Convenientemente situado en la parte sur de Myrtle Beach, este es un muy buen apartamento con vista al mar 3BR en la 2ª planta y está situado en 6th Ave Sur y Yaupon y se encuentra a una cuadra de la playa. La unidad tiene casi 1300 pies cuadrados e incluye un gran balcón privado con vista al mar, calefacción central, aire acondicionado, TV de pantalla plana de 46 pulgadas en la sala de estar, microondas, lavadora y secadora. Acceso a Internet también está disponible con WiFi gratuito. La propiedad tiene una piscina y pista de tenis y una bañera de hidromasaje, zona de picnic, parrilla al aire libre y un ascensor. Se requieren permisos de estacionamiento, pero solo se permite un vehículo por unidad, sin embargo, el estacionamiento adicional está disponible en un pago para estacionar $ 10 por día. Close to beach-attractions

Great stay after initial mix up and 30 minute drive to offices. Lady in the office was very helpful and got us to the rental unit. Unit was close to beach, food, boardwalk and amusement park.

We enjoyed our stay. Have stayed here before a few years ago. Close to downtown. Property is always very clean and the staff are very friendly. The unit was exactly as described. The 3 bedroom was very spacious and each room was decorated with a beachy vibe. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great and it was awesome for a family!

We had an amazing time staying at this place. It was close to the beach and within walking distance to the boardwalk. My one complaint was that we couldn’t get to the pool because it has a code and we didn’t know it. However, the rest of the property was very nice and clean, and we had a fantastic trip!

Family Vaca

Apartment was clean and decently maintained. It was nice that they did have beach supplies for us to use, chairs, umbrella and stroller, even though we still brought some of our own. The kitchen was stocked for the mornings we made breakfast. The area was a quick walk to the beach and several restaurants and shopping.

Nice but not what I'm use to from VRBO

This property needs some repairs. We were missing items and we never really felt like we were "hosted". We could've rented another condo in myrtle for this experience.

Great Location, Overall as Described

This location for the price is great. It is a short walk to the beach. There are a couple older chairs and an umbrella for use. The unit is comfortable and as described, though it could really use a nice deep cleaning (fans, front of cabinets, lamp shades, etc. all show accumulation; bathroom tile ready for re-caulk). The property is well managed with quick response. The security on the property is on top of it - make sure to follow all the guidelines to a T!

Thanksgiving weekend disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The kitchen was well appointed with appliances. The rooms were comfortable. However, we could not get the temperature in the condo to reach a comfortable level. In order for the TV in the master bedroom the overhead fan had to be running (no pull cord to shut it or lower the rate of spinning) making the room even chillier.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay started off bad due to the previous renter taking the key fob for the gates as well as the parking pass. I had to park across the street in a pay lot for two days. I was reimbursed but it but it was a great inconvenience for my wife that has walking problems. Carolina Resorts and the owner contacted Holiday Towers HOA for a new parking pass. There should be a plan to resolve this issue quickly in the future. Security and building maintenance were very helpful in the condo.I did report to Carolina Resorts that a bathroom sink did not drain, clothes dryer has rust in it that leaves rust spots on clothes, AC filters were very very dirty. The filters were being replaced when we were leaving. I found The fire extinguisher was behind the dryer. The condo was clean but could use new paint or paper over the very dark green walls. Amusements and restaurants were very convenient and building amenities were nice. Very disappointed in the Ocean view which was somewhat visible between the building, but there a fantastic view of the dumpster that was being used by the condos and business in the area. I know this review sounds horrific but if the items mentioned were corrected it may result in the better stay, but I would not rent again due to the DUMPSTER VIEW. I would use Carolina results again

The condo was beautiful. We just had one mishap when we were sleep someone entered the condo with a key. We got the situation resolved. And that is way I couldn’t find the second key. It was like a home away from home.

Great location!

We liked this place and the communication was great. We were very confused when we got to the place and couldn’t find any dish towels or sheets for the bed. We finally found them in a big bag in one of the bedrooms and had to make the beds ourselves. I’m not sure if this is because of COVID or not, but would’ve been a nice thing to know when we got there. Overall, it was a great location. Easy walk to the downtown area and super short walk to the beach. I reallly appreciated the security on site every night in the parking lot because we would walk everywhere at night so we felt safe coming back.

The property was as advertised. The only “negative” was the cleanliness of the unit (food on bed when we arrived, carpets had food crumbs, gnats throughout). The property manager was responsive with communication and requests.

Must Bring EVERYTHING!

The listing is pretty much what you would expect. In comparison to other 3 bedrooms it was affordable, but overall you get what you pay for. Nothing too fancy but definitely doable and great for a trip with friends. Distance to the beach is amazing. Most bars/restaurants are about a 30 min walk, which we actually enjoyed. Please note: aside from beach gear and small towels there is NOTHING there. We got in late on Sunday night and didn’t even have toilet paper which was even more awful because nothing was open. Make sure to pack sheets, beach towels, shower towels (if you want a normal size, theirs are small), soap, laundry detergent, hair supplies, etc. Kitchen is only stalked with salt and pepper. I would not recommend this place if you are flying and cannot pack all of these supplies. If you’re prepared, great!

A home away from home

We were pleasantly surprised and very impressed when we arrived, the place was even cuter than in the pictures. It was clean and modern and had everything we needed to be comfortable and feel at home. It was a short walk to the beach and shopping and the property was very quiet and clean. We would stay there again and again....

Worst vacation

Reviewer Comments: Arrived to a building with no type of check in process, no one there to ask questions. Was told a key will be in a lockbox on the door which was not there. Pretty sure the lockbox code has never been changed so whoever stays before you has access to the place. Finally got a key. Walked into a place that looked “clean”. Was absolutely the opposite, dishes were disgusting, counter and dresser tops can turn your hands black. Floors ruined socks and turned feet black within the first 20 minutes. Neighborhood is not a nice neighborhood although it is close to everything. Flash forward to the first night when we realize not only was the place not cleaned but it’s infested with roaches and the air conditioning does not work. Contacted the property manager and all we get is “sorry”. We are told the ac was a building wide issue and was fixed. It was not. Someone was sent to treat the roaches and all they did was pour poison all over the kitchen counters and our items we had on them making them unusable and left an empty can of bug spray. Contacted the property manager about this since I have a THREE year old child that could have easily came into contact with this poison and was told it is “safe” and our snacks and disposable dishes we bought (since the ones there are disgusting) are safe to eat and use. The person poured powdered poison over it all, but it’s “safe”. Then throughout the rest of the week the roaches were still an issue. Had to eat out for every meal and waste even more money because no one wants to eat in a roach infested kitchen. Place is entirely too expensive and property management is too disrespectful to be as expensive as it was to stay. Worst vacation ever. Hopefully we don’t bring home any unwanted passengers due to this disgusting condo.
