Great Sandy Beach Retreat!

We enjoyed our stay! The location was excellent, large clean private pool for guests and steps to a sandy beach! We loved our private courtyard for early am coffee. Nice oceanfront dining and just short walk to market for supplies. Close to Redhook for a day trip to St.John!

Love the area

We ended up with an upgrade because of a lot of rain. The place was great. Veronica was great. Rose, the owner, is very kind. Coki Beach is the best. We will be back. This is our 2nd year visiting.

Great Location and Wonderful Host!

My girlfriend and I stayed at Pineapple Village for four days. We had a fantastic time. The villa was perfect for what we needed. Our flight home on the last day wasn't until later in the afternoon and we were able to use the villa for the rest of the day. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back. We'll definitely be staying at Pineapple Village again. Thanks Rose!

A perfect location

We stayed at this property for a week with my spouse. It was a great location on the Island. Centrally located and within walking distance to Coki beach and a short taxi or bus ride to Smith Bay and Sapphire beach. The room was just what we needed when we came back from our daily adventures. Each day housekeeping had cleaned our room for us with fresh towels. The host was very responsive to provide all the information we needed and quick to respond to questions. We would highly recommend a stay with this host.

This property could use updating. The location, adjacent to Margaritaville, was convenient. We arrived late at night in the rain and the unit was difficult to find. It would be helpful if they posted signs to the units.

Good for the price

Rose communicated the place accurately, and proactively. Easy to find and get to. Though the beach at Margaritaville isn’t that great, we were just a short walk to Coki Beach, which was wonderful. The place itself is a little outdated, and needs better in-room amenities, it was a good place for the cost. If she were to put a thousand dollars into updating it, she could double her rent due to the proximity to the beach. But she was great, and this is a good stay if you’re on a budget.

Perfect spot for what we needed

My friend and I took a girls trip here and it was perfect for what we needed. The location is perfect walking distance to the beach and restaurants, and a short drive to others. It's right next to the the Margaritaville hotel. Rose and Veronica were efficient at getting the internet back up and working when it went out and were understanding to our situation when our flight home got messed up. I would definitely stay here again

Comfortable room & great price!

Rose & Bill were very easy to coordinate with for the few questions we had before booking as we’d never traveled to the USVI before. Great room, clean, perfect for what we needed for the week, & we’d happily stay here again if we return for any future trips to St. Thomas. The location was awesome and a short walk to Coki Beach which is a calm little beach, picturesque water, & if you bring goggles or snorkel gear, there are so many fish to see! I highly recommend this place!!

Water water everywhere but not a drop to shower

Literally zero water from the sink, the shower or toilet for the first 4 days. Not wanting to be a pain we gave it a day, neighbors also had no water so they complained. 4 days later it was on. But after 2 days of good showers (finally) zero hot water. Great location tho.

Perfect and very affordable for the location.

Rose and her team where perfect. I worked at Margaritaville and lived in Smith Bay, next door to this villa. Understand, this is the best deal out there for a one or two people. Everything you could want to eat, drink and lime out, is a quick walk. For Red Hook and beyond: Safari “local bus” route just outside the gate, no car needed. You will be thanking Rose by the end of your trip.

Great location and very clean/safe

The room was cleaned each day by the housekeeper. It is perfect for 2 people- no extra frills but we barely were in the room. The patio was perfect as well. Great location and walkable to multiple restaurants and beaches. Don’t go to Margaritaville (overpriced, bad service, mediocre food). We enjoyed shoreline for both breakfast and dinner. The margaritaville beach was nice. Also a quick walk to Coki beach which was fun as there are bars but it was overcrowded. Worth taking a ride to a nicer beach.

Good value

Good value on St Thomas. 5 minute cab ride to Redhook. Easy walk to Margaritaville restaurants. A good place to sleep, and use as a base to enjoy the Island, but no view and not for those that want to spend a lot of time in their room.

Excellent location

Great location, close to the beach and restaurants, secure and well maintained. The owners are great. Wi fi and cable never worked the whole stay but we didn’t go to Saint Thomas to watch TV. Also we had the bad luck of staying just when they were doing some maintenance on the roof which made it very noisy from 7 AM but thankfully we are heavy sleepers. Besides the beds and linens were very very comfortable. Also the room has everything you need For a day at the beach: towels, chairs, umbrellas. We loved Saint Thomas and when we go back will be checking this place for sure!

Great location, clean but poor water quality and distribution.

This is a great location because it is essentially right in the middle of Margaritaville. They have the Margaritaville and shoreline restaurant within walking distance and Coki beach (one of St Thomas's best) is also right there and in walking distance. The room is just that a bedroom with a unique bathroom situation. The water system is on a cistern so the water is brown and has pressure issues. We always had water and it was mostly warm, after a few minutes, but it was definitely not drinkable in my mind since it was brown and the pressure was very minimal. I would rent again because of it's great location but just know it has a little issue that some may not appreciate. I had a great stay.

Convenient to beach and to places to eat and convenient stores. Wi-Fi and cable worked

Needs to be updated, sheets and covers were stained. Patio door was hard to open and close. The bathroom was decent. Veronica was very nice and helpful. Pool area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a while

Ideal Location with friendly Hostess

We spent our 25th Anniversary with Pineapple Villa. Very surprised to find a bottle of wine with a note wishing us a Happy Anniversary. Rose is fabulous and easy to communicate with and always got back to us within a good time. The room was clean and offered a comfortable bed as well. A maid showed up every day but Sunday. We will definitely be back to visit!!
