaurants, but just far enough to be quiet and private. Easy access to the many footpaths and beautiful beaches in the local area. The house itself was very comfortable and spotlessly cared for. We particularly loved the variety of seating areas around the property. Since 3 of us had to work while on vacation this gave each of us a beautiful, quiet place to spend time on work before heading out to have fun. The pool was well used every day although it should be noted that it is not heated and so a little shocking to get into in May 🤣. We wanted to eat breakfast and occasional lunches at the Villa, so we were grateful for the fully equipped kitchen. There was plenty of hot water for 4 showers each day. Even in May we appreciated the Air conditioning in the bedrooms but would like to recommend that insect screens be put in the windows of the two upper bedrooms so that the windows could be open for those who prefer fresh air instead of AC. Whether you want to use the Villa as a base for adventures or want to just relax and sit around the pool all day, you can't go wrong with this lovely property. My husband and I are Property Managers in Whitefish Montana managing vacation rental properties near Glacier National Park USA, so we're happy to recommend this property 😀

Wonderful stay at Villa Roberto

My family and I had a fantastic stay at Villa Roberto. It has a wonderful peaceful location, within very easy reach of Fiskardo. It has great views out to sea, plenty of space in the grounds and has a bakery a few moments walk from the front door. Emplisi beach is just a short walk away, which is a wonderful place to swim and relax. Bob was also fantastic to deal with when we had an issue with the Vrbo payment system. Overall an amazing stay and we will definitely be looking to return.

Perfect 3 bedroom villa for enjoying the best of fiskardo

Amazing view. Perfectly angled to remain cool. Lots of great outdoor seating areas. Pool is perfect size. 12 min walk into fiskardo for dinner. Bedrooms are sorry on with great AC. One of the best villas we have stayed in, and that is from a wise range.

Fantastic property of a good specification within easy walking distance of Fiskardo.

We rented the property for two weeks and really enjoyed ever minute of the stay. Weather was great, actually considering it was early in the season, end May early June, the pool was a necessity in order to cool down with temperatures reaching 30C on some days. We have visited Fiskardo many times, having stopped off for the night during various family flotilla holidays and were not disappointed to find it has lost none of its charm and indeed had many new restaurants to sample. The property is only a 5 - 10 minute from the centre of Fiskardo allowing you to totally forget using a car. We did however spend sometime visiting various other parts of the island and trying out many different tavernas along the way. All in all a great holiday and would, and already have, recommended this villa to anyone wanting a great base with excellent facilities near Fiskardo. We would have no hesitation in rebooking!

This is a very well equipped Villa in a private location just a 10 min walk from the Waterfront

Villa Roberto was every bit as good as it appeared on the website. Good location within a 10 min walk from Fiskardo centre with the Waterfront, Restaurants, Boutiques, Supermarkets & all the essential shops you would need. A car for a couple of days allows you to go exploring a little further. Our holiday was at the end of the season in October so some facilities were already closed but we had great weather and enjoyed everything available to us. The only reason we deducted a star was that we felt a little miffed at the lack of basic essentials the Villa could have provided on arrival. Milk, water, tea would have been appreciated enough to make a welcome drink but the lack of basic essentials meant we had go off to the supermarket within first hr of arriving - not even a dishcloth or washing up liquid provided so go prepared. Otherwise a really lovely holiday!

Excellent holiday

Villa is lovely and very well maintained. Beautiful views, nice and private, plus within easy 10 minute walk of the beautiful harbour of Fiscardo. The choice of restaurants and bars is impressive, enjoyed every meal. There is boat hire available for the day which I recommend, visited a few beaches and the nearby island. Booking process with Bob was very easy, he also provided lots of useful information as well as arranging car hire.

Beautiful location and villa with everything we needed and very helpful owners

The villa is in a lovely, quiet location, just a few minutes walk down to Fiscardo harbour. Bob helped us with all the arrangements including private transfers from and back to the airport, as well as ensuring there was a cot and high-chair in the property for a small child. The pool is a good size for a party of 6, and everything worked exactly as it should. Communications with Bob were extremely easy and he was happy to help with any of our requests. I would definitely recommend this as a fabulous place to stay.

Great Villa Great Location

Our family have just return from a fantastic 2 week break at villa Roberto in Fiskardo, Kefalonia. Arranged for us by Bob Avient from Greek island retreats, this was from start to finish a simple process from booking, to arriving in an air conditioned private transfer. The villa itself is a very clean (courtesy of Annisa our maid, many thanks) and well equipt. Great sunrise views in the morning from the main bedrooms and 2 good seating areas by the pool for relaxing and early evening drinks. Location was perfect, with a very nice Taverna a 2 minute walk away, and a short 10 minute stroll down the hill to the beautiful harbour of Fiskardo. With breathtaking sea views and some stunning restaurants. We could not recommend this break away highly enough and we will certainly return. Once again, thanks Bob and your team on a great holiday.

Wonderful family holiday- highly recommend

Fabulous villa and pool with stunning views

This was our first trip to Kefalonia, and I can say it did not disappoint. Arranging the booking with Bob Avient of Greek Island retreats was very straight forward and hassle free. Villa Roberto is maintained to a high standard, and is extremely clean and comfortable. It is in a secluded location with fantastic views, but is only a 10 minute walk into Fiskardo. Fiskardo is a lovely Greek fishing village, where the locals are very friendly and the restaurants very good. We had great fun watching the boats mooring up of an evening while enjoying fantastic Greek food and hospitality. Bob provided some great restaurant recommendations as well as ideas of things to do in and around Fiskardo. It is certainly a place we hope to return to.

We had a great holiday in Villa Roberto for the second year running. The house is comfortable and well serviced. The views across to the island of Ithaca and the Greek mainland are spectacular and the attractive little port of Fiskado is a short walk away. Arranging our booking with Bob Avaient of Greek Island retreats was straightforward once again and Bob helped us arrange car hire, as he did last year. We would happily recommend Villa Roberto.

Great Villa, Great Location

Really nice Villa with great sea views. Walkable distance from Fiscardo centre which has a good choice of restaurants, we booked using Greek Islands Retreats and Bob was really helpful throughout the whole booking process.

One of our best holidays

We've been on many villa holidays but can honestly say that this was one of the best. The villa was perfect in every way – clean, comfortable, amazing views, quiet and private yet within walking distance of the beach and town. Having previously used companies such as James Villas and Villa Plus, we were very surprised at the level of service we received in an Owners Direct property. In comparison, the booking process was a very personal experience as Bob gave us some great advice to make the most of our holiday. During our stay, the villa was cleaned regularly and to an extremely high standard. We were well looked after by Linda, the Property Manager, who talked us through all that the island had to offer in detail and even made bookings for us with discounts. Kefalonia is an absolutely beautiful island and the town of Fiscardo is most definitely the jewel in the crown. We enjoyed shopping for our groceries in the local shops and traditional bakeries, as well as eating and drinking in the bars and restaurants along the harbour – sitting and watching the boats while drinking a nice cold Mojito was a real treat! I would definitely recommend this villa to a friend or relative and we will, without a doubt, return here for another holiday.
