"¡El nombre de la playa lo dice como una de las casas más buscadas en la playa de Dillon tanto para escapadas románticas como para pequeñas reuniones familiares / amigos! "¡Nunca se rechazó una propuesta de boda en Beach Nest!"

Las plantas te saludan mientras serpenteas por un sendero bordeado por un tragaluz que conduce a "Beach Nest". .

Una vez que ingresa a la casa, se encuentra con una pared de puertas corredizas de vidrio y ventanas que miran hacia el Océano Pacífico y los espacios abiertos de la playa Dillon.

La sala de estar es luminosa y alegre con nuevos sofás de cuero muy cómodos (uno de ellos es un sofá cama), un bar de vinos (completo con enfriador), una chimenea de gas / leña para esas noches acogedoras, vistas infinitas al mar y puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren al Nueva cubierta expansiva.

El comedor adyacente tiene una mesa contemporánea y una barra de desayuno dulce que da a la cocina.

La cocina está bien equipada y tiene todo lo necesario para hacer excelentes comidas.

También en este nivel hay un dormitorio amplio (cama Queen) con un bonito escritorio y un baño contiguo con una gran ducha a ras de suelo.

Continuar las escaleras y entrar en la suite principal. Este espacio es muy abierto, con grandes ventanales que te permitirá ver el Pacífico abajo y mirar las estrellas por la noche. En la esquina de esta habitación encontrará una bañera con garra-pie cerca del gas / log personificado ..

También en esta planta hay un área de lectura / TV dulce y 1/2 baño.

La bañera de hidromasaje se encuentra en una segunda terraza privada con una fantástica copa de vino del Pacífico y se sienta debajo de mil millones de estrellas mientras el océano debajo de las serenatas.

La nueva sauna se encuentra justo al lado de la nueva cubierta!

Deje que la ciudad se desvanezca mientras se rejuvenece aquí en Beach Nest.

Esta casa tiene un espacio abierto que lo rodea con venados, codornices, conejos, zorros y abunda en la playa Dillon.

We had a wonderful stay at Beach Nest! The ocean views were absolutely beautiful, and the wraparound deck was the perfect place to enjoy our morning coffee and watch the sunset. The house was comfortable, welcoming, and had plenty to keep everyone entertained. We especially loved relaxing in the hot tub and spending time together in the game room playing pool and foosball.The location was peaceful while still being close enough to enjoy Dillon Beach. We also appreciated that the home was dog-friendly, making it possible for the entire family to join us. It was the perfect combination of relaxation, beautiful scenery, and family fun. We would happily stay here again!

This is the most amazing place we've stayed at hands down. The view in the hot tub was exactly what we were looking for. Location was easy to find and close proximity to the beach and cute General Store. The house itself was very comfortable and fun! We didn't use the sauna because we brought our daughter and dog, but we played soooo many games of pool and foosball! Our dog even enjoyed the dog bed that was on the floor in the game room. The beds were very comfortable and clean; perfect to come back to after a long day at the beach with the gas fireplace and in room bathtub!

Loved our stay here! Super clean, peaceful, had everything we needed, and enjoyed the hot tub. We couldn’t get enough of the views and wild life. I think it’s the first time our dog saw deer. In fact he felt really comfortable and we loved our walks in the neighborhood. Really enjoyed our family stay here.

We enjoyed our stay at the Beach Nest. The views are incredible and we loved the hot tub. I would stay here again, but the two couches in the living room need to be replaced, they’re at the end of their life.

Nice Amenities & View - Kitchen Not So Much

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location, view and extra amenities at this rental were great. The core features were less remarkable. The beds were comfortable, but couches and other chairs are worn and not very comfortable to sit on. Our biggest issue was the kitchen. While appliances worked fine and there were plenty of plates, cups and glasses, the cooking equipment left much to be desired. There were pans without lids and lids without pans. There was no usable non-stick cookware. The one non-stick fry pan was scratched with visible rust coming through the surface. So there was really no pan suitable for cooking eggs, other than to boil them. There was no oil except cooking spray (which was disclosed). Knives were dull with scratched blades (we always bring our own). Fixing these fundamentals would make the property a much better fit for those who like to cook. That's pretty essential in Dillon Beach and we vacation there at least once a year. Restaurants are limited and a 20 minute drive away, so a well equipped kitchen is valued by us more than other amenities.

I am so sorry you had a less than stellar stay. Beach Nest usually garners 5 Star Reviews. We will certainly look into the pots and pans, and one of the couches is newer. This was from our last guest "What a lovely experience! The panoramic view from the deck was amazing and we loved that you could also enjoy the view from relaxing on the sofa as well. Fabulous deck with the outdoor BBQ area and spa. The spa was very nice and warm. My golden retriever was living his best life watching the deer, cottontail bunnies and quail. The neighborhood was very nice and a great place to go for a walk and take the dog for a sniffy walk. The Wine Country to Coast hosts were wonderful. Always informative and on the spot answering questions and/or concerns. Very professional. The "snack gift" they provided was very thoughtful. Overall, we loved the property, neighborhood and view. Very nice house with a great layout. We arrived on a cold rainy day. The fireplace was on and the hot tub was hot. That was a nice welcoming. The house has a great view of the bay and Tomales Point. We were there for five very relaxing days and really enjoyed the house. The location is great with a 2 minute drive to the beach, 15 minutes to Valley Ford and 20 minutes to Petaluma. I hope we get to return soon. The only issue is the kitchen needs a little TLC. That didn’t take anything away from the wonderful time we had staying there. Five Stars!

When you walk into the living room or upstairs room, you get a spectacular of the ocean from Dillon beach all the way to Bodega head. A very relaxing home with a fully functional kitchen, nice deck, hot tub with ocean view and sauna!(a slight problem with the tv working, though a very nice lady from Wine country came and fixed the problem)

We enjoyed our stay at this residence. It had a lovely view and it was very relaxing!
