Spring Break 2025

I would highly recommend this property! It is priced very well for all that it offers. I loved that we didn't have to rent from Sat to Sat as many VRBOs require that. This was the perfect size for the three of us. It was extremely clean and the owners were very friendly and helpful. The owners seemed to have thought of everything to make a guests stay very comfortable, from all of the items in the kitchen, the welcome note and drinks, to the drying rack and extra small table for counter space in the bathroom. Very well thought out. Great place!

Place was great to stay. Bed was comfy. Place was VERY clean. I would definitely stay again. Hosts were great to communicate with from check in to check out. I had no issues with my stay. We stayed 10 days.

Perfect location.

My son named it, "the condo little house" and that's what it felt like. The condo was clean and they had a little year in the refrigerator waiting for us. That was just a nice little gesture that didn't go unnoticed.It was quiet, in a nice clean area and it was close to everything. Animal Kingdom was only a few miles away, Walmart, Dunkin, Starbucks and numerous restaurants are close but yet the condo is nicely tucked away.

Quick disney trip

I booked this condo for a last minute disney trip with my husband and 2 girls. It was the perfect size, our girls shared a room and had their own bathroom. The kitchen is well stocked with everything needed to cook at home.

Super clean, close to parks, restaurants and Wal-Mart

This condo has everything you could possibly need. The kitchen is well stocked with ample dishes, cups, cookware, utensils, etc. you might need to prepare full meals or even quick snacks. This is a great size/space for either a quick trip or extended stay. Communication with owner was great! Location is convenient- within 15 minutes to all Disney parks, less time for restaurants and Wal-Mart. Everything is super clean. Complex has a pool that is pretty close and has scheduled activities on different days. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Homely condo with friendly owners

We loved our stay at Chris & Alena’s condo. It has a very homely feel, clean and was well equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The complex is very safe , lovely pool area and gym. It is located within a good distance to all parks , the traffic each day doubles the length of time it should usually take but this would happen wherever you stayed. Good location for takeaways , restaurants and supermarkets. We had great communication from Chris, having owners who live nearby is a bonus if anything needs addressing straight away. During our stay there was an issue with the dryer and air con but a quick message to Chris and this was all sorted quickly. We had a delay checking in where our name were not listed at the gate. Again Chris was quick to respond and it was all resolved. We were in the condo within 30min. We would highly recommend staying here and would return if we ever came back to Florida . Thanks for you hospitality Chris & Alena from us all .

We’ve stayed in several VRBO’s while visiting Orlando and this is by far the very best. Chris and Alena were extremely friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend!

"Simply the best"!

We've stayed around the world but, by far, this was one of the best locations. Attention to detail in every room, very well decorated and with "almost" every single supply you will need to make your stay enjoyable. Due to a VRBO mix-up, our reservation appeared with a totally different name. Chris (the host) took every single step to correct this mistake and make our way to the security a smooth process. LOCATION: This place is located ~10-15 minutes from the Disney parks. Also close to a Walmart supercenter and hundreds of restaurants and fast-food chains. If you remember the song "The Best" (Tina Turner, 1989) you will immediately understand why this location is "Simply the best"! Thank you Chris and hope to stay at your location in a near future!

Great vacation!!

The condo was perfect & had everything we could need & more! The pool area was great and had plenty of seating for everyone. There was a great sidewalk all around the resort for walking. We were there 3 weeks & Chris was a great host & always answered questions immediately. Thanks Chris!

Orlando Family Vacation

Stayed at the condo location, very convenient location to Disney and Universal, as well as Cocoa Beach. Condo had great amenities, family friendly, in an area that had quick access to shopping and restaurants. Condo was clean and set up with kitchen necessities to allow for cooking meals, if needed. The hosts left us a sweet holiday card, our stay was spent during the Christmas holiday, very thoughtful of the hosts. The security staff at the checkin station were always very friendly when we traveled back and forth. My son loved the heated pool, since our pool time ended months ago, being from the Michigan. He was definitely living his best life the 2023 Christmas vacation!

Family vacation

We were able to check in early, great commutation from the host. They made us feel very welcome, it was just like home. The place was very nicely decorated, and they left us a beautiful welcoming note. The pool was amazing, the club house has items in case you forgot anything. Will definitely stay again

Great idea place for a Disney vacation

Clean and well equipped. Lots of little touches like filters for the coffee maker and soap for the sink. Chris was fabulous with communication and super responsive. Close to Disney and just off 192 highway with many options for shopping and dining. We knew it was the 3rd floor but not far from those steps. Highly recommend!

Alena and I are Kissimmee residents and have owned and operated vacation villas near Disney since 2001. We both worked at Disney for a few years. We provide hospitality services to several vacation villa owners, in addition to our own condo. We enjoy hosting travelers to the Central Florida region (with an occasional exception, lol). It gives us great satisfaction when guests tell us that we played a positive role in their vacation!

Alena & I own and operate this condo. We are small but professional, having owned and operated vacation rentals since 2001. You are not dealing with a large uncaring corporation. Windsor Palms is a nice, relatively small complex, very close to Disney and major interstate highways, centrally located between the East & West coasts of Florida, as well as the Orlando & Tampa Airports. Our condo is a nice clean simple place in a very nice complex with a beautiful pool and pleasant Florida landscaping. We offer a good value for folks seeking a comfortable place to stay while visiting the area attractions.

This condo is treated like one of the family. Alena & I own and operate this villa. We are constantly updating the details with-in, and finding new ways to make it better.
