Adorable Hill Country Cottage!

Dulce y elegante, ¡te encantará esta cabaña! ¡Lo tiene todo! Tanto vintage como nuevo, cuenta con una cómoda cama queen con sábanas preciosas. una acogedora chimenea eléctrica, una cocina americana (microondas, nevera pequeña, fregadero) un bar y taburetes, área de descanso, TV grande, una hermosa ducha de piedra con vestidor separado, otra área de descanso ... es muy agradable. La cabaña también tiene un gran porche con asientos y su propia mesa de bistro, rodeada por un patio cercado. Disfrute de hermosos amaneceres allí, mientras saborea su café Keurig recién hecho de la barra de café abastecida en su cabaña. Además, tiene un patio trasero, ubicado en los árboles. ¡O siéntate en el hermoso columpio debajo del roble! Hemos pensado en todo. Te encantará el ambiente relajado aquí. Charming and relaxing getaway

We very much enjoyed our stay at the country cottage. The scenic countryside on and around the property was beautiful. The cottage was very neat and cozy, and contained everything you could need for a short trip. Look forward to exploring more in this part of Texas. We'll be back!

Great weekend getaway!

We stayed here for Father’s Day weekend and it was a great location. Close enough to Dripping Springs if you wanted to do something, but secluded enough if you wanted space. Very clean and a really cool set up. Would be great to come back with other couples and all stay here.

The property was nice

Love the environment, but the cabins are too close together and the furniture was not comfortable. We were annoyed by a barking dog, the other guests, and the exterior lights. The saving grace was that we found a fire ring away from the cabins with some privacy. Having other cabins on the property was not mentioned, only the main house was. IMHO It was too expensive for what was offered.

Peaceful getaway

My husband and I were staying to check out the area as we might make a move there from CA. Matt and Michelle, the owners, talked to us about buying land, what to look for, etc. They even gave us a tour of their beautiful property. It was breezy (even in July) and so quiet. Great home base for scouting all the surrounding areas.

Wonderful Cottage

Absolutely delightful little cottage. Impeccably clean and had everything you might need. Michelle was a gracious host, responding to me immediately and getting me items I requested within minutes. The cottage is on Creek Rd. which is a perfect cycling road. So, bring your bike and have a great time! I'll be back.

Perfect weekend escape!

My husband and I stayed here for the weekend, as we were attending a friend's wedding at Vista West. The location was close enough to the necessary attractions, but remote enough to feel private. The cabin was great and the property was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying there. If you're worried about space, know that the owner was very efficient in how they laid everything out. We never felt cramped and still had plenty of room for our belongings.

Gorgeous and very peaceful setting in the hill country!!

My fiancé and I booked all three cabins for ourselves and each of our parents for the weekend of our wedding. Michelle and her husband took extra care of us and provided us with the most beautiful setting, great hospitality and personal attention to all of our needs. Had I known that this place was as gorgeous as it is (photos only show a small portion of its beauty), I would have had the wedding there. Our wedding was small and only consisted of immediate family so on the day of the wedding we asked if we could have the reception on their property and Michelle gladly said yes. Michelle and her husband set up extra tables, provided table cloths and said we could move outdoor furniture to suit our needs. They personalized little things on the property for our wedding and made our weekend so very special. We will most definitely return and we highly recommend this place. Thank you so much for everything that you did for us. We are eternally grateful. Kerry & Dan Schmidt

Beautiful Cabin!

My husband and I stayed at this cabin for a wedding in Dripping Springs. The location is beautiful and so peaceful! The cabin itself is just the right size. I was afraid it might be too small, but there was plenty of room. Attention is given to every detail. There are instructions for the wifi and air conditioning. We were provided fresh strawberries, Cuties, yogurt and water. I absolutely loved the décor of the cottage. I was afraid my husband would think it was too girly, but I think the location of the cabin won him over. He is thinking of renting the whole complex and have his extended family there. The only thing I wish we could have experienced was using the little fireplace/heater. But it was in June. Maybe next time!

Such a Lovely Cottage

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Such beautiful property and the cottage was absolutely charming. The photos in the listing perfectly exemplified the cottage: So pretty, clean and everything perfectly placed. Our hosts were very kind and gracious. This is the perfect country get away, but you are still close to many area attractions and restaurants. We even enjoyed a meal at the cottage one evening (many thanks to our hosts for letting us borrow a grill). Would definitely recommend this place for others to enjoy!

Quaint and Quiet!

This little studio cottage was just what we were looking for. Set behind the Alexander's farmhouse, this cozy studio cottage was beautifully appointed with attention to detail. A small vase of wildflowers with a sign "Happy Getaway" even welcomed us along with some breakfast goodies and fresh fruit. The cottage had a comfortable bed, small microwave and refrigerator along with a Keurig coffee maker and plates/cups/flatware (both real and paper) to make a short stay enjoyable. The area was beautiful as we enjoyed quiet walks down the country road or simply sitting on the front porch or back patio and listening to God's creation. It was out in the country, yet a very easy drive into Dripping Springs and the surrounding areas. Lots of good restaurants in town too. We especially liked the "Crepe Crazy Cafe" and "Rolling in Thyme and Dough" Michelle, the host, was pleasant and gracious and checked on us a couple of times by email in the four days we were there, so it was never intrusive. Overall, it was a lovely stay and I would highly recommend it if you are looking for a quiet place to rest.

I'm a Texas girl! And although my hubby, Matt (of more than a couple of decades) is from California, it didn't take him long to find his heart here. And we fell in love with this beautiful spot in the country! We've always enjoyed all kinds of "hosting", and we love sharing this with others. This place is a labor of love, and our guests can feel that.

We chose this property for so many reasons: the beautiful oak trees, wet-weather ponds, gorgeous hill-country views and wildlife -- a world away, but only 10 minutes into town.
- This location truly can't be beat -
Dripping Springs is so charming, with an adorable "historic district", great shopping, and fun, family-friendly options like Dreamland nearby. Natural attractions like Pedernales Falls State Park and Reimer's Ranch are minutes away, and lots of cool distilleries and wineries in our area -- a fun afternoon for all, as many have playscapes, too!)
Johnson City, Driftwood (Salt Lick BBQ) and artsy Wimberley are just down the way, as well busy, groovy Austin!
You'll enjoy the easy drive to anything you'd like to see in this piece of the hill country.

This property offers beautiful views and lovely scenery, peace, scenery and such an easy location. There's something about that morning coffee on the porch with an amazing sunrise or an afternoon on the swing under a big oak that offers that a hotel cannot.
Wanna play some lawn games? Visit our Amenities Room and borrow Cornhole or one of our other options, or pick up a book and relax. We want you to enjoy your time in this hill country heaven.
AS for our accommodations, there’s nothing ordinary here. Every cottage or lodging option is unique and has a fully-stocked Coffee Bar, lovely linens, hand-picked décor, attention to the details that will make you just plain happy. And with so many options, we have something for everyone -- You'll see!
