Fully stocked kitchen, all linens, towels, pool towels, etc provided. This condo has it ALL and is in the perfect location and in a development that has everything: tennis courts, two pools, gym, club house, security guard, covering parking, dry sauna, walking paths and meticulous landscaping. Situated between a beautiful golf course and Biltmore Fashion Square. You can walk to some of very best restaurants and shopping Phoenix has to offer.

This property is in a quiet setting, and was a great place to relax. We enjoyed the view overlooking the path that winds through the condo property, and when we followed it we finally found the pool, which we had to ourselves on a weekday afternoon. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Everything we needed was there. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing get-away!

Perfect location for Spring Training!

We were so close to great restaurants and had easy drives to all of the ballparks. Close to Skyharbor is a bonus.

First trip to Arizona

The condo was perfect…clean, nicely decorated and in a great location. Very easy access to all highways which we used since we traveled around the state. Julie was an excellent host…very responsive to any of our questions. I would definitely recommend the unit for anyone visiting the Phoenix area.

Nicely furnished. Nice kitchen with standard amenities. No cleaning supplies to mop the floor, though. Would be great to have washer and dryer instructions. Pretty grounds with pool, small gym and tennis court. Enjoyed my stay.

Perfect

Communicating with Julie was easy, and I appreciated that. The condo was very clean, open and airy, and had everything needed from shampoo, soap and conditioner to more than one roll of paper towels and toilet paper. (Nothing like getting to a property and having to think twice about those things.) The property itself was in a great area, very quiet, and I loved the pool. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Stay!

We had a lovely stay and the place was absolutely perfect. The apartment is lovely and immaculate, and sits in a lovely complex near the Biltmore resort. Every evening we sat outside on the patio and enjoyed a glass of wine overlooking an intimate courtyard with a small fountain and stream. The complex also has two pools and hot tubs, which we used frequently, as well as tennis courts and a gym. Julie is an amazing host and was super responsive any time we had a question. If you are looking for the comforts of home with a feeling you are staying at a lovely resort, look no further!

best location

This condo is in an excellent location, close to good food offerings and nice stores within a very short walk. The beautiful Arizona Biltmore golf club is just around the corner and makes for a very nice 2 mile walk amongst some of the most beautiful neighborhoods you will ever see. Being central in midtown, access to see the rest of the area is easy. The space is nice for two people in this bright condo with windows from floor to ceiling. Everything you need is in the unit and the owner is easy to communicate with. The unit was very clean as well, which is important to us.

Perfect location - close to everything!

This centralized location is perfect! You can get downtown, to Scottsdale, the airport, anywhere in the valley in just a few minutes. Nice gated community with two relaxing pools. The owner was super easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again - thank you!

Great location

Enjoyed being there. Host was easy to contact and quick to respond to questions. We thought it could have been more comfortable with the addition of a carpet or rugs, especially in the bedroom.
