Recientemente remodelado y profesionalmente decorado con una elegante decoración tropical que enmarcan las vistas desde la expansiva protegidos por malla fuera de su amplia zona de estar abierta. Un amplio y luminoso cocina actualizada tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de sus vacaciones en la isla. Esta cocina está totalmente equipada con anafe, microondas, lavavajillas, despensa, barra americana y contadores de Corian blanco. Arrullados por las olas del golfo sólo para despertar a las vistas de agua espumosos en el dormitorio principal con cama de matrimonio, TV de pantalla plana y terraza privada. Relajarse en la bañera de hidromasaje en el baño principal brillante. Disfrutar de la decoración de playa de la 1ª habitación de invitados con cama de matrimonio. El amplio segundo dormitorio de invitados cuenta con una cama de matrimonio con una decoración luminosa. Planos apantallados TV en cada habitación y Wi-Fi en todo lo mantienen conectado. Our family of six adults and two infants had a wonderful first time experience in Sanibel as we stayed at the Janthina condo. The condo was very nice with three good sized bedrooms, a very well equipped kitchen and plenty of room in the living room. The pool area was adequate for the units size and close proximity to the shell laden beach. Good time had by all.

Amazing!

We arrived and the condo was perfectly cleaned and the view was amazing! We felt right at home and had everything we needed. The property management company was responsive and communicated promptly. We plan to be back and we’re Very sad to leave.

So perfect

We were so thrilled as soon as we walked into the space! The decor is bright and fun. The ocean view is spectacular! We immediately went up the spiral staircase to check out the rooftop view. We ended up taking our beautiful family pics from that spot later in the week. The kitchen was well stocked with all the dishes, pots, and pans we needed. The beach really is steps away and it is loaded with shells! The closet under the stairway has a collection of beach chairs, games, and floaties. Tennis rackets are in the condo closet. We had a WiFi issue and as soon as we called, they sent someone over to correct the problem. We would definitely stay in this exact condo again if we return to Sanibel. Our college teens are inspired to own beach property after this lovely vacation!

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time in janthina 3b! The beach was beautiful and we were able to find very cool shells! We saw several manatees and dolphins float right by. We saw numerous pelicans and ospreys catching their breakfast. The condo was very comfortable. It is rare for me to stay somewhere other than home where I feel comfortable sleeping and I did just that. There is a lot of space to spread out. The rooftop deck and view was a nice added touch! We would definitely come back here

Beautiful views, awesome family space!

We’ve been coming to Sanibel for 25 years but recently started growing our family and needed a bigger place to stay. We are so thankful that we stumbled upon this condo! We traveled with my parents and our children so three generations had plenty of space in this beautiful condo. The top floor had 180° views of the gulf with beautiful expansive sliding glass doors. The family room was large enough for all six of us to spread out and have our own space while still remaining a family. My parents stayed in the master suite and loved all the space along with the lanai and the circular staircase to the private rooftop deck. My husband and I stayed in the back bedroom with a king bed which is right next to the third bedroom with two twin beds, where our kids stayed. We shared a bathroom with the kids and my parents had their own bathroom which was nice. The kitchen was large and had a big pantry for all our snacks. The washer and dryer are located in the kitchen which was wonderful for washing beach clothes. The large lanai is screened in so our little ones could not climb over or throw anything off while they enjoyed being outside, which was a huge plus. Since The condo is one of 6 in the building, the pool was never that crowded. In fact we found ourselves right at home with other families who traveled with three generations so our kids had friends to play with while my parents had other grandparents to chat with ,as well. The beach is a short walk down the private path from the condo and the best part is they have a storage unit on the first floor level for you to store all your beach and pool items so you don’t have to lug them back-and-forth. There is an elevator which made unpacking much easier! They were tennis rackets and balls in the closet to be able to play on the tennis court which was fun for us and the kids. The dining room table was large enough for us to do a jigsaw puzzle on one end and eat at the other. There was also a small desk area next to the dining room table that my son enjoyed being able to color on. There are HD TVs in each room with a large TV in the family room. There is a DVD player too which was great for our kids (but no HD Cable). Upon arrival we simply used the key box and entered the condo which was super easy. We had a small maintenance issue that Kingfisher vacations handled right away and they were very easy to deal with. We re-booked this condo already for the same week next year and we can’t wait to go back!

