This beautifully decorated and well equipped apartment is situated in Example district. 15-minute walk from the Rambla, Barcelona's famous pedestrian boulevard, and the central Plaça Catalunya. + Shops, markets, restaurants, tapas bars and night-clubs cocktails just down the house! Very well served by public transport, only needs 10 minutes which any bus at the corner to get to the beach of Barceloneta, (6 stops in fact you can walk!)
If you are a visitor number to Barcelona, ​​Eixample know that is a tasty place to be. You can walk to downtown, has a real sense of non-touristy. You will find useful and numerous small cafes and bars shops. Welcome!Great apartment, very cozy, in Historic Eixample neighborhood. Comfortable and fully equipped.

The apartment is lovely and located in a wonderful neighborhood with easy access to two different Metro stations and a Lidl supermarket. It is comfortable, clean and spacious. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Nadia and Taras are very kind, helpful and responsive. They allowed us to check in early which was extremely helpful. We would highly recommend it.

We loved the location. The apartment was roomy and comfortable. The AC was definitely a plus! Nadia and Taras were friendly and responsive when we needed them. We would definitely stay there again or recommend to friends.

Easy check in and we were able to check in a little early. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals and really enjoyed that they had a few coffee pods for us. The apartment is in a nice location, feeling like a local and restaurants, bars and metro was about 5-6 minute walk.

Excellent stay in interesting neighborhood

We much enjoyed Nadia and Taras’s cozy apartment. It was conveniently located in a neighborhood with a variety of restaurants, supermarkets and the brilliant Federal Cafe. Check-in was easy and the apartment had everything you need in terms of towels, bedding, soaps, kitchen utensil, etc. Would happily return.

Amazing Place and Location

Everything written and pictures is as is. The location was perfect to get around while in Barcelona. The property was clean, accessible, and perfect for us. Both hosts were amazing, kind, helpful, and responsive. I recommend this place to anyone and hope to return again soon!

Fantastic location in Barcelona

We had a fantastic 6 day stay here. Nadia had everything organized perfectly, with maps and tips about the area and other parts of Barcelona. The apartment was clean and spacious. Perfect for two people. We enjoyed our stay here, and experienced Barcelona in the best way, as part of a vibrant neighborhood.

Great location!

Very nice vintage style apartment. Great location close to groocery, metro and restaurants. Very clean and well equipped. We felt very safe. Has clothes washer. Clothes must be dried on rack. Overall, a great place.

Location, location, location

Have stayed here before and would again. Near everything you want or a short train ride to in. Apartment is small but ok, clean and comfortable. Small elevator but I am 83 years of age and my wife travels with large suitcases and we had no problems. Easy walk to Ramblas and the entire tourist areas. Rent this one , you won’t be sorry.

Perfect Barcelona accommodations

This beautiful apartment is perfectly situated on Calle de Parliament, easily accessible to multiple metro stations, amazing restaurants, and anything you want to do in Barcelona. The apartment is beautifully appointed, including a washing machine! The elevator is small, but perfectly functional and check in and check out could not have been easier. I recommend this apartment highly!

Lovely apartment in a nice neighbourhood

We stayed 4 days in Barcelona and from booking to check in we had great service from Nadia and Taras. They let us check in early and called a taxi for us to get to the airport. The apartment was exactly as pictured and the bed and bedding were very comfortable. Really appreciated the modern bathroom. The location was convenient- right between 2 metro stops - and an easy walk to la Rambla.

Clean, comfortable apartment in good location

Exactly as presented in the website, this apartment was an ideal base for our 6 nights in Barcelona. Plenty of bars and restaurants close by and about 15 mins walking distance to Ramblas and the central area. The apartment was clean and the small lift was welcome to travel up 4 floors. A safe and friendly area for visitors. The owner met us at the airport and transferred us to the apartment which made it much easier for us. All in all, a good value place to stay in Barcelona.

