Great stay, recommended

Extremely comfortable, close to all amenities but still tucked away for quiet and privacy. Pool, patio and hot tub, billiards and ping pong-perfect! Beds were very comfortable and all linens, dishes, pots and pans provided. Highly recommend.

Quiet retreat with amazing outdoor oasis

Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this desert gem. We loved the heated pool and hot tub and outdoor area. Inside was well kept and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Location was within 30 minutes of lots of Phoenix attractions, hiking, and food. However it was quiet and peaceful. Cave Creek gives an awesome AZ vibe but without the craziness of the big city.

A great home away from home

This is a great property in a good location to various hiking or driving about 30 minutes to desired locations such as Old Town Scottsdale or Glendale. The property is a perfect oasis on its own to just enjoy family with swimming in the pool. When you arrive there are plenty of resources available with information about local restaurants, hiking/attractions, stores. My family favorites were enjoying the pool and taking in the desert life with plants and animals.

Desert retreat

We love the location! It felt like we were out in the middle of the desert. The only problem with that was it rained a lot one day and the road getting to the house was very sloppy. Everything was wonderful! Heated pool and Hot tub were amazing ! We could hear the coyotes at night!!Would definitely stay here again

Amazing home

Such a lovely home and surroundings. The pool and hot tub were enjoyed by us all. Daily walks we would see rabbits, horses and donkeys. Enjoyed ping pongand pool table at the home

Great base for a family vacation

This property had everything we needed for our trip. The pool is great for young kids and we also really enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood. The property owner was helpful and responsive.

Amazing location!

Lovely home in a beautiful area. Very quiet and peaceful yet close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping. Our 6 year old had a great time playing in the pool. The host is very friendly and easy to reach if you need anything. A wonderful stay, we hope to return!

Clean and beautiful home

The house is very clean. The pool and hot tub were great for the entire family. We played ping pong for hours every evening. The views in the evening are amazing. The neighbors homes are not close at all so you have a nice sense of privacy while enjoying the back yard. The owner, Sarah, was very accommodating. The home was a fairly short drive to most things we did - hiking, shopping, dining out. We would definitely look at staying here again if we come back to Phoenix area.

The best location!

We just loved our stay. The house is exactly as described. What is fun is that it's down a residential dirt road and makes you feel like you're right in the desert. The backyard is an oasis and you feel like you're all alone surrounded by bushes and cacti. Others cannot see into the backyard which was nice when we were swimming and suntanning. We spent each morning hiking at all of the close by areas and had lunch and dinner in Cave Creek most meals. Sarah, the host, was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect...which it was! The house had many condiments, spices, toiletries, COFFEE!!!, etc that you may need so you don't have to buy the small essentials that most rentals don't offer. That was a big bonus! One thing to note for those traveling with babies: the pack n play is the mini version, not a full-size regular pack n play crib. We did have to rent a full-size pack n play because my 13 month old was too big for the one at the house. Other than that, the trip went off without any hiccups and everything with the house was a total dream! Thank you, Sarah!

Perfect!

Our stay in this home was fantastic. It was clean and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed in a VRBO and then some. The pool was great and the neighborhood was nice and quiet; it felt secluded. The pool table kept us entertained on a rainy afternoon. We love Cave Creek and would love to come back again. The host was gracious and helpful as well. Thanks for a Wonderful stay!

One of the best VRBO we have stayed at!

The home was amazing! Very clean and stocked with almost everything we would need!!! Pool and hot tub were in wonderful condition and the home was very spacious. You did have neighbors but they were never a disturbance at all - our favorite part was the privacy and seclusion we had.

The door system to get out of the place isn’t much fun. 2 locks and when relaxing and paying what we did I wasn’t happy to have someone come mid day on Saturday to take out trash and bring in. Felt like someone was always watching. Nice shower, bed not comfortable

Awesome staycation

We wanted a weekend getaway in town. This was the perfect place! Our kids loved the pool and the adults loved the hot tub! The owner took care to answer all questions, highly recommend!

