Amazing stay! Location was super walkable and the beach right next to the condo is gorgeous. We loved listening to the waves every night. Little less privacy than expected since the bedroom ceiling opens up to the main room/loft area - but this didn’t matter at all to us. Would absolutely stay here again.

We found this gem of a condo in a nice central location for exploring around the island. The condo is down the street from the Maalaea Harbor area. C3 is located on the 3rd floor with laundry facilities across the hall. We can't say enough about the unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean. We stayed the end of September with great weather to enjoy the beach. A fun surprise was the viewing of sea turtles from the beach. Loved all the beach supplies that was available to use (beach chairs, cooler, body boards, noodles, etc.) The facilities outdoor shower was adequate but could be improved upon. The kitchen was well stocked with kitchen utensils. The bedrooms both had king beds with attached bathrooms. We would highly recommend this condo.

POV: The Ocean!

This townhome exceeded our expectations. The view was mesmerizing! The home had everything we needed and more. The host was very accommodating and responsive. The location was close to the Maui Ocean Center, the harbor where we boarded our snorkeling adventure and not too far from the airport, Road to Hana and Haleakalā Mountain! My only minor observations: there a few homeless people on the near by public beach, the outside of the townhouse complex is outdated, and the bedding needs more care and cleaning.

Great View, Great Location. Comfy

Everything you need in a stay and the view was awesome. Don't believe the reviews regarding visibility from upstairs bedroom into lower. We knew it was more of a modern open air place. Noise will travel up/down... so if someone is making a lot of noise... snoring ;-) you may not like it. We knew that going in so no problem. Free parking, rice maker, coffee grinder, fully equipped kitchen. We'd stay here again.

Central location with amazing views

We absolutely loved our stay! The views are spectacular, and the location is very central and convenient! The beach right in front of the condo is small but a short walk to a larger beach practically next door. There were beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler available for use and we had everything we needed! It is on the third floor and I don’t think there’s an elevator so it’s a bit of a hike with luggage but well worth it!

Best location

Best sandy beach for swimming. Always calm water. Very private, long stretch of preserve beach for walking. A small reef off shore guarantees seeing fish and turtles when snorkeling. Condo has an amazing view! Ideal location

Beautiful Space

The condo was modern and well appointed with the most amazing view from the balcony. Why pay for whale watching when you have an amazing front row seat. Easy to get to lots of different activities or just spend time at the beautiful beach only steps away. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

Gorgeous view

This place has an awesome view. We were able to capture multiple whales jumping right off our balcony. Convenient to restaurants and the aquarium. Highly recommended.

Loved our getaway

Amenities were great. Loved hearing sound of waves. Very quiet (no noisy neighbors). Laundry was close, which was nice. Daughter loved the loft. Air conditioning worked great. Beach supplies were a plus.

3-generations vacation

Beautiful 2-bedroom unit just steps away from the beach and centrally located and convenient for exploring Maui. Kihei, Wailuku and Makawao were all only 20 to 30 minutes away.

perfect oceanfront

Pretty amazing place. The listing pictures don't disappoint - you are literally on the ocean. There is so much beach to walk right outside your door, so much reef for snorkeling. Four huge turtles were hanging out just feet into the water directly outside for the duration of our stay. Simply amazing - would absolutely stay again.

The beach was absolutely great! we saw many turtles and the beach was never crowded. We loved it. Falling asleep every night to the waves which were less than 100 ft away!

Amazing Views of the Bay

We loved watching sea turtles and whales from the back patio. Furnished interior had everything we needed. We loved the pool too.

Great vacation

Great place. Beautiful views of the bay. Watched whales from the lanai. Nice central location and near harbor for Molikini crater excursion that we did. (Would rec the Four Winds II for this, btw and definitely do Snuba). The AC unit is a little “tired” but often opened the windows and used fans to stay cool. The on-site manager is a stickler for the parking, so make sure you have your tag hanging at all times. Be prepared to drive to get restaurants and there is really nothing g great nearby but makes it a quiet spot. Overall nice place and would stay again.

Great property with amazing view

From start to finish I was exceedingly pleased with the communication process from the host. The experience was first class. The property is in very good shape and the view of the ocean is as advertised (amazing). Nice casual dinning restaurants a few minute walk down the street and convenient quiet location that allows you to get anywhere on the island in your rental car.

Paradise!

This unit is beautifully done - and the view is one of the best on this part of the island. This complex is quiet and steps from the water. We stay here every year and just love it. Really loved the decor - it was a very comfortable unit.... the bed was amazingly comfy!

The perfect place to stay

5 miles of uncrowded beach, whale watching in Maalaea Bay which is the Humpback Whale calving and breeding grounds during the winter months (November through April) and Giant Green Sea Turtle watching year round right in front of the property! Ocean swimming, boogie boarding and surfing (during south swells), and windsurfing with in walking distance to the longest sugary beach on Maui! The Pacific Whale foundation is a short walk from the property so you can walk to your whale watch tour, or take educational classes without a car! A few restaurants to choose from, gas/quick mart and a family activity center featuring water bumper boats, mini golf, extreme trampoline and rock climbing! Their is a charming local store called "Maalaea General Store" 5 minutes by foot, for local eats, espresso, fruits and vegetables, liquor and lite grocery items.
