Phoenix West II 1809 es una unidad de 4 baño frente al Golfo de 3 dormitorios, situado en el piso 18 en el nuevo desarrollo a lo largo de la costa del Golfo de Alabama.

La habitación principal tiene una cama de matrimonio y un baño privado, que incluye una bañera de hidromasaje y una gran ducha a ras de suelo con dos cabezales de ducha.

El segundo dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas dobles y también tiene un baño privado.

El tercer dormitorio cuenta con 2 camas matrimoniales y baño privado.

Cada habitación cuenta con un televisor de pantalla plana y reproductor de DVD, también hay una pantalla plana en la sala de estar, así como un sofá cama.

El cuarto de baño características a pie de ducha.

Esta unidad es de aprox. 1958 pies cuadrados y cuenta con conexión inalámbrica a internet, una cocina totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, encimeras de granito y una barra de bar con máquina de hielo. Hay una lavadora y secadora.

Phoenix West II condominio ofrece vistas espectaculares frente al Golfo y fabulosas instalaciones. Beautiful, easy access to everything, lovely pool and lazy river. Fun for groups and kids.

Great for groups!

We had both our children and their families with us. The condo layout is perfect. Everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom plus a large enough common space to be together when they want. Our second time staying at Phoenix West II. Great location.

Our group of women loved our week at Orange Beach!

We had a wonderfully relaxing week at Phoenix West II. We did wish the unit had been better equipped in the kitchen since we did some cooking and found equipment to be quite limited. Beds and bedroom fit our needs beautifully. Weather was delightful and the company shared was perfect!

Family fun!!!

The condo was so nice we sat around cooking & playing pedro. Late afternoons we'd stroll around the beach collecting shells or go into the lazy river, workout, or gather around the spa. There is something to do for every age.

Wonderful place to stay!

I can't say enough good things about this location! The room was great for the family, and the central location to all of the restaurants was also very convenient. The rooms were clean and well supplied, and was beautifully decorated. The condo that we stayed in will definitely be on our return list. The staff was amazing! There was an issue with teenagers throwing items off the balcony of the 12th floor, one item hit my daughter in the head while at the pool. The security took care of it immediately and kept us informed during their investigation process. Felt very safe to be at this location with our children. Highly recommend.

Great Place for a big group vacation!

The size of this condo was fantastic and had enough room for all very comfortably! We just had a few electrical problems with lamps and blow dryers. We never could get the television to work in the living room. Directions were hard to follow 🤔! We will still definitely ask to stay here again!!

A wonderful family getaway location

6 adults, 5 kids (ages 4-9). Extremely satisfied with this property. Better in person than in pictures. You won’t be disappointed. Easy beach access and TONS of activities to do on and around the property. Extremely kind staff, beach attendees, and other people staying there. Everyone was smiling and nice! Property is clean and security officer at the water slide to ensure safety. Frequent texts by the rental staff to ensure happiness with the location. Super nice and highly recommend. We will be back!!

Family vacation

The condo was very nice and clean. We enjoyed it. The only problem was check in. We got there at 3:00 and received text stating condo was still being cleaned however we went to the condo and no one was there cleaning. I texted them back at 3:30 telling them we were there and nobody was cleaning and they miraculously was able to let us in! Wasn’t happy about that. Other than that everything was good.

Perfect floor plan

This condo had the most perfect floor plan. Each family had their own private bedroom with a full bath. The extra bath off the hall was an added bonus. The kitchen was fairly well stocked. The views were amazing and relaxing. The seating area around the table was large enough for all the adults to sit around. The building was very clean and had a lot of other activities to do, putting green, shuffle board, grilling area, pickle ball and on and on. All employees were very kind, courteous and helpful. The walk to the beach was nice and shorter then we’ve had before in a different Phoenix condo. We only ran into one issue but the front desk, not the management company, immediately took care of it since it was an HOA issue. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this condo. Lazy river was wonderful. The condo was clean and kitchen was well stocked. We did have an issue with the jacuzzi tub in master bath but maintenance came quickly to look at it. Also, the condo states it holds 12 people and there were only 8 face towels in the whole condo. We had 9 people so we had to wash towels constantly. Bring extra face towels if you have more than 8 people. We definitely would stay here again. Thanks!

beautiful place

This was my first stay at Phoenix West II. We had a wonderful vacation! The elevators were slow on Saturdays & Sundays but during the week it was fine. We did have to call maintenance for a TV issue and waited for 4 hours for someone to show up. I had to make 3 calls and we did finally get someone from the satellite company to come out and fix it. The next day, the actual maintenance man showed up to bring us some batteries for the remotes and told us he was off the previous day (no wonder he never showed up!). The hot tubs on the 14th floor (the more private ones) were out of service every time we went to that floor to use them. Overall these minor problems were not a big deal. We really enjoyed the lazy river and the kids loved the slide. I liked seeing security around the grounds and they did a great job keeping rowdy kids in line. We would stay here again.

Gulfshores getaway

Great getaway to GS. This time of year the rates are very reasonable. The condo was very spacious and the view was spectacular. The condo was clean and overall quite pretty ... but it needs to be refreshed. There were paint splotches on the wall that did not match the color of the original paint. The couch in the living room definitely needs to be steam cleaned after I’m sure a lot of use. The refrigerator door made a loud sound every time we opened it .. prob needs a minor adjustment. And I was a little annoyed with how little toiletry items were left. We were there 4 nights and had only one very small toilet paper roll per bathroom, one small paper towel roll in the kitchen ... and when I say small I’m talking really the cheapest variety and SMALL...and only one spare trash bag. No extra shampoos or handsoaps.. Still paying close to $200 a night I think they need to revisit the little things. But my complaints are all minor. The staff checking in were so nice. Parking was easy. Great beach access. Great location. I would still easily give it a 5 star rating. We had a wonderful time!!

Beautiful condo, poorly stocked kitchen and horrible wifi and cell service

I don't normally write reviews but felt I needed to let others know what they might be up against. We have stayed at Phoenix West II many times and have always had great experiences and a great deal of basic kitchen supplies, but this trip had many issues and challenges! The day of arrival we got into town really early so we called Liquid Life to see if we could get an earlier check in than 3:00. They were very friendly and acted like they would be able to accommodate this request and said they would contact us back and let us know when we could check in. They never contacted us back, so when it was almost 3:00 I called them back to see if we could get in condo. After waiting by condo door with all of our luggage, not only did they not help us get into condo before 3:00 as we requested possible earlier check in, they didn't even let us in at 3:00! Liquid Life didn't even send our door code until after 4:00!! Once in the condo we were pleased with how beautiful it was, but soon found out the kitchen was only stocked with dishes, some cookware and silverware, but they didn't even have salt and pepper shakers, no foil, no coffee or coffee filters to go in the fancy coffee maker! Oddly enough the living room hutch was stocked with a ton of board games and books, but kitchen didn't even have basic seasonings or coffee supplies. Also, the refrigerator ice maker leaked and didn't produce ice well and the bar ice maker leaked water inside the maker and would mess up ice. Plus, on day 2 our door code wouldn't work causing us to be stranded outside until they could reset our code! Sure hope we have a better experience next time, and others don't have the same problems we did.

This condo was incredible! Best one we’ve ever stayed at. So many activities to do at the condo besides the beach. The Pools are awesome! The condo itself is huge, clean and nice! 4 full baths was a game changer for us too! Only complaint is beds were a little harder then I like but overall great experience.
