Excelente ubicación en el prestigioso Paradise Valley, cerca de tiendas, restaurantes galardonados, bares del canal y hermosas rutas de senderismo. Unfortunate Cancelation with full refund

Unfortunately, we were notified that the property had an issue that led to the owner sending a cancelation message the night prior to check-in. The owner communicated the problem leading to the cancelation and we received a full refund within 24 hours. We wish vrbo was helpful in finding and securing another accommodation.

This property is lovely. The description is deceiving, however. We didn't realize we would be staying in the guest house. It is just the right size, so I do wish the owner would state this clearly in the description. The gardeners decided to run their loud equipment at 8AM on the Friday we were there. Although we are always up and going very early, that was one day we were planning to sleep in a bit. An abrupt awakening! My only complaint about the property is the bed mattress. It is incredibly uncomfortable. We did not sleep well at all. This upgrade would make the property great. Location is good.

A Desert Hideaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in the Phoenix area and this apartment was near restaurants and hiking trails. The kitchen was well equipped and comfortable couches in the main room. It was a very quiet neighborhood. I would recommend replacing the mattress as it was more uncomfortable each night we slept there.

Totally not up to par!

Although this "guest cottage" was an extension of an architectural dream home, the space was a dungeon. An offset of a three car garage, there was zero natural light. No windows except sliders that opened to a weed filled courtyard encased in an eight foot cinder block wall. Absolutely no view but that of the Cinder block wall. The unit is dated...terrible bedding, ancient coffee machine, rusted refrigerator , bare minimum at best. The main problem was it was not clean....the sink in kitchen was covered with a mystery white substance, the bath was the same! The drains, especially in the bath sink, did NOT drain leaving standing water...not very pleasant especially while brushing your teeth. The worst is the lack of security. The front door has little to no security. It is obvious that the code was NEVER changed. The door appears unlocked even when locked and it would not be difficult to pull open. On the whole they need to give this unit some serious attention and we would NOT recommend it until that happens! Now we know why there were no photos of this unit and it's views...there are no views!

Charming apartment in quiet area.

Charming, private one bedroom apartment in a quiet area attached to a spectacular home. Easy access to walking along the canal, hiking in Phoenix mountain park as well as straight forward connections to major roads. Enclosed courtyard provides a private outdoor area.

Great location in the Biltmore area!

I loved getting up in the morning and taking a walk along the canal which is only a short walk from the house. This property is located in a nice small development of beautiful homes. It's very close to Pistewa Peak and Camelback Mountain, which is what attracted me to the property. The host was very good with communication and I had no problem accessing the unit. It's not a very big space but for a single person or a couple it has everything you need for a short visit.

Great! Nicely designed and furnished, quiet and very comfortable.

I had a business conference scheduled at the Biltmore, but the Resirt was unfortunately full. The guest house was a very quick drive away (maybe 5 mins) and provided a lovely and far less costly alternative. A Very nice accommodation for a business traveler.

Great location.Totally private.

This guest home is very nice and in a very lovely area. It is on a street surrounded by large homes on huge lots. Everything we needed was provided. We stayed there for one month and found it "as advertised". It is close to Camelback, the Biltmore, nice restaurants and shopping. We would love to return at a later time.
