LA CASINA LUXURY GARDEN HOME is located in a very central location inside the Walls of Lucca, within a 3 to 7 mins walk away from both Bus Terminal and Lucca Central Train Station. A convenient parking is located a few steps from the apartment in about 5 mins walk away (they charge 6 euros daily but it is possible to buy a subscription for 50 euros to leave the car for up to 30 days).

The apartment is located in the most charming area of the town - the medieval district - very convenient to all sightseeing: 100 metres away from the main shopping street VIA FILLUNGO, 150 metres away from PIAZZA SAN MICHELE, 200 metres away from the PIAZZA GRANDE (also known as Piazza Napoleone) and the Lucca Summer Festival Concerts, 150 metres from the Theatre, 200 metres from The Cathedral of San Martino and the Guinigi Tower - one of the most renowned attractions of the town.

The property was originally a 1600s Carriage House and has been totally renovated in mid 2017 and has a spacious antique garden with several corners for dining and relaxing admiring the century old trees. The apartment is fully air conditioned and is provided with the most reliable wifi connection provided by the national phone company.

The apartment has a romantic view over the private garden and has a porch to have dining outside as well as a patio with sofas and loungers under the century old trees. The apartment comes with a laundry room with washer and clothes dryer, iron and board.

The fully equipped kitchen has dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, steam oven, 5 ring stoves, freezer, refrigerator, a wide selection of pots and pans with several cooking utensils and quality china crockeries, toaster, american coffee maker and a kettle. Anything special that might be needed will be bought for my guests with pleasure!

The 49’’inch flat tv has Sky channels with movies in english and a wide selection of international channels.

4 guests can sleep comfortably: the master bedroom with 4 windows overlooking the garden ha a king size colonial bed by Flamant with a high end quality mattress and memory foam pillows while the living room is provided with a new double size comfortable sofa bed with a mattress and an additional memory foam mattress and pillows.

We were very impressed with La Casina apartment, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Manuel was so accommodating and greeted us with a complete orientation of our apartment, and she was always available to us if we had any special needs. The apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic with amazing garden, near many shops, grocery store, restaurants the wall and the train station. We would definitely request this apartment again on future trips to Lucca.

Giardino secreto

We enjoyed the general aesthetic of the apartment and garden. The privacy and grassy courtyard with a shade tree was outstanding. It was truly a delight to retreat from the street to our gardens of boxwood, potted lemon trees, agapanthus, hydrangea, roses and virginia creeper covered walls. All excellent and much appreciated. The air conditioner on the second level is tired and would not cool efficiently like the other units.

We loved the apartment in Lucca! The location was close to anything we needed but we felt we were in our own serene and very private home. Lovely rooms. Very clean. Manuel and team communicated with us prior to our trip which gave us much peace of mind. He also was extremely welcoming and helpful at check in. What a charming home!

A very nice stay

The apartment was very nice, myself especially apreciate the good seating arrangement, and the good bed, but also the garden, kitchen and location was very good, it was all good actually, and we had a great time in beautifull Lucca. And thanks to Manuel who did a great Job to accomodate us when we arrived, and also checked in on us to make sure we were okay

A delightful oasis.

La Casina certainly lived up to its 5 star reviews. A calm and tranquil retreat, with a high level of comfort provided by the good quality furnishings, and the provision of everything you could need for self-catering. The garden is the icing on the cake. Lucca Apartments and Villas SRL were efficient and professional, with good communication before and during our stay. Thanks to Manuel for meeting us on our arrival and providing restaurant and travel recommendations.

LaCasina was a perfect for our 3week stay in Lucca

The staff, Manuel, Stella and others in the office were so helpful and friendly.When we needed assistance they were very prompt and helpful with our request.This was our first trip to beautiful Lucca and hopefully will not be our last. Perfect Oasis

After a busy day of seeing sights or on tours coming back to La Casina was always a pleasure. It was a quiet peaceful location to unwind with a glass of wine and listen to the birds. I can't think of a thing - Perfect!

Quiet garden setting in the centre of Lucca

Beautiful garden, sunny light filled accommodation. A very small criticism. The big bathtub looked luxurious but wasn't particularly comfortable for one occupant and wasted a lot of water.

Cool, comfortable, close to everything

Beautiful and convenient, inside the walls of Lucca. We used the provided bikes every day to get around and to circle around on the wall—so much fun. We parked outside the walls near Porto San Donato, and it was a quick walk (even quicker bike ride) to feed the parking meter every day. Great restaurants are close by, and Manuel and colleagues are super helpful. Washer and drying racks were great, and cooking in was easy breakfast on the patio every day. The master shower and bathtub are amazing (although second shower and bathroom are teeny tiny) and AC was a blessing. Thanks for a wonderful stay in your beautiful city.

Beyond the expectation

Absolutely beautiful! What a perfect place to stay! It’s in a wonderful location that is a bit quieter than other, but also so close to everything. The garden spaces were wonderful. The perfect location to stay in Lucca!

This apartment is just beautiful inside and out. The apartment is well stocked in the kitchen, laundry and bath. The sitting areas inside and out and just stunning. This is a little oasis in the city. It is quiet at night and the courtyard area is so tranquil with it's fountain, lemon trees, and gardens. There are 2 bikes available to be used. The location is so convenient to everything...shops, mini markets, restaurants...just a 5 minute walk to everything you need. We loved it and would go back in a heartbeat!

We were so pleased with this apartment! A big thank you to Manuel for being readily available to answer questions we had. The decor is gorgeous. The garden area is great for relaxing outdoors. Luxury in Lucca

Absolutely Stunning! When the door opens up from the street you walk into a lush secret garden and a well furnished home. The home is right in the middle of the shopping , restaurants, and sights! We looked forward to wine happy hour everyday in the yard surrounded by flowers and fruit trees. The beds were comfortable and kitchen supplied with everything you need to entertain. I will for sure book this again when visiting Tuscany.

Absolutely Stunning! When the door opens up from the street you walk into a lush secret garden and a well furnished home. The home is right in the middle of the shopping , restaurants, and sights! Immaculate, well-appointed luxury apartment

La Casina exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely perfect for our family of 4, and would be ideal for 2 couples, as well. The kitchen had all that it needed, the living/dining areas were comfortable, and the en suite bed/baths were wonderful. As if that wasn’t enough, the outside courtyard area complete with another dining table and a plethora of choices for seating was beyond anything I had envisioned within the walls of Lucca. (It’s positively magical at night with the beautiful up-lighting). But above all of the physical attributes of this lovely apartment, the service from Lucca Apartments and Villas, specifically Manuel, made our stay. His welcome, local recommendations and suggestions and service throughout the week exceeded our expectations. We endured a family tragedy whilst in Lucca and the outpouring of empathy and support from these wonderful people will never be forgotten. Nothing.

We really enjoyed our time here.

We loved staying at this location especially for the yard, the natural light, the spacious master bedroom and the number of heaters that were there during a colder time of year. We were cozy and very happy in this location. We had 4 total guests staying and although it was a little too chilly to enjoy the outdoor table, the indoor table was the perfect size for us. It's a rare find to stay in a place with its own private outdoor space within the walls of Lucca. We really enjoyed our time here.
