¿Alguna vez soñaste con despertarte, salir por la puerta de atrás y hacer un tranquilo viaje en kayak por la mañana o practicar surf de remo en la tarde? ¡Esta casa es única en el sentido de que no solo tiene una piscina privada climatizada, sino que también tiene un lugar para su kayak o tabla de remo! ¡Más allá de tu puerta trasera hay un paseo en el lanzamiento!

Conduzca hacia la comunidad cerrada de Gulfview Pointe, ubicada en las aguas azul verdosas del Golfo de México y ubicada en el centro de Key West. A un corto paseo en bicicleta del casco antiguo. La sala de estar es grande y cómoda. ¡Las vistas de la piscina y del Golfo más allá son espectaculares! Una cocina totalmente equipada espera al chef gourmet que llevas dentro. Cuatro asientos de barra de desayuno y una gran mesa de comedor proporcionan mucho espacio para comer. Se pueden disfrutar cócteles por la noche en la amplia terraza con vista a la piscina climatizada y al Golfo de México. Una parrilla de gas, una mesa de comedor al aire libre con sombrilla y cómodos salones completan la experiencia al aire libre. El dormitorio principal con baño en suite ofrece un amplio balcón y vistas al mar desde el segundo piso. Dos dormitorios adicionales comparten un baño completo y un balcón en la copa de un árbol. Hay un sofá cama en el estudio del primer piso. Cada habitación tiene su propia televisión. Las comodidades adicionales incluyen un espacio de estacionamiento dedicado cubierto, wifi gratuito a internet de alta velocidad, lavadora / secadora, lavaplatos, aire acondicionado central y una piscina privada climatizada.

Perfect Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 3rd stay at this phenomenal oasis and we'll be back. Just a short bike ride or Uber to all the craziness, this gated community is a peaceful and safe place to relish. Sunset cocktails on the pier are a bonus and the lush landscaping provides privacy to the heated pool. Very comfortable accommodations are found here.

The home was also ideal for our two black labs with a fenced in pool area. We have never had such wonderful care from a rental property staff. It is also very spacious by Key West rental standards with all the comforts of home. You do need a bike ( or a car ) for getting around , a bike being better. We spent 3 months there and were sad to leave.

Amazing Experience

Fabolous property, excellent location with a nice pool and dock! The furniture is a little tired but worked fine. The property management company exceeded our expectations answering calls/questions, helped with items being delivered and made the process fantastic!

Great Outdoor Spaces

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great vacation rental so long as you have managed expectations. The outdoor spaces are amazing. Pool area is large for Key West. Covered areas with fans on both levels. Great outdoor shower. And the dock is great for sunsets. We enjoyed our 3 month stay very much. Management Company is GREAT and will fix any problems. However, there are some downsides. It is very far from Old Town Key West. You can walk, but it is quite a ways and not a very pleasant walk. This area of Key West (New Town) is not really where you would want to be if you want to walk around in Historic Key West. We drove in for our daily walks and parked. It is right next to an affordable housing project, but we had no negative interactions with anyone from that project. And everyone we met in the other houses in the house's gated development were really, really nice! The property is not in great condition. We had to have broken furniture removed, and a thistle carpet that reeked of cat urine. But, the excellent management company resolved these issues. TV needs replacing -- picture fading. No closet in master bedroom (locked by owner) -- armoire and hanging racks instead. Closets in other bedrooms VERY small. In fact, other bedrooms VERY small. Closet downstairs locked by owner, and owner's property littered all over outside of property (on sides and falling out of collapsed and broken plastic storage box). A lot of deferred maintenance needed on property. Loose deck boards, faded paint, old appliances, etc. Termites in walls. they would leave "spice" -- droppings, and on a swarm night they came out of the walls into the living space (probably 50 or so). Property must be tented and treated. But this is 100% common in Key West. Don't freak out (like we initially did). We have high standards and the inside of the property did not live up to them, but yet the outside spaces and the excellent management company make this a five-star rental in our book.

The house is very nice and ideally located, the neighbourhood is peaceful and the view is breathtaking. We had a wonderful stay and made the most of the pool and Key West. Perhaps the only small negative point would be the slightly used bedding. But we will come back to you for sure.

The property is beautiful and just as pictured on the website. Would suggest it might be time to do an inventory of kitchen supplies and to replace the outdoor furniture on the back patios (upstairs and down). Otherwise, everything was in excellent condition. We loved every minute that we had in the beautiful bit of paradise. Thanks!

Secluded house summer house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the house was clean, great location and the management company was excellent. Downside dryer broke less than a week within our stay and didn't get fixed for almost 3 weeks but not for lack of trying of the mgmt, also leak in ceiling from shower upstairs (which was obviously already a reoccurrence from the existing terrible patch job on the ceiling) caused us to have only one shower to share for about 4 days.

Perfect getaway

We just loved this house. The best was the under cover back sitting area, even had fans. We would sit and enjoy the pool. Speaking of the pool, how nice to have your own private pool! The beds were very comfortable.We made use of the grill. The folks at Historic Rental we so pleasant. Any request was followed through. What a joy to work with!
