BAÑO MUY AMPLIO con plato ducha 80 x 140 cm, completamente equipado, secador de pelo, toallas, papel higiénico, reformado en Noviembre de 2019.

SALÓN muy espacioso y con muebles nuevos, sofá cama en piel negro de matrimonio, televisión marca lg de 49 pulgadas, Internet y TV Satélite, mesa grande y mesa auxiliar. Climatizado, Vistas espectaculares al mar y a las zonas comunes, sol de tarde muy tranquilo, Ideal para familias.

COCINA completamente equipada, tostador, horno, microondas, cafetera, cubertería, hervidor de agua, etc....

URBANIZACIÓN vigilada 24 horas con cámaras de seguridad y conserje físico, dos piscinas una muy grande y otra para los más pequeños, con socorristas en temporada de verano, gran zona ajardinada para poder tomar el sol, jugar a la pelota, y con salida directa al paseo marítimo desde la misma urbanización, también dispone de bar-restaurante donde podemos comer y tomar cualquier aperitivo.

A ESCASOS 200 METROS TENEMOS PUERTO MARINA, donde podremos disfrutar de paseos en barcos, hacer deportes acuáticos, ir de compras ya que hay muchas tiendas de ropa, souvenir, supermercado, SEA LIFE, Acuario marino, etc...

PLAYA MALAPESQUERA a escasos 60 metros ,tenemos unas de las mejores playas de Benalmádena Costa, con arena fina, no es profunda es ideal para familias con niños, vigilantes de playa, acceso para minusválidos , hay dos campos de vóley playa y otro de fútbol y un gran paseo marítimo donde también vamos a encontrar, tiendas de souvenir, heladerías, restaurantes, bares, chiringuitos, que es ideal para dar paseos desde Torremolinos hasta Torrequebrada.

POR LA ZONA tenemos todo tipo de servicios, supermercados, bancos, paradas de bus y taxis, rent a car, estancos, restaurantes, bares, correos, oficina de turismo, policía nacional, parques acuáticos, parque de la Paloma (1,5 km), Tivoli World ( 3 km )

Very well equipped property, clean and inviting, super air con. Great location, very short walk to beach, marina, shops, restaurants and lots in local area we didn’t have time to explore as was just a short stay.Super Sergio, our host, was available at all times and within person in 5 mins. Doesn’t speak English but has a great app for translation, genuinely felt he could advise/help with everything

Excellent stay

We stayed here for a week. The whole experience was excellent. Sergio was very helpful and kept in contact during our stay - he even went the extra mile and helped store our bags on the last day as our flight was late. Would definitely recommend this very clean and comfortable accommodation - we will be back next year for sure!

Lovely apartment in a great location!

We found the apartment to be immaculate and really well equipped. Location was fantastic, 5 mins from the beach, marina and night life. The owner met us on arrival and was very helpful and gave us lots of information on local places to visit and amenities. Overall a fantastic stay would definitely stay at this apartment again.

Christmas Break

We have family in the area and visited over Christmas. The apartment is the nicest we have rented in about 20 visits to Benelmadena. The apartment was clean and comfortable and the owner was very helpful and attentive. I would definitely rent here again.

Sergio the owner collected us from the airport and to the apartment where he showed us where everything was and recommended restaurants and supermarkets Very nice apartment well equipped with beautiful views of the marina which is 5 minutes walk away We stayed there for 4 weeks and really enjoyed our stay Sergio contacted us each week to check everything was okay he's a really nice person who does everything he can to to make your stay a good one

Great apartment

Sergio is a wonderful host, he allowed us to drop our bags early whilst he cleaned the apartment to an excellent standard. On our return later he took us through all the details of the tv and other stuff in the flat. He also Whats app details of local restaurants and bus services and other details of the resort. I would recommend this apartment, it is large and very well maintained and comfortable

We’ll be back

From making the booking until giving keys back Sergio was amazing…… when arrived at apartment earlier than checking in time Sergio was there to meet us to let us leave our luggage in apartment whilst he cleaned it to a high standard even putting a few cold beers in the fridge…during stay he was in touch to see if we was ok ……. The apartment is great spacious rooms and a great location……. We definitely made the right choice ⭐️

Location, Location, Location!

Firstly, Sergio Thank You - for our transfers to and from Malaga and being such a great host. The condo is as you see it in the pics, comfortable bed and fully equipped. The location is fantastic, you are close to bus stops for each direction, groceries across the street, Tobacco shop for bus pass attached to the building and convenience store and Pub also on ground floor of building. It was lovely to be sitting on the balcony in full sun - we had friends staying close by who had no sun, so this is another HUGE plus for this location. We felt safe here throughout our month long stay. Would recommend this location, condo and Sergio, who kept in contact with us throughout our stay to see if there was anything we needed. Easy walk up and down hill to Marina, Beach and Shops, as well as Pubs and Restaurants along the main road. From this location, it is an easy walk to The Carvery, Plaza Ole and Buddy's Bar, the Paseo along the beach and the London Cafe on the main road for great tapas and prices. (2Euro Beer, wine, tapas) Lots to do and see!!

