Magnífica renovación completada en enero de 2016. ¡Este magnífico condominio de 3 habitaciones y 2 baños es SU hogar de playa lejos de su hogar! Disfruta de las vistas de sala de estar y MBR de los delfines bailarines retozando en las cálidas aguas del prístino Golfo de México, mientras tomas Bushwackers congelados de tu cocina bien equipada. Mucho espacio para todos sus arreglos en las nuevas encimeras de granito y gabinetes a medida nuevos.
¿Hace calor fuera? Diríjase a la piscina junto a la playa, la piscina para niños o la piscina cubierta climatizada y el jacuzzi interior. Juegue una ronda de tenis en la cancha de tenis del hotel. Ase el pescado fresco que atrapó ese día mientras realiza su viaje de pesca en alta mar en una de nuestras parrillas de carbón al aire libre. ¿No quieres cocinar tonita? Solo diríjase a uno de nuestros numerosos restaurantes, desde excelentes restaurantes de clase mundial hasta parrillas de mariscos frente al mar. (Doc's Seafood es uno de nuestros favoritos). Diríjase a uno de los más de 20 campos de golf cercanos, el zoológico Gulf Shores, o al minigolf y go-karting en Adventure Island. Magical stay in Orange Beach

The condo was beautifully. It’s obvious the host has pride in their place and keeps it up. They have unique decorations and artwork. Loved the oyster shell chandelier and all the colorful pictures. The beds were also very comfortable. Not too hard and not to soft. Just right! Originally we had planned to eat out the whole time but the kitchen was so well equipped we ended up cooking a lot. We all enjoyed the indoor and outdoor pools. Early morning walks on the beach treated us with some gorgeous shells. Sadly we didn’t find any sand dollars but maybe next time we will have more luck. Love the blue/aqua patio furniture. It was nice to enjoy the sunset with the whole family. Thank you for sharing your place. We all had a great stay and hope to say there again soon.

Orange Beach getaway

Great location, beautifully decorated. Only complaints cleanliness (sand, dirty under the beds, mold in shower) and there were not enough blankets for each bedroom. Nice stay but people and traffic ruined it for us, not related to the rental at all though.

Relaxing Beach Trip

Great time! Weather was perfect! The cost to rent an umbrella & (2)beach chairs was $45 per day. They came by regularly to ask if you needed the umbrella adjusted. The condo was an end unit so you have the advantage of an L-shaped balcony with nice table & chairs. The condo was clean except for the floors . . . Sand! I wish the cleaning staff would have left the ice maker turned on, it would have been good to have ice to make a cold drink after unloading the car on a hot day. The owner was great! My son was able to come with us after I made the reservation. I called the owner and he said it's OK, BRING HIM!! He was always so quick to respond and made some great restaurant suggestions for us. It was a good time by all!!

Clean, Fresh & Convenient

It was clean and met all expectations. Oceanfront condo with all the amenities located in the heart go Orange Beach. While the condos are still under construction, it did not interfere with our stay.

Ideal Family Condo

We enjoyed our stay at Shoalwater so much! This condo is situated beautifully with a lovely view of the ocean. It's easy to move between condo, pool, and beach, even with two small children. The decor is tasteful and stylish, the beds are very comfortable. We had a wonderful time!

beautiful condo with plenty to do for the kids

Our condo was perfect for our stay in orange beach. We had very iffy weather during our 4 day vacation, but we were able to go between the beach and indoor pool during showers. The kids also enjoyed the outdoor pool and the parents always had plenty of lounging room. Condo was designed and furnished beautifully and up to date. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome vacation

This was our first time in Orange Beach. The trip was awesome. The condo was perfect. Great location and easy beach access. The 3 bedroom was the perfect size, very clean and well equipped. It had everything we needed. We enjoyed the spacious balcony every morning & night. We would definitely return on future vacations to Orange Beach.

Clean and Convenient!

