This beautifully decorated and well equipped apartment is situated in Example district. 15-minute walk from the Rambla, Barcelona's famous pedestrian boulevard, and the central Plaça Catalunya. + Shops, markets, restaurants, tapas bars and night-clubs cocktails just down the house! Very well served by public transport, only needs 10 minutes which any bus at the corner to get to the beach of Barceloneta, (6 stops in fact you can walk!)
If you are a visitor number to Barcelona, ​​Eixample know that is a tasty place to be. You can walk to downtown, has a real sense of non-touristy. You will find useful and numerous small cafes and bars shops. Welcome!Great apartment, very cozy, in Historic Eixample neighborhood. Comfortable and fully equipped.

Scelta perfetta. L'appartamento corrispondeva esattamente alla descrizione. Cucina attrezzatissima, bagno largo e comodo, camera da letto ottima, soggiorno con divano letto anche. Tutto pulito. Dotato di ascensore. Posizione ottima. 15 minuti a piedi per il centro. 2 fermate della metro a pochi metri di distanza. Facilmente raggiungibile dall'areoporto. La via dove si trova è piena di locali per mangiare, dalla colazione alla cena. Noi in tre giorni abbiamo sempre mangiato li. Supermercato a pochi metri. Mercato coperto molto vicino. Grande disponibilità e precisione dei proprietari. Tornerei volentieri e lo consiglio a tutti.

Excellent Apartment. Will stay Again!

We stayed for an extended period - three months - and were very happy with the apartment. It is very nicely furnished, well-equipped, light and airy, and very clean. Nadia provided great service in booking, on arrival and during our stay. The photos on the website are exactly how the apartment is. Less obvious is that where it is located in the building it is delightfully quiet. In the streets close by there are several nice restaurants, numerous supermarkets, coffee shops/ bars, a large market and a large sports centre. The apartment has excellent public transport access being near two separate metro lines and very close to several bus stops (Barcelona's buses are remarkably tourist friendly). Even so La Rambla is only a ten minute walk away. And of course all the attractions at Montjuic are easily reached. We would unreservedly recommend this apartment and will stay there again when in Barcelona.

The Apartment is fantastic!

The apartment is fantastic. It has been really well furnished, with a luxurious bathroom and very comfortable lounge and bedroom. The french windows make the most of the view and make the apartment light and airy. It is in a great location for visiting Barcelona and is in a friendly neighbourhood with great bars and cafes.

The apartment is lovely and located in a wonderful neighborhood with easy access to two different Metro stations and a Lidl supermarket. It is comfortable, clean and spacious. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Nadia and Taras are very kind, helpful and responsive. They allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend it.

We loved the location. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The AC was definitely a plus! Nadia and Taras were friendly and responsive when we needed them. We would definitely stay there again or recommend to friends.

Easy check in and we were able to check in a little early. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and really enjoyed that they had a few coffee pods for us. The apartment is in a nice location, feeling like a local and restaurants, bars and metro was about 5-6 minute walk.

Excellent stay in interesting neighborhood

We much enjoyed Nadia and Taras’s cozy apartment. It was conveniently located in a neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and the brilliant Federal Cafe. Check-in was easy and the apartment had everything you need in terms of towels, bedding, soaps, kitchen utensil, etc. Would happily return.

Nice apartment in great location

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for eight nights and found it to be in a great location. There are many more locals than tourists nearby, and plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from in the immediate area (we recommend eating nearby and definitely NOT around La Ramblas). It is also within easy walking distance to three metro stations on two different lines, so sightseeing all over the city is easy if you're moving around via the metro, and the metro will also take you to the trains for trips out of town via train (Sitges, Montserrat). It's also close enough to Montjuic and the Olympic stadium that we were able to walk to and from an FC Barcelona game, and not have to compete for transportation. The apartment itself was as described, and much better than staying in a hotel. Nights were quiet...we left the balcony doors open at night for the cool air and had no problem with noise. All the basics one would need for cooking, laundry, etc. were available. Hosts were helpful when needed and got us in quite early the first day to accommodate our early arrival. Definitely recommend this place!

Location, location, location

Have stayed here before and would again. Near everything you want or a short train ride to in. Apartment is small but ok, clean and comfortable. Small elevator but I am 83 years of age and my wife travels with large suitcases and we had no problems. Easy walk to Ramblas and the entire tourist areas. Rent this one , you won’t be sorry.

Great location!

Very nice vintage style apartment. Great location close to groocery, metro and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped. We felt very safe. Has clothes washer. Clothes must be dried on rack. Overall, a great place.