Wonderfully relaxing stay

We enjoyed the roof top deck so much. Management was responsive. Very clean and enjoyable stay. Condo was beautiful, had everything we needed. Would definitely come back. Beach was beautiful and the restaurants were great.

Great place

The unit was big, bright and clean; the beach was fantastic and close; and the neighborhood very quiet and nice. The pool was a little underwhelming, but it wasn't a big deal, and we weren't there for the pool anyway. All in all, a great place.

Family Time at the Beach

We had a terrific time! The condo was in great condition, all of necessary supplies were provided in the kitchen and bedrooms, and everything was very clean. This was our first trip to Sanibel, and we fell in love. Feels like you are on island time, which was exactly what our little family needed. We were drenched in sun, enjoyed searching for seashells to decorate our sandcastles and had fun exploring the little island. We will be back!

Labor Day week

We had an amazing stay at this property. Were blessed to have had the complex all to ourselves. Was exactly what we needed for a very relaxing quiet vacation. It was a superb location all around and we will return.

We had a great experience all around. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen has everything you will need and more. Very comfortable beds. Our unit was terrific!! Quiet place, the beach and the pool were not crowded at all which was a huge plus. We had people of different ages and everyone loved it! Will be coming back!

Wonderful stay!

We had a wonderful week at this unit. The view was beautiful and it was a short walk to the beach. Our four kids loved the pool as well. The unit was spacious and well-stocked. Grocery, restaurants and shopping were very close. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful location!

We loved being in the center of Sanibel. The condo was very clean, furnished beautifully and had everything you would need to cook in the kitchen. We enjoyed having our first cup of coffee in the morning on the screened in lanai. We will be back!

Sanibel condo comments

Love the property but found that some maintenance issues should be addressed. There were bifold closet doors off the tracks and a tub side panel that had been kicked in. Condo grill is in the back parking lot that’s not convenient to use. Kitchen could use a clean out and reorganization of dishes, utensils, etc. Views from the deck were wonderful for sunrise and sunset. Floor plan of the condo was really nice for 4 adults and 2 kids. Could go from really nice to outstanding with just a little work on the place.

Amazing condo right on the beach!

Located in the middle of the island, possibly the nicest beach condo I've stayed at. Well kept, nice furniture, and enough books and puzzles to keep you busy when you are not on the beach. Do not bring any dishes, pots or pans with you, as everything you need is supplied (in triplicate). Highly Recommend!

Great Property

I can't say enough about this property. It was perfect in everyway. Spacious and private with a view we couldn't get enough of and just steps from the beach. We had a maintenance issue and the management company had someone out immediately to take care of it. Easy access to shopping and tons of restaurants without feeling like you're right in the middle of the action. Not many people on the beach at any point; it was like a private beach. Can't wait to go back!

Another perfect week in Sanibel.

Another perfect week in Sanibel. Mariner Pointe is a great place to stay. The grounds are beautifully kept and you can easily hop on the bike paths to go to either end of the island. You won't need your car all week except to take your chairs and umbrella to one of the many beaches nearby. And if you get tired of the beach you can just stay at one of the two pools on the grounds or fish from their pier. We found this unit to be perfect for the four of us and are return renters.

Millertime

We love our stay at the Millertime Villa. It's always clean and comfortable. Access to all the shopping & dining is with in walking distance which is a huge plus. Our girls really love the pool area! Sunsets at the beach are beautiful, you may even see a few dolphins playing! Also super close to the marinas where you can rental a boat, see Manatees & more of Florida's wildlife.

Beautiful!

We stayed a week in this wonderful condo with our family of 6 (kids in their 20's). We loved the quiet, private and peaceful setting, not to mention the gorgeous, updated decor of this condo. The unimpeded, corner view is spectacular!!! Attention to detail in the condo was 5 star, down to the new, high quality, firm mattresses! We then extended a few more days at South Seas on Captiva (yes, we had stayed there several times before and knew what to expect but our options were limited), and entered a world of high-density and noisy! It is amazing how an older, saggy mattress can prompt you to write a review, and this is what we had at South Seas. Janthina is on West Gulf Drive which is quiet and walking distance to Island Inn and the Sand Bar, both excellent restaurants, and close to Ding Darling Wildlife Refuge. I would not hesitate to rent at Janthina......it is truly a hidden Gem!
