Hola, soy Robert y quiero darte la bienvenida para pasar tu tiempo en Arizona en mi casa, aquí está Sorpresa. Mi propiedad tiene sonido envolvente de primera calidad, nuevos electrodomésticos de cocina Samsung, chimenea, una piscina con cascada muy bonita y un nuevo jacuzzi Caldera y un patio trasero perfectamente actualizado y con mucho espacio. La cocina tiene encimeras de granito premium nuevas instaladas a partir de mayo. La propiedad se encuentra a poca distancia en bicicleta, a menos de 2 millas, del estadio Surprise Stadium 'KC Royals and Rangers', The Aquatic Center y The Surprise Tennis and Racquet Complex * 2008 USTA Outstanding Facility.* Además de, Community Park y Dog Park.(¿Qué característica es el voleibol de arena, tenis, pesca, baloncesto, etc.?) También hay un mercado dominical que comienza el 19 de octubre de 10-2. Cerca del White Tank Regional Park; hay 7 campos de golf públicos y excelentes restaurantes a 2 millas. El estadio de los Cardinals de la Universidad de Phoenix, el estadio Gila River Arena (conciertos y NHL) NASCAR, el casino Diamond recién construido y el entretenimiento West Gate se encuentran a poca distancia en coche. ¿Mencioné Beautiful Lake Pleasant perfecto para acampar y diversión acuática con alquileres de todo, desde canoas hasta mar-doos. Great location as far as restaurants and shopping. The house was very nice and of course the pool was a hit! Rob was GREAT to work with and checked in to make sure everything was ok! I would stay there again.

The property was exactly as listed and such a nice place to stay for 5 weeks! Well-stocked, comfortable beds and furniture and lots of space! The pool is heated (for a fee) to 83 which is standard but was cold for us. The hot tub was an added bonus as was the fire pit area. Rob was so communicative and had lots of suggestions for the area. This is a great neighborhood and is close to everything.

Beautiful home, wonderful owner!

Fresh flowers, wine, beer and chocolate waiting for us when we arrived. Our stay was perfect. The owner, Robert, was very accommodating. Large house, great set-up/floor plan. Quiet neighborhood, , clean and great for relaxing. Highly recommebnd & hope to stay here again when we are back in the area.

2024 40+ USTA Nationals

Had a wonderful time with my teammates at this VRBO. The house, pool, and hot tub were great. We finished 3rd in the country. I’m sure the hot tub had plenty to do with that. Haha. Robert was a great host. Very good with communication and easy checkin. Great house!!!

Girls trip for tennis tourney

Rob was an accommodating and flexible host! Property clean, beautiful back yard. Used the hot tub, dipped our toes in the pool, otherwise too cold for our early April stay and we decided not to pay to heat the pool. Used the grill and had everything we needed for cooking/eating. We were in Surprise for a USTA tennis tournament. Property was a quick and easy drive to the Tennis and Raquet Complex, restaurants, and stores. Recommend to stay with Rob!

My family just returned from a week long stay in Surprise and our experience was wonderful. Prior to booking this home I had several questions and Robert always responded very quickly with helpful information. The home is spacious and the pool area is fantastic! When we arrived at the home, Robert had made sure the home was very welcoming, he even left some wine and roses!! This home is conveniently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We went to several MLB Spring Training games, hiked at White Tank Regional Park, ran a 5K and spent most of our time in the Arizona sun! This is a wonderful home and Robert wants to make your stay the best it can be. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the Surprise area.

Rented this house for 3 weeks. It is large with a nice floor plan and is in a very convenient location in Surprise. The house was extremely clean upon arrival. Beds are all comfortable, and the pool and hot tub are lovely (we paid extra to get the temps to our liking). Robert was very responsive to some minor issues that arose during our stay, and to our questions and requests for assistance. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I have played in Surprise multiple times for nationals and this property was perfect for a team. It was close to the facility, very spacious and all the amenities needed for a team. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Property

This was a wonderful property! The neighborhood was very quiet and the pool and hot tub were fabulous! The bedrooms, kitchen, and sitting areas were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a girl trip! I would highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Just as described - Super clean

We were in Surprise for a tennis tournament and were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was explained clearly by the host. The home is very spacious, well equipped, comfortable and in a convenient location. We had a blast and everyone was so glad we did this instead of getting hotel rooms. Fantastic short term rental. Better than anticipated.

Amazing Property Close to Everything

The interior size is incredible. Seven adults had ample space to enjoy privacy and their own sleeping area. The kitchen had sufficient amenities to prepare meals. Coffee dependent individuals had multiple options. Three bathrooms allowed for our group to shower quickly after our tennis matches and get back out into Surprise. Restaurants and grocery options are within walking distance. After figuring out the pool controls, we were able to raise the temperature for wading. Paying for the hot tub was worth it. Our plans experienced an abrupt change. and we had to leave around 7:00 a.m. Cleaning instructions came after. We had done a few things on the list but missed others. My only suggestion would be to have laminated lists on the kitchen counter.