Great house for a relaxing vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this house. It was close to shopping, hiking and great restaurants. The house was well stocked with linens and kitchen items. The pool deck and pool were perfect to enjoy a hot afternoon and the hot tub was a great way to relax at the end of the day. The owner was responsive to our messages. Check in and check out were a breeze.

A nice home in Cave Creek

We really enjoyed our 5 nights at this Cave Creek home! It is in a quiet location, and while there are houses around, the nice sized property in the back made for a feeling of being away from it all. We saw a coyote and lots of birds, especially quails, in the back yard which was fun! We looked for a home that we could retreat in during this crazy COVID time and with Arizona being a hot spot, we were happy to cook our own meals and enjoy resting, playing many games of pool, jumping in the refreshing pool and even the hot tub to star gaze at night. The kitchen was great and well stocked with most everything we needed. We shopped at nearby Safeway and cooked most meals at home but did venture into Cave Creek to have a dinner out one evening. The king size Sleep Number bed was wonderful and certainly one of the enticing parts about this home when we were looking for a place to getaway! Not to mention the huge shower with double shower heads and the terrycloth robes! A little bit of luxury! One of the surprises that was not in the listing was the requirement to keep the thermostat no lower than 74 degrees or pay an extra daily fee. For us, that was too warm to sleep comfortably at night and if we had known, we would have chosen another home in the area as the extra cost was just too much. The only other thing was the toilet in the main bathroom rocked quite a bit, apparently off its seal, so we avoided that bathroom. I did let the owner know, so hopefully that will be repaired quickly. I hesitated to even mention the negatives as they may not matter to most and we truly did enjoy our time in this home, but I would have liked to have known prior to booking. All in all, the home really was a nice place to relax and renew before heading back into the real world!

Beautiful Cave Creek Home

This property was located in a quiet, beautiful setting among large lots, yet it was convenient to shopping and amenities on Lone Mt.Rd. and Scottsdale Road. The little towns of Cave Creek and Carefree were also close. The house was well equipped and the pool and hot tub were sparkling clean and a fun time. Sarah was easy and friendly to communicate with, and we would reserve this house again someday,

Excellent relaxing way for a mini family reunion

This is a very special house and has so many areas to relax in and to have time with each member of our family. Our "kids" are now in their 40's and live in different parts, so it was so nice to be able to re=connect. House is nicely laid out, so that when we wanted privacy, we had it and when we wanted to all be together we had that as well. Lovely clear, clean pool and hot tub, well worth paying the extra fee for it to be heated. House was immaculate, lots of towels, extra pillows, even soap and shampoo in the bathrooms! Owner was super lovely to deal with. We are originally from Phoenix, and love that hse embraces the laid back culture that is the southwest. You are close enough to shopping and restaurants of all kind in Cave Creek, Carefree and north Scottsdale, 45 minutes from the airport and yet the house is landscaped that makes you feel like you have a little piece of the desert all to yourself. Thanks you so much for a lovely, lovely stay! We will be back!

Desert Gem

House had great space and was in a good location for all the golf and hiking we wanted to do. The property owners, Sarah and Brian, were extremely nice and helpful. The heated pool was great and not too expensive to heat in the winter months. Loved the back patio!

Suburban Retreat

Our group of seven adults enjoyed this quiet and secluded home during our stay in Cave Creek. The well-maintained landscaping and southwest furnishings make for a great desert experience. Comfortable beds and plenty of lounge seating.

The location for north Scottsdale is perfect. Place was spotless and we enjoyed the option of heating the pool and hot tub. Kids were thrilled!!

I live in Cave Creek, born and raised. I think this is one of the most wonderful places to live in all of AZ. This house is a 2nd home for our family who mainly resides in the Bay Area, we wanted to open this home up to visitors so that they can enjoy what the sonoran desert has to offer. This home is just perfect for a family holiday, group of golfer, and a couple wanting a nice upgraded, well appointed private house. Its quiet, romantic and entertaining.

This home is perfect for a vacation because it sits on a over an acre of lush desert, has view from the front and back, and everything you want on vacation. Wonderful beds, Smat tv's, pool table, ping pong table, basketball hoop, fully furnished and stocked kitchen. heated pool and hot tub. Plus a sweet outdoor and indoor fireplace.
