CANCELLATION POLICY
A 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival:
• Receive full refund
Cancellations or changes that shorten the stay within 30 days of arrival:
• Full advance payment is forfeited (excluding deposit and cleaning fees)
• No refunds will be issued for cancellations or early departures once the stay has begun

Home is not baby-proofed; guests are responsible for child safety
Shared driveway. Please DO NOT block the driveway with your vehicle or trash bins to let the tenants in the back come in and out.