Diana 1 Apartment

The apartment was nice, with pool view, & views of sea looking down to marina, & mountains behind. The marina & promenade were a 5 min walk away, with all the shops, bars, & restaurants. From the marina you can walk along the promenade to La Carihuela & Torremollinos, which made the apartment an ideal base & centrally located. There are plenty of supermarkets, banks, atm machines in the local vicinity of the apartment, so again ideal location. The apartment had all the necessary amenities needed. The shower was prone to flooding the bathroom if not careful as only had a curtain, not a full glass cubicle, but a quick mop, it dried quickly, & once mastered standing over actual shower drain this was mostly eradicated. It was a shame the swimming pool was not able to be used in the winter months, but that was complex rules, so we made use of the beach & loungers by Aleysa beach most days instead. Overall we had a good holiday, with lovely warm weather, & would return again.

Had a fantastic time in Benalmadena, we stayed 4 days at the apartment. It stated in ad the apartment was about 1-1.5km away from station, we decided to walk to get our bearings also look around the area on the way, taken approx 30 mins but a taxi is recommended if you’ve kids or large luggage if you prefer. Sergio the apartment manager/owner absolutely fantastic bloke communicated with us constantly whenever we spoken, about questions etc, he was always happy to help and a genuinely pleasant cheerful guy. Sergio speaks little English so downloaded google translate & was a godsend, he met us outside apartment (which has 24hr security) and walked us round apartment showed us everything which was just as the ad states. On the 1st floor overlooking the pool was great especially sat on the balcony on a warm eve with a glass of wine. It’s not a huge apartment comfortably suitable for 3-4 folk, has 2 good size bedrooms 1double bed 2 singles. It was very clean throughout up to a high standard with cutlery, crockery, washing machine etc if you need to use them. Very quiet area as the apartment faces the rear from the street we didn’t have any problems sleeping. We stayed at the end of October and was still hot and bustling with life. The accommodation is literally 200 meters away from The Sealife centre, a short walk to the beach and the promenade with the harbour also in short walking distance from apartment. The harbour and surrounding area has restaurants shops and pubs which we loved spending time all lit up at night, but accommodation is not smack on top of them so didn’t disturb us but with plenty to do in surrounding area without the 1km Walk/taxi to the main shopping streets. We loved it here and would consider highly again to staying here I recommend it.

Great stay in this apartment!

My wife and I spent a month in the apartment and we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was cleaned, it was very functional, we had everything we needed (full size fridge, a stove to cook our meals, a counter top oven, a coffee machine, a toaster,…). The view from the apartment and the balcony is great (You see the beach and the complex pool and many palm trees), the apartment faces west which is great for afternoon cocktail and diner on the balcony. The bedrooms are spacious with good beds, with large closets. The bathroom has a large shower and it includes a washing machine, which is very useful for a long stay. The apartment was quiet, no noise from the street since the apartment is on the side of the internal courtyard where the pool is located. Another very positive thing about the apartment is its location, 2–3 minute walk to go to the beach and the Paseo Maritimo; you cross Avenida Antonio Machado (Boulevard at the corner of the building) and you have a grocery store (Carrefour). The public bus stop is less than a minute away, which is good if you want to use public transportation to go to other towns (Like Malaga, Marbella). You can buy visit tours at Reubens which is located on the ground floor of the apartment building. If you buy a tour (ex. Sevilla, Gibraltar) the tour bus stops at that same public bus stop mentioned above (Very convenient). There are two beach chairs stored in main bedroom closet that we took at the beach. The owner (Sergio), really wants your stay to be great. Before we left home Sergio contacted us to arrange our arrival at the apartment. Our flight was landing in the morning, we were to arrive in Benalmadena before Check-in time, we made arrangements that we could leave him our suitcases at the apartment in the case he was not finished with the cleaning and preparation of the apartment or if he was done, we could get the keys and the apartment earlier (At the end when we got there, he had just finished his work). After Sergio was done with the apartment tour, he showed us around the building where we could find grocery stores, which way to get to the beach, where the garbage containers were located,... One day the coffee machine stopped working, I informed Sergio and the next day he showed at the door with a brand new one. He also checked on us on a regular basis during our stay to see if things were ok or if we needed anything. Thanks, Sergio, for our stay in your apartment, we had a great time!

Apartamento en Diana 1 en Avenida Alay en Benalmádena Costa

El apartamento está muy bien, reformado, con piscina y bar con terraza para desayunar y comer. El propietario, al llegar hace firmar un contrato y solicita la documentación de todos los que se alojan allí. La mascota se paga a parte, al llegar. Aunque yo busqué apartamento con mascota...

Prima locatie, fijn appartement, heerlijk weer.De eigenaar was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam met alles.We hebben het heel erg naar onze zin gehad.Alles is dichtbij (stranden, mooie haven, winkels, bushaltes)

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Es una propiedad donde podéis disfrutar del clima de la Costa del Sol, con unas playas inmejorables y todo tipo de servicios sin necesidad de utilizar el vehículo.
Es muy espacioso y con unas maravillosas vistas al mar y a la urbanización con sus piscinas y grandes jardines.
La orientación es sur oeste ( Sol de tarde ) por lo que podremos disfrutar del sol en la terraza mientras tomamos un aperitivo.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Decoración moderna, gran televisor de 50 pulgadas, wifi y Tv satélite, aire acondicionado frío calor, y esta cuidado al mas mínimo detalle para que su estancia sea inolvidable.