As Advertised.

Nadia was prompt and gracious , with a wealth of neighborhood and train station information. I enjoyed the outside restaurants and Federal was close by for a great, and friendly, breakfast. I loved going to the nearby plaza and watching children playing after school.. It was great to see children laughing and having fun after thee Uvalde massacre in Texas.

Perfect Location!

I had the good fortune of staying in this apartment for 5 days and I couldn't recommend it more highly! It is exactly as pictured it not better! We had everything we needed for a perfect visit to Barcelona! Communication with the owner was fast and easy as was check in! We were in the middle of a wonderful neighborhood full of bars and restaurants and a block from a wonderful market! I would absolutely rent this property again and highly suggest you do so as well! Simply perfect, incredibly quiet yet close to everything!

Urban Oasis

Wonderfully and thoughtfully provisioned apartment in an eclectic neighborhood, full of restaurants, bars and shops with a pedestrian vibe. An easy walk to Las Ramblas, but also only a 3 - 4 stop Metro ride to the more touristy parts of the city. Surprisingly roomy and unusually quiet at night. Nadia provided multiple sitters m sources of information about Barcelona, from traditional guidebooks, to multiple pages of personal restaurant recommendations. We hope to stay there on our next visits. (They even provided umbrellas, which I don't remember at any other VRBO we've stayed with).

Great location and comfortable place!

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment! Close to many good bars, restaurants, and cafes. We love the cafe Cometa right down the street! Close to popular metro lines as we were able to get to the Sagrada Familia in less than 20 mins. Close 15 min walk to Las Ramblas, also a Nice walk to Montjuic. Nadia was very nice and the apartment is well equipped. We did not have any problem with the hot water heater light as others have mentioned just found out you can't be in the shower and use the bathroom sink at the same time. Overall a very nice stay and would stay again. One thing to mention is that large market nearby is currently closed for renovations. Thanks Nadia!!

Nice apartment in great location

My wife and I stayed in this apartment for eight nights and found it to be in a great location. There are many more locals than tourists nearby, and plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from in the immediate area (we recommend eating nearby and definitely NOT around La Ramblas). It is also within easy walking distance to three metro stations on two different lines, so sightseeing all over the city is easy if you're moving around via the metro, and the metro will also take you to the trains for trips out of town via train (Sitges, Montserrat). It's also close enough to Montjuic and the Olympic stadium that we were able to walk to and from an FC Barcelona game, and not have to compete for transportation. The apartment itself was as described, and much better than staying in a hotel. Nights were quiet...we left the balcony doors open at night for the cool air and had no problem with noise. All the basics one would need for cooking, laundry, etc. were available. Hosts were helpful when needed and got us in quite early the first day to accommodate our early arrival. Definitely recommend this place!

Comfortable convenient location

Good location convenient to major attractions in the city. Bustling residential neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants and shopping a stone's throw away. Apartment looks just like the pictures and the building is very quiet. Note that the apartment advertises satellite TV but very few channels are actually available in any language which was slightly annoying. Nadia's partner told us that the hot water heater uses a pilot light and showed us how to re-light if it went out (which it did twice). My husband was easily able to re-light but if I had been staying there on my own, this would have been slightly frustrating (I realise that this is no fault of the owner, just an FYI). Otherwise good stay and I would recommend.

Charming apartment

The apartment was such a comfortable place to stay. Nadia has decorated it with antiques from the flea markets and gives it a look different from other rental apartments. Located in a very nice neighborhood with lots of restaurant, shops and greengrocers. Everything worked well although I had a little trouble with the hot water heater and Taras was over quickly to show me how it works. A very personable couple and seem to enjoy there work. I highly recommend this apartment and would certainly go back . If I have one quibble, it was that I found it hard to get oriented in the neighborhood. I took a taxi if I got lost and always made it to my destination. Barcelona is a great city with so many things to see and of course, there is the wonderful food.
