Bienvenido a "duplex" en Ericeira Hills con infinitipool climatizada.

Totalmente reformado en junio de 2014. un entorno de silencio en el extremo de la calle callejón sin salida con sol todo el día hasta que se cae en el Atlántico. A poca distancia de Ericeira. (15 min)

La casa se ve 'viejo estilo portugués' en el exterior, pero que ha sido 'destrozados' en su totalidad, y remodelado a una casa moderna en el interior. cocina de alta clase totalmente equipada con inducción, 3 baños de diseño, 2 baño, muebles modernos, amplia sala de estar semi nivel con vista a la piscina. zona de juegos para los niños o el sueño ekstra.

Esta villa no debería tener lo que se pide en una casa de vacaciones. A sólo 30 minutos en coche desde el aeropuerto en Lisboa para Ericeira.

Climatizada piscina de 8x4 m con una vista impresionante. (Nadar en la piscina y ver la puesta de sol en el Atlántico)

Pequeño supermercado / bar / cafetería / carnicero a sólo 100 metros de distancia.

La casa está en una sola planta, y ha sido totalmente reformado con lo siguiente: 4 dormitorios con (3) camas dobles, 1 de ellas en el anexo maravilloso patio trasero. 1 habitación con 2 literas. 3 baños, donde 2 es "en suite". Máximo de 10 plazas. 2 más es posible (12)

amplio salón con comedor, vistas a la piscina y vistas al mar sin fin.

Chimenea, varios niveles a la cocina moderna totalmente equipada exclusiva. pantalla plana de televisión con barra de sonido (Bluetooth) y varios canales. + Chromecast para la transmisión de sus programas de televisión. Wifi suministrada por la fibra.

La casa está diseñada con la parte frontal que tiene la piscina hacia el mar y la puesta de sol, el patio trasero "zona de relax" es perfecto para las mañanas fáciles y café. (O si lo que desea es un poco de silencio y leer un libro mientras los niños el uso de la piscina.)

Ericeira es un pequeño pueblo de pescadores cerca de 44 km al noroeste de Lisboa. Es un poco idílico lugar hacia el Atlántico abierto. Aquí es los cerca de 40 pequeños y grandes playas de arena como perlas de un collar solamente separadas por pequeñas formaciones rocosas. La ciudad tiene calles empedradas y plazas agradables azulejos. Aquí se encuentra un gran número de pequeñas y grandes restaurantes de pescado fresco en el menú. Se trata de un entorno urbano donde se puede disfrutar de la comida y el ambiente en una atmósfera relajada.

Las formaciones rocosas a lo largo de la costa que permite una vista maravillosa del mar y disfrutar de las hermosas puestas de sol. La ciudad es considerada como un paraíso para Ambos atletas aficionados y profesionales en el surf y el windsurf. Opera son posibles todas las actividades a bordo que.

Selección de Ericeira su destino de vacaciones que tiene un gran punto de partida para viajes de largo día, tanto para Lisboa, Sintra, Cascais y Estoril.

What a great spot it was for our group of 7 adults. The pool was our favorite part, loved hanging there and taking in the views! Location is awesome and the host was very kind and responsive!

Fabulous Holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at Sofia’s villa to celebrate multiple 40th birthdays. The villa is gorgeous and even better than the photos. The pool is great and warms up to a nice temperature. The sunsets are incredible! You can walk to the beaches and town centre but it’s easy to get Ubers for a few euros too. Ericeira is a lovely town with a good variety of bars restaurants and shops. We had a fabulous time!

Beautiful casa in Ericeira

We had the pleasure to stay in this house, located above Ericeira centrum with perfect view over the sea. The house is authentic looking and top modernized with plenty space for two families (at a point we were 11 people. As mention the house is very open inside with great place to enjoy the (little) time we spent inside and the afternoon time spent in the infinity-pool, overlooking the sea, gave energy to both mind and body. As extra, short way to the grosery-store and WIFI included, made the stay easy and nice. Looking forward to visit next year

Perfect girls getaway

Five women celebrating a milestone birthday stayed here for 6 nights. It was perfect. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped even though we ate out for most meals. Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Driving distance to some of Portugal's top destinations. The view from the pool is just magical. Sofia, the property manager, was a text away to answer any questions - she is so friendly! I recommend this property for any groups looking for a place outside of Lisbon but with access to everything you want and need.