Wonderful condo with easy access to the beach! This condo is very clean, updated and perfectly located. Grocery stores, tourist shops and bars/restaurants are all super close to the condo. This condo has been well taken care of and is the perfect size. When we arrived, there was a little gift from property management and Tammy from Pleasure Island Properties stayed in contact with me to ensure we had a great stay! You can tell the property management company takes pride in this complex by the clean elevators, the courteous security staff and well maintained grounds. The outdoor pool is clean and maintained and there is a small kiddie pool for the little ones. The condo has very cold central air which is a must for the humid Alabama nights, as well as VERY comfortable beds! I was expecting “motel” type mattresses and bedding, but I was happily surprised at the quality of bedding and the pride of ownership. The owners of this condo really do care about your comfort! There is a well-stocked kitchen, large pantry, the washer and dryer are full-sized and are also well taken care of. There are plenty of bath towels (bring your own beach towels) kitchen utensils, pots/pans and even spices for cooking! There are charcoal grills for use on the property and those were serviced and cleaned daily. As for the beach, it was clean, powder-white sand and groomed/cleaned each night. There is a very convenient walk-way from the condo to the beach, as well as an outdoor shower to rinse with. You won’t be disappointed; it really is as perfect as it looks in the photos.

Condo was fabulously located directly gulf side and beautifully appointed. It was newly remodeled with comfortable furnishings and was exceptionally clean. The kitchen is well stocked with serviceware and includes necessary countertop appliances. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful & perfect!

We had such a great time. It was fun and relaxing. The condo is decorated so nice and I can't say enough about the upgrades. The view from the balcony was awesome. Lots of room! Will definitely rent again.

The Best Time Ever!

My family and I have been going to Gulf Shores, Alabama, for many years now. We have tried many of the other condos in the area but none of those comes close to the condo offered there at Shoalwater! Ever since we've found this condo, we continue to go back year after year always having a great time making memories from the experience! This specific unit is a spacious 3 bedroom condo with 2 full baths. The master bedroom is big and awesome! It has a private balcony access, entertainment center and plenty of drawer and closet space to go around. The guest bedroom is a little small but it is perfectly cozy for a second bedroom in the condo. It also has drawer and closet space as well. The third bedroom has a set of bunk beds with plenty of room on the floor to put a couple of air mattresses too. There are tv's in every room. This is great so the kids can play their video games and not interfere with the adults and their plans . The condo has a good sized kitchen with all the necessary amenities to cook and serve just about anything! I just hate going to condos that don't have normal kitchen utensils to cook and eat from! You end up wasting time and money at Walmart buying tools to cook with! This is very aggravating to have to do on vacation to say the least... It also has a decent sized living room with comfy couches where you can eat a big bowl of ice cream on those hot summer afternoons when you're coming in for a break from the sun. The balcony is a great place to eat breakfast, drink a cup of joe and watch the early-morning dolphins swim by! This condo has a beautiful beach with rentable lounge chairs and umbrellas, beach volley ball, rentals such as waverunners, parasailing, and other water sports. On the deck outside, there is a big outdoor pool, a baby pool, restrooms and a washdown station. There are even charcoal grills! If the weather is bad or if it is too cold (early spring break) or too hot and you're need a break from the sun (late summer), there is a great indoor swimming pool and an indoor hot tub to boot! Another great commodity is the drive thru drop off! Whether you are just arriving for your vacation, or you are back from the grocery store, or when the unfortunate time comes and it is time to pack up and leave, this drive thru is a tremendous blessing! Whether it is the heat of the day or it is raining, this covered area is great to be able to load/unload under. The architect(s) were definitely thinking of the customers.

Impeccable decor; fantastic custom features!

We were lucky to be one of the first guests after a complete and total renovation! Every aspect of this 7th floor unit is top-notch! You'll enjoy the view and all of the custom touches from the bedrooms to the bathrooms! You won't find a nicer condo! Perfect for any vacation!

Perfect Location and beautiful views

This was our first time using VRBO and going to Orange Beach and we hit the jackpot with this property. We have 3 children and it was more than enough living space with all the bedrooms and it is very well maintained with updates. The view from the balcony couldn't be more beautiful and it was a great place to relax after the kids went to bed from a long day of the pool and beach. The location was perfect because you are not too terribly close to other complexes so the beaches were not overly crowded. You are also only about a 5-7 minute drive to all the great restaurants the area has to offer like the Hangout and LuLu's. The pool was perfect and easy to go back and forth from the beach. Everything we needed in the condo was provided so we only needed to go to the grocery store for food. The one morning it rained we took advantage of the indoor pool which is a great perk to keep the kids from getting cabin fever. We have already booked our dates for this coming August! I highly recommend this property and I know we wont be staying anywhere else when we vacation in the area!