Amazing Place and Location

Everything written and pictures is as is. The location was perfect to get around while in Barcelona. The property was clean, accessible, and perfect for us. Both hosts were amazing, kind, helpful, and responsive. I recommend this place to anyone and hope to return again soon!

Comfy and convenient

This apartment was just right for our needs, cozy, quiet, and well supplied. We enjoyed the Sant Antoni neighborhood, which was lively with families and people out enjoying the evenings. The apartment faces the inside of the block so it was nice and quiet. We very much appreciated the elevator. :) There are lots of restaurants and markets nearby, including the amazing Sant Antoni mercato. Since were visiting for several weeks, the washing machine was a definite necessity and worked great. With two people, there is plenty of room in the living room to set up the air dryer. Nadia and Taras were great hosts. We were arriving from another location after already being in Barcelona for a week, and our arrival time was not very predictable. They kindly accommodated our last minute updates and were there to let us in when we could finally get there. We appreciated that there was good coffee and milk supplied, along with a bottle of cava, which was lovely. We preferred no cleaning visit so they supplied plenty of towels etc for our two-week stay. Nadia also helped us arrange our taxi to the airport when we left and Taras came to see us off. We felt well-taken care of. Thank you, Nadia and Taras!

Fantastic Communication & a Cozy Nest Close to Everything

After being left stranded at midnight in an alley in old town Panama City by a landlord who was a BAD communicator (this was not through VRBO) we treasure landlords who respond promptly and accurately and make the system work. Nadia is a great example of efficient, accurate communication. I was able to contact Nadia from BCN as soon as we landed. Her husband was waiting for us on the street and helped maneuver our bulky suitcases into the narrow hallway of this his elegant old building. There is a LIFT, thank goodness, as I don't pack light. Nadia's husband showed us around the apartment and explained how everything worked before departing. We felt instantly at home! The bedding is clean, soft and plush. The decor is fun and a bit bohemian. There is a table big enough for two to four people to eat dinner. We had plenty of room to put away our clothing and toiletries. There is a washing machine, but no dryer. The wifi signal was good. The coffee supplies are excellent. The neighborhood is terrific! We walked to the subway and traveled all over the city. There were many restaurants and small grocery stores nearby, large grocery stores a couple blocks over -- you can find everything might need readily. The kitchen is tight by American standards, so I think it would be hard to cook big meals there. That's just the reality of old European cities, but I mention it in case that's important to someone reading this review.

Perfect Barcelona accommodations

This beautiful apartment is perfectly situated on Calle de Parliament, easily accessible to multiple metro stations, amazing restaurants, and anything you want to do in Barcelona. The apartment is beautifully appointed, including a washing machine! The elevator is small, but perfectly functional and check in and check out could not have been easier. I recommend this apartment highly!

Great location, great apartment

We were given kind, patient help with the check-in process. There was also good communication beforehand. When we had questions about using the washing machine, we were able to reach the owner in real time. The apartment is on the 4th floor, facing the rear, and is quiet; closed windows cut off street sounds, which are minor. The A/C worked well during 80-plusF temperatures; same with a floor fan. The apartment was generously stock with linens, soaps, and bathroom paper products. In walking distance are; great bakeries, coffee shops, a full-sized grocer, and St Antoni indoor market with multiple vendors. The Poblé Sec metro stop is an easy two block walk away, giving visitors access to all tourist sites, restaurants, and the beach. We used public transportation to and from the airport to the apartment without any problems.

A wonderful stay at Sant Antoni

My wife and I had a lovely 7-night stay in this superbly located apartment at Sant Antoni. Nadia and Taras were wonderful hosts, offered great advice about the neighborhood and beyond, and were a joy to communicate with prior, during, and after our stay. Check in and check out were very straightforward. Located in a lively area of the city, the apartment is less than a 5 minute walk from 2 metro stations and several bus stops. It’s in the 4th floor, which can be accessed via stairs or elevator. The A/C in the dining/living room plus the ceiling fan and pedestal fan in the master bedroom kept us very comfortable at a time when BCN was hit with a massive heat wave. The unit had everything we would have hoped for. Absolutely stop by at the Pepa Tomate Restaurant, MacxiPa bakery, Mercat Sant Antoni, and Lidl grocery store, all within 5 minute walk. Really, we felt at home here and was difficult to say goodbye. We will absolutely return to this magical city and without a doubt, we’ll love to stay again in this lovely apartment.