Der Check-in war super. Es haben uns lediglich ein paar kleine Informationen gefehlt, bzw es wäre gut wenn einem dies mitgeteilt wird damit es keine unguten Gefphle gibt. Küchenausstattung war gut. Kühlschrank hatte keine Regale in der Tür und somit einiges an Stauraum gefehlt - wurde jedoch 2 Tage vor Abreise ersetzt. Generell war man sehr kommunikativ und schnell bei der Unterstützung wenn es ein Problem gab.Die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer sind etwas knapp von der grösse her und haben wenig Platz um Kleider zu verstauen.Pool und Aussicht sind top!

A sweet cottage but a little disappointing

Listed as 4 beds but the bunk room should really be a study/store room. The double rooms at the rear are damp with insufficient ventilation. The property needs some TLC and repair. Everything is a little tired and feels unloved. VRBO should carry out inspections. Have rented through VRBO before and this property is not up to your standard. We vacated 3 days early. All in all disappointing.

Très bon séjour, nous noterons quand même que pour le prix le ménage n'était pas très bien fait, les serviettes sentent l'humidité et le mobilier (chaises de cuisine) doit être remplacé . La vue est parfaite, magnifique à l'exception des bâtiments qui a mon sens gâchent un peu.

Flott feriehus, perfekt for to familier!

Huset var fantastisk for to familier, 9 personer totalt. Huset er veldig praktisk bygd, slik at det ikke føles som man er mange i huset til enhver tid. Det var delikate bad og rom. Bassengområdet er helt perfekt med en fantastisk utsikt over Atlanterhavet. Ulempen ved å ha så flott utsikt er at det kan blåse litt, men man finner lune plasser rundt huset. Ericeira er en veldig sjarmerende liten by, med en svært rolig og avslappet atmosfære. Med trange gater og små koselige restauranter, og ikke minst uten masse turister. Her kan du rusle rundt og nyte atomsfæren ganske uforstyrret. Strendene er også veldig flotte, og her finnes også muligheter for bading uten de store bølgene fra Atlanterhavet. Det gjør derfor stedet ypperlig for barnefamilier. Må også nevne en helt fantastisk matbutikk et par km fra huset. Her handlet vi hver dag i et utrolig utvalg av fisk, skalldyr, kjøtt, oster, frukt og grønt. Siden det er elektrisk grill ved huset, ble det laget mange herlige måltider ved bassengområdet. Her er mange muligheter, og det er absolutt et hus og en plass jeg vil anbefale videre!

Modern, well equipped villa in great location

Two years in a row at a Casinha. Beautiful and extremely well equipped villa with fabulous views of the ocean. And Ericeira is such a lovely fishing town - lots of great restaurants and bars, and yet completely unspoilt. Would definitely recommend for families.

Fabulous house in good location

We stayed in this house for one week in August with our teenage daughters and could not find fault with it. The house is beautiful, has a clean, designers feel to it, and is very spacious. It is very complete and everything works perfectly, showers, appliances etc: all in good, new condition. There is a great gas BBQ outside as well. Obviously the big attraction is the wonderful pool and the magnificent ocean view: we witnessed 7 beautiful and different sunsets while we were there. It never tires! The pool itself is well maintained and has a great temperature. The location is in a residential area, quite near to a beach (10 mins walk, downhill), but beware it is quite a climb when you return to the house. To go to Ericeira town I would advise a car, although we did walk as well and it took us about 25 mins. Again: beware of the hills. There is a tiny shop down the road for all the essentials, but also a Lidl, Aldi and a local Portuguese supermarket at 4 mins driving. Ericeira is a very charming village, a famous surfing spot, we took surfing lessons, which was great fun. Town has many restaurants and bars and has a nice relaxed feel to it. And everywhere this great ocean view! For a day trip I'd recommend the Palacio in Mafra: a short drive away and certainly worth it. All in all I would certainly recommend staying in this wonderful house.

