Villa Dane se encuentra en la tranquila parte occidental de la ciudad de Hvar , a poca distancia del casco antiguo, donde encontrará una gran cantidad de lugares de interés, entretenimiento y restaurantes. La villa ha sido equipada con los muebles más atractivos y modernos y tiene capacidad para ocho personas cómodamente. Es ideal para vacaciones en familia o grupos de amigos. Villa Dane es una de las cuatro villas de Hvar en nuestra propiedad. El personal de un aparthotel cercano, Pharia, está siempre a su servicio. En la planta baja hay un área de cocina y comedor que conduce a la sala de estar. El comedor se abre al comedor al aire libre e inunda la habitación con luz, perfecto para un ambiente tranquilo. La cocina viene con todos los electrodomésticos modernos para crear comida casera durante su estadía. La zona de la terraza exterior es perfecta para pasar tiempo con los tuyos y disfrutar del clima mediterráneo. Hay espacio para relajarse y tomar el sol, así como refrescarse en la gran piscina privada. Además de acceder a esta área a través de las puertas francesas de la planta baja, puede acceder a la piscina desde la terraza del primer piso. La terraza del primer piso conecta con uno de los cuatro dormitorios dobles de la villa. Esta terraza tiene más muebles de exterior y ofrece hermosas vistas de los alrededores croatas. Las cuatro habitaciones dobles están cómodamente amuebladas y ofrecen un amplio espacio de almacenamiento. También hay 4 baños modernos en la villa con bañera y ducha, algunos de los cuales están conectados a los dormitorios. También hay una lavadora dentro de uno de los baños para hacer de esta villa un verdadero hogar lejos del hogar. Para hacer su estancia lo más agradable posible, la villa ha sido equipada con aire acondicionado, TV vía satélite, reproductor de DVD, Hi-fi, teléfono directo e Internet. Se requiere un depósito de seguridad de 500 EUR a la llegada para gastos imprevistos. Este depósito es totalmente reembolsable a la salida y está sujeto a una inspección de daños en el alojamiento. Fantastic villa

Fantastic villa with more than enough amenities and in a great location to Hvar town and Hula Hula beach club. Group of 8 adults and we absolutely loved our stay at Villa Dane. Only thing we’d change is the weather, but that can’t be controlled! 😃

Nice accommodation in good position.

Accommodation nice and in a good position however it is not easy to find the office when checking in. Blew a fuse on day 1 and after checking everything it appeared to be a problem with the dishwasher which was never rectified after multiple requests. Drainage in one of the showers was blocked and when asked again on day 3 if it was going to fixed along with the dishwasher the answer was "it will be fixed in the off season"!! A little disappointing.

Dear Helen, Thank you very much for your review. We are sorry that you had difficulties about finding our reception, because we have sent directions how to reach us with document showing exact steps how to reach our property and reception, and the number of the reception, too. Regarding to the problems that you mentioned, we have checked that with our manager and the reception and they informed us that they didn't have any information from your side about the problem with the dishwasher. They recieved only information from your side about the bolier problem in the kitchen, and you informed them about that problem the night before your departure. It was fixed and changed the next day but you already left. About the drainage of the showers, also they didn't have that information, so we are not sure who gave you that note that something will be fixed in off season. We take those comments very seriously, and take each of our guests with extra care. We do hope that you had lovely stay. Wish all the best to you and your family. Kind regards, Villa Dane Team

Special place!

I stayed here with 3 of my friends to celebrate a birthday and we loved it. We each had our own bedroom & bathroom which was clutch when getting ready. The location was outside the city center so we did have to walk ~15 min to get back but we kind of liked that it was outside the city / little quieter. The villa / house is actually part of a hotel so we got breakfast each morning as well (which we didn’t expect and was a great surprise). The location is very close to the beach and we walked about 10 min to Falco beach club which was amazing. Food was incredible (get the risotto) and the beach chairs had just stunning views. It’s also a 2 min walk from a supermarket (which is average / nothing crazy) and a restaurant right next to it that has really nice views - we went for drinks & pizza one night. The pool at the house looked bigger in the pictures & we didn’t use it but the outdoor patios were awesome. Overall the house was huge & we had a great stay.

I stayed at Villa Dane with a big group that included my immediate family.

I stayed at Villa Dane with a big group that included my immediate family. The interior was spacious and clean. Everything was functional, from AC to kitchen appliances. We were greeted by Tamara who is one of the receptionists. She was extremely kind and welcoming. Explained all the amenities and house rules. The reception area is open 24/7 and they are easy to reach. Free parking was also a big plus and saved us a lot of time. Our party arrived with 2 cars. As for the Hvar island, it’s a special place. Villa Dane was located within a short distance to the town center and the beach. A well-stocked grocery store was a block away. At the same time, the Villa felt like a private space. The house with the swimming pool is surrounded with tall hedgerows shielding it from other properties next door. Villa Dane gave us some great summer memories. I would definitely consider booking it again.

Great time in Villa Dane!

Our group had a great time in Villa Dane! Our hosts made themselves available, were accommodating, and made every effort to ensure we had a smooth arrival and departure (including by booking our transfers from Hvar Town. The villa is well furnished and comfortable, and is only a very short stroll from the seaside promenade leading into town. I would highly recommend this stay!

The host is well organized and very flexible for check-in and check-out. It is also very easy to communicate with the host. Flat location is in the perfect place : easy to get to Hvar by foot but also not in the middle of the crowd and very close from the sea. Kitchen is well equipped and BBQ is very useful.

The location is great.....

The location is great, just a small walk to Hula Hula, with other bars and restaurants further down the harbour. The villa was clean and had great facilities (bbq, pool etc). No complaints!

Great location near the beach and Hula Hula . Very nice accomodation , with all the equipment we could need . AC was powerful and we could keep the rooms fresh. Staff was very helpful and always there to help us. The pool was cleaned every morning which we appreciated. Parking place just next to the house.

We liked the Villa a lot....

We liked the Villa a lot. It was very comfortable, close to beach and market. Great location for spending your “easy” holidays. The host was fantastic, she handled all our requests professionally and always with a smile. Congrats. We will definitely come again. Our only recommendation would be to put more shade on the lower terrace near the pool, maybe even a rainproof roof. We liked to enjoy longs breakfasts and hanged around the villa during the day. The current set up of the terrace and sunny and hot Hvar climate made it a bit less pleasant.

Location was perfect, villa was a good size for 1 family. Pool was small but nice they added a free floaty. Dijana very helpful and friendly. Kitchen a good size and well equipped
