The Marina House está ubicado en la esquina de Bayshore Drive y Georgia Avenue, justo en el corazón de Niceville, Florida. Ven en barco o en coche. Podemos ofrecerle un deslizamiento de barco al otro lado de la calle si está disponible en el Niceville Yacht Club por una tarifa nominal.
Una casa pintoresca y confortable con vistas al pantano Boggy. ¡Completamente amueblado con todo lo que necesita para que sus vacaciones sean especiales y completas! We had a wonderful stay at the Marina House! You can't beat the location , especially if you are visiting family members that live there.Super clean and Jess responds quickly if you need anything!Loved having washer and dryer , we were able to just have a carry on! That alone is wonderful because getting there from California takes forever !Book it , you wont regret it :)

Great weekend stay.

Really enjoyed staying at the house. Super convenient location. Arrived to a clean house with lots of towels and amenities. Parking was super easy and the owner allowed us to park our Camper in front of the house during our stay.Suggestions for improvement would include adding more "drink ware" like wine glasses and silverware (you can never have too much). Thanks for everything!

Perfect location and amnities

We needed a location to host a Bridesmaid Brunch and other events associated with my daughter's wedding. Marina house was very nicely situated with proximity to our rehearsal dinner location, and offered enough space for the brunch. An added value was the marina across the street for a boat outing. The deck was great for a cookout and evening gathering with a view of the water. There were several nearby restaurants that were a plus for guests. The house itself has many amenities and Anna the hostess is genuinely gracious and very helpful. We would highly recommend this location and house.

Great house!

We booked this great house for a place to rest, relax and unwind during our visit to the area for the Catalina 22 National championship regatta held at Fort Walton Beach Yacht Club. My crew and I loved this house and the location. Very quiet and peaceful and a great front porch to enjoy coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening. The house was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Ana is a gracious host and very accommodating. Thanks Ana for everything! We will be back! CJ Covington, LA

Perfect for our family of 8!

We recently stayed at the Marina House. It was much roomier than I had expected. Very clean and completely furnished. The home is located in a quiet area across the street from the Marina. While we stayed, the a/c unit had an issue. The property manager acted quickly to have the issue resolved. She and the property owner both called to check on our family afterward. We were highly impressed with the courtesy and caring shown. The home is located about 13 miles from the beaches of Destin. The drive there isn't bad but the traffic slows you down a bit (just prepare to leave earlier if driving to Destin). Overall, I highly recommend the Marina House. You won't be disappointed!

Better than the Pictures!

The first thing my husband and I thought was that the layout of the property was far better than the photos. Large rooms, walk-in closets in every room, a great open space, and a well-separated Master Suite, all on one-level, which is essential for my husband. Nice wrap-around porch where we sat most nights (it could use a paint refresh, but that is minor nit-picking). Across from a VERY busy bar/restaurant, so if privacy is paramount to you, this might not be the right place. However, the house was generally quiet despite the crowds, and we loved the setting at the restaurant, both for drinks downstairs and food upstairs. The screen doors both had issues closing, but again, this was nothing that would change our stay: just an observation and perhaps problematic if you had children of an age to wander outdoors. The icing on top was the responsiveness of the owner. I asked to have oxygen delivered for my husband on Friday--we didn't arrive until Sunday--and the owner met with the company to get that accomplished. We also had an issue with the burners on the stove and the owner had it repaired immediately. Despite that, the owner remained unobtrusive throughout our stay, which is our strong preference. Although we chose the home initially because it was only a mile away from our daughter's house and across the street from a marina, we would absolutely stay again because of how "comfortable" it was. We had family over frequently and they said the same. Absolutely recommend highly! (Note: The 4-stars for check-in is only because the lockbox was VERY hard to open, not because of the owner or any significant difficulties with the process.)

Great property

This house is great! It is ideally situated between Destin and Fort Walton Beach. It’s very spacious and comfortable for our family of five. It was very clean and has been updated since our last stay. The check in/ check out process was painless and contact free. Wharf 850 is a quick walk across the street for dinner. We will continue to stay here when visiting the Panhandle. Thank you for a wonderful time!

World Series

We had a really wonderful experience and everything was just absolutely perfect. House was very spacious and welcoming and the area was great. We stayed here for my sons baseball World Series and it was the best choice. Plus we came home champions! Would definitely recommend this place.

Great local home

I wanted a nice house in my home town and near my parents and I got it! Close to The Wharf 850 for food and drink with beautiful sunsets. This home really is a great place to relax. I can't really complain, but I would like to see a larger water heater installed at some point.

Quiet Neighborhood With A Great View

Beautiful and clean house!

The home was gorgeous, clean and perfectly set up for us! My husband and I stayed there with our 5 kids. We all slept great! The hot water heater went out while we were there, but they took care of it immediately for us! Awesome communication and response time! Would definitely stay there again if we come out this way!

Family Reunion Fun!

This rental worked well, big rooms and close to everything we needed. My only suggestion, more paper towels and trash bags were needed. Oh! and outside trash was hard to find! We would definitely rent again!

Great property with attentive service

We had a family vacation and this was the perfect location for our extended family. Well stocked with a great restaurant across the street and the manager was very accommodating.