Very nice place

We loved the location and the house. Sophia is the excellent house manager and a lovely lady. Aksel is a adequate owner who respondes quickly to your needs. The house was cleand and spacious and modern. With 4 bedrooms. (minor detail the childern bedroom need a curtian) and 3 luxurious bathrooms. Washing machine is also available. The kitchen was really fully equiped and even had herbs and other left behind stuf (washing powder) ect. to use. We were allowed to use the beach towels. And we enjoyed the BBQ on the terrace. In the area you have MAFRA SINTRA and Lisabon is only 35 min away. Foz do Lizandro is around the corner with a lovely beach and restaurants and you can do some surfing (and Lessons) . We had a great stay.

We were two families with children and everybody had more than enough space in this spacious and very well equipped villa ;-) The owner is very friendly and available for any information or request you may have during your stay. Fantastisk!

Huset til Aksel er enda bedre enn det som vises på bildene - det er helt fantastisk der! Utsikten til havet, standarden på huset, bassenget og alt innfridde. Huset ser ut som et typisk portugisisk hus fra utsiden, men innsiden ser ut som et skandinavisk hjem med rene linjer. Her er det få pyntegjenstander, men likefullt en behagelig atmosfære med en gedigen og deilig sofa, stort spisebord og luftig kjøkken med god plass til kokkelering. Bassenget er trygt for de med små barn da det er et gjerde som skiller hus og vann slik at ikke små barn klarer å komme seg ut dit på egenhånd. Uteplassen rundt bassenget er stort med god plass! Det er tre store dobbeltrom (hvorav den ene i annekset), ett soverom med to køyesenger og tre fulle bad. Plass nok til mange mennesker og flere familier! Den lokale kontaktpersonen og Aksel selv var hjelpsomme gjennom hele oppholdet og svarte raskt på spørsmål vi måtte ha, noe som er deilig når man kommer til et nytt sted. Jeg vil anbefale bil når man skal hit da det er et stykke til nærmeste store matbutikk og byen, men det tar bare 5 min med bil så er du midt i byen med alt du skulle trenge av butikker, shopping, strand og ikke minst mange gode restauranter. Alle stedene vi spiste på hadde nydelig mat, og spesielt sjømaten var de ekstremt gode på. Jeg kan anbefale alle å smake på blekkspurtsalat (noe de fleste har på menyen), noe mer mørt og friskt skal du lete lenge etter! En biltur opp eller ned kysten er absolutt å anbefale, naturen er på vill og vakker på samme tid i tillegg til alle de surfende. Dette er et sted jeg virkelig anbefaler og kommer til å reise tilbake til selv!

Tremendous location in Ericeira, Portugal

We stayed in "Casinha" Aug 2014, what a tremendous find in beautiful Ericeira. A hidden treasure with spectacular views, all comforts imaginable, great location for peace and tranquility or exploring the mysterious Sintra or Lisbon. 10 Minutes walk to the beach, 15 min to central Ericeira or 5-6 € in Taxi. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!!

Perfect luxury villa!!

Our stay here was absolute perfection. When we booked the villa the photographs looked beautiful and I was so happy upon our arrival to see that the property and views are even better in real life which I didn't think was possible! The view is breathtaking! The villa is beyond stunning! It is absolutely immaculate inside and so spacious! The beds are definitely 5 star, I am not the best sleeper but thanks to the uber comfortable and luxurious beds I had no problems sleeping on this holiday which was an absolute dream! Sofia who checks you in and shows you around is one of the nicest ladies I've met and gave us so much information about the local area and things to do! I have travelled a lot and usually do not like to return to the same place twice but I can 100% say I will definitely book this villa again as it is above and beyond perfect, it has absolutely everything you need for luxury family accommodation! Nice House near Ericeira

We rented 3 couples friends with kids to spend the new year holidays. The house has a great view and a very nice outdoor patio. Quiet area. Modern design. Ideal for a summer vacation. In winter the room outside has to be a little better heated. The person responsible for the house is very friendly.

Dream holiday!

Great holiday in nice surroundings The villa was situated in a hillside in Ericeira with great view over the ocean. There is nice room for relaxing on the porch in front of the villa, with a swimmingpool perfect for the kids (and us). The villa is newly renovated, with large windows and alot of light. All facilites included. Close by (3 min with car) there is a really nice beach, perfect for surfing and swimming. At the beach there are severeral beach clubs and beach restaurants with good food. The centre of Ericeira is also close by, with local activites and culture. For us, the villa provided the perfect site for exploration of the costal areas of Portugal.
