The location and upgraded condo are awesome!! Only suggestion is to have proper lockable double door for master bedroom as it has sliding screen/doors for privacy

The view!!

Second time staying here and once again, it did not disappoint. We come for the view from the Lanai-just to relax and watch the ocean, surfers, turtles, Haleakala clouds move on and off the volcano. Quiet, all you hear is the wonderous waves and swaying of the palm trees. We always rent a car and explore!

Beautiful views and great condo

We loved our stay at Lauloa! The condo is beautiful and super clean; it has everything you need to live there not just for a week long vacation! The ocean is a few feet away and the views spectacular. Maalea is quite and centrally located on Maui. We loved everything about our vacation and wish we could just stay there for months!!

Quiet place away from hubub

Very nice, clean place for two couples. Away from the hubub of activity but close enough to travel 15-30 minutes. Beautifully decorated space. We walked in to Hawaiian music playing and immediately felt at home and relaxed. The check-in process was seamless and the management company checked in a couple of times to make sure everything was good and no issues. Fully recommend this place.

How perfect!

We were looking for tranquility and we got it here. Palm trees swaying in the breeze, ocean view, turtles, surfers, peace and quiet. Exceptionally clean, neat, tidy-comfortable, pleasing to the eye. We were so happy to be there and didn’t want to leave! Thank you owners for sharing such a beautiful gift. We hope to return.

Amazing views; fantastic location

Amazing Ocean front condo, not beachfront but there is an amazing beach just a few block away; within walking distance. The unit has everything you need when on vacation: high quality bed linen and Hotel collection towels. The kitchen it stocked with everything you need: the place is clean and well kept. Beautiful decorations and amazing views of the bay: you can see sooooooo many turtles from your lanai. Highly recommend this unit if you don’t mind walking a little bit to the beach. Not a busy beach which is fantastic: walking distance to the Maui Ocean center and a few restaurants.

Beautifully decorated and great views by the water. Master bed needs to be replaced. Location is in a very windy section of the island, which was evidenced by the dozen or so wind turbines nearby.

Cute Clean Condo

We really liked our stay at this property. Very Clean, well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and furniture. We really liked the morings watching the turtles near the shore. We stayed in December and also had great views of whales off in the distance. The only real issue was the constant wind, that this property endures. It was more of an annoyance than anything, but should be noted for a future stay.

I dream of the view from the lanai

The condo was perfect! It has all of the things you need to enjoy your stay. I wish I had discovered the book collection a little earlier. The complex is beautifully maintained and friendly as well.

Beautiful views of the ocean/bay.

Exceptional ocean views, especially sunrises. There was no sandy beach but watched boats coming and going from the small marina nearby. The condo was nicely decorated with lots of local art. The bathrooms and kitchen were stocked with limited essentials which was very helpful. Within walking distance to the aquarium which was well worth visiting. Close to Kihei for restaurants, beaches, grocery store etc….and only 20 minutes to Lahaina.

Really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo… it had everything you need for cooking cleaning and having fun. Not close to many restaurants but if planned properly can either cook at place or go on your way home from the day’s activities

Loved our stay!!

The condo, and the property, was so beautiful, very well kept and had everything you would need to enjoy stay. So much fun watching the sunrise, turtles, crabs, and birds from our lanai. Has an air conditioner, but after initial use on arrival, did not need again, such a beautiful strong breeze to keep us cool. The condo is central to all of Maui, very convenient. Laid back atmosphere, not a busy resort or high rise in sight. Cannot wait to come back, definitely would stay again at Lauloa.

Absolutely Stunning

Our family absolutely loved this condo. The pictures really do it no justice, the condo itself is so beautifully laid out and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. And might I say, high quality items at that, especially in the kitchen. The beds were extremely comfortable and the view is absolutely STUNNING. Falling asleep to the sounds of the waves and watching the sunrise every morning was probably the most perfect way to start out your day. We must of seen over 50 turtles during our stay directly from the lanai. The AC unit was really never needed as there is a constant tropical breeze flowing through the condo and really nice ceiling fans in all the rooms, even the lanai had a ceiling fan. Our family has stayed at other locations at different islands, and this has to be hands down the best location we’ve ever stayed at- that’s even compared to the Ritz Carlton in Kapalua. The location is very quiet and centrally located on the island, 15 minutes one way your in Kihei, 20 minutes the other way your in Lahaina/Kaanapali. We will definitely be coming back here and are already looking to book very very soon for our next family island getaway. Thank you so very much to the owner of this unit as you have done an amazing job at providing a place that is not only beautiful but was above and beyond everything we could hope for.

Stunning property in a prime location. Well maintained and gorgeous living space close to everything, set in a very quiet area. Loved waking up to the sound of waves and seeing whales right off the balcony. Will rent again and again and again :)

Best Location in Maui

We love this location. It is a more quiet part of the Island (less touristy) but is still close to everything. It is also great to have a kitchen, definitely can save a lot of money but eating in / not being required to go out every night.

Perfect getaway

Everything was as advertised and perfect for a quiet vacation from it all. The location is about 10-15 min from Kehei, but still within walking distance of a couple of restaurants. We spent 50% of our time on the balcony just watching the waves roll in. The condo was perfect for what we needed and I would highly recommend!

Ocean swimming, boogie boarding and surfing (during south swells), and windsurfing with in walking distance to the longest sugary beach on Maui! The Pacific Whale foundation is a short walk from the property so you can walk to your whale watch tour, or take educational classes without a car! A few restaurants to choose from, gas/quick mart and a family activity center featuring water bumper boats, mini golf, extreme trampoline and rock climbing! Their is a charming local store called "Maalaea General Store" 5 minutes by foot, for local eats, espresso, fruits and vegetables, liquor and lite grocery items.
