Cocina totalmente equipada, aire acondicionado central y amplio nivel de entretenimiento. Esta casa se trata de disfrutar del agua, la playa, asar a la parrilla y comer afuera, o simplemente relajarse. Fabulosas vistas desde el baño principal con jacuzzi. Spa caliente al aire libre junto al agua. Se proporcionan dos kayaks y dos tablas de remo para su placer. Tres bicicletas disponibles. Beautiful home, great location!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home. Loved the views, the indoor and outdoor spaces, hot tub and water access. Jeffrey was so nice and made sure we had everything we could possibly need. Highly recommend and would love to stay there again next year!

This was our first VRBO experience, and it exceeded our expectations. The home is lovely, well kept and stocked, and the location and view of the water was breathtaking. It had many enjoyable amenities available to us. We enjoyed having the dock, and access to paddle boards and kayaks to venture out on the water. Proximity to beaches and restaurants. The homeowner, Jeffrey, was always quick to respond to answer any questions, which was greatly appreciated. Our first visit to Cape cod was a happy one, and we were very pleased with everything this vacation home had to offer us. Highly recommend!

Great family vacation

We had such a great time at the house. Aside from being very spacious and comfortable we enjoyed fishing off the dock with our kids and the view. Hope we will come back soon!

Everything about the property was better than expected. Clean, well-decorated, comfortable. Plenty of towels. Well-equipped to anticipate all our needs. Would definitely stay here again should we return to Cape Cod.

Almost Paradise Lovely house, excellent kitchen with generous provisions, very comfortable beds, use of bikes and every sort of water sport gear. Great outdoor lounging and dining options.Major caveat: the house is on the flight path from the nearby airport. The noise from the jets and numerous prop planes starts a few minutes past six am, and, with a break midday, resumes in the late afternoon until nine or so. And this was off season! It was particularly galling since absent the planes the scene was one of calm serenity.Minor things: The “beach” is a small strip of rocky muck.The two upstairs secondary bedrooms share a bath that is down the hallway on the opposite side of the house.The oriel window in the master bedroom necessitates a sleep mask if you need a dark room to sleep.

The Best of Cape Cod

What a truly memorable experience. Our family of ten took full advantage of the variety of amenities described. Although we weaved in day trips to Hyannis, Martha’s Vineyard and Provincetown we were always anxious to return to “our beach house”. Many thanks to Jeff whose attention to detail and pursuit of continuous improvement is obvious. We will look no further when vacationing in Cape Cod on the future. Greg Holton and Family

Fabulous!

As the VRBO caption states...it IS a fabulous water front home with private dock, swimming, beach, fire pit, hot tub. The house was immaculate and had every amenity imagined, including a well stocked pantry, extra propane for the grill, plenty of towels, wood for the fire pit, pre-heated hot tub.....I don't have enough room to list everything! The owner was very nice and immediately responsive. The location is perfect with just a few minute's drive into Hyannis to catch the Hy-line ferry over to Nantucket and the Vineyard. I highly recommend this property and will stay there again when we return for another Cape Cod vacation.

Great getaway

This property exceeded our expectations. When not during a pandemic, our family utilizes VRBO frequently, and I can easily say this is the most well-appointed kitchen we have ever stayed in. The views were amazing and the family space was ideal. The ability to have our dogs with us was a deal-sealer for us and further enhanced our family experience (while not smelling dogs in the house). We have family that lives in West Yarmouth and are therefore VERY familiar with the area, and while we were not able to utilize many of the charming amenities of the Cape due to COVID, the proximity to the airport, mall, and downtown Hyannis were all ideal. Our family would recommend this space. We were able to utilize the hot tub but did not even access the fire pit, decks, beach, dock, or small non-motorized water craft due to the time of year and still thought the space was amazing. Our family would certainly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone who wants to explore all of the entertainment that the Cape can provide.

Summer on the Cape

The Mason family spent 1 week at this beautiful home with all the necessary amenities. The owners could not have been nicer. The kitchen is so well equipped and perfect for preparing meals that we spent 6 out of 7 nights cooking and enjoying drinks on the beautiful deck. We found lobster pots and had guests over for a New England lobster boil (served southern style). The water view is peaceful and the local swans came every day for their feeding at the end of the dock. We had 7 family members comfortably housed in the space and everyone commented on how happy they were with the bedrooms and bathrooms. The weather cooperated to make the stay even more special and the location made it extremely easy to travel all over the Cape and to near by historical Plymouth Plantation and parks ( in spite of the traffic.) I happily recommend this rental for a great time in beautiful surroundings. Thank you Jeff and God Bless!

Everything about our stay turned out perfect. It started with the owner meeting us at the house and spending time explaining how everything worked and offering recommendations for dining and beaches. We were even welcomed with a bottle of wine! The house is located on a quiet street and backs up onto a beautiful inlet. A private dock leads from the house to the water. The spot is ideal for families because the water is very calm and shallow, especially at low tide. Kayaks and rafts as well as life jackets were provided for enjoying the water. Everything in the house was in perfect working order--coffee machines, stove, grill, laundry--and there were plentiful kitchen tools to allow for cooking. The owner was generous enough to return and install a DVD player so that we could watch the movies we brought. Location is ideal because it combines the privacy of a cul-de-sac, with the convenience of being so close to Hyannis. We would love to return!

Perfect vacation home on the water for relaxation and family time!

This property exceeded our expectations! We enjoyed all of the amenities that were so readily available and accessible. The homeowner was very attentive to our needs. From the well-stocked kitchen to the usage of bikes, kayaks and paddle boards…we had a memorable vacation. We look forward to coming back to enjoy this beautiful serene location!

Beautiful property- great location

I rented this property for a family vacation with my adult children. There were 8 of us total. Jeff’s beautiful home gave us plenty of space to spread out and relax. We also brought our dog along. The yard and outside areas were outstanding. We used the jacuzzi and kayaks daily and fished off the dock. The kitchen had all the amenities and then some - chef quality appliances, wine fridge and every kind of coffee machine they make! We made breakfast every morning and used the grill. The location of the property is also great. We were able to get to beaches and restaurants quickly and easily. It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Had a fabulous time at this home. Spent most of our time on the back deck just enjoying the peacefulness of the property. House is immaculate and has everything you can possibly need. Enjoyed the kayaks/paddle boards & the hot tub. Was hard to pack up and leave!

10/10 recommend staying here

We were lucky enough to have the absolutely best weather the cape had to offer during our stay. We were able to bring our dog who loved playing in the water. We spent most of our time on the deck and on the water, enjoying the kayaks and paddle boards. This vrbo has everything to offer and more. I didn't want to leave! The property manager who lives onsite was very friendly too. As for improvements, I would recommend putting blinds/shades in all the bathrooms given others live close by. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful getaway

The house and property were amazing. Well stocked, clean and very comfortable. I would highly recommend for any group wether it be friends or family. The dock and ocean view were so very calming. I hope to come back again soon.

Ideal location with many beaches within a couple of miles, downtown hyannis with many restaurants to choose from only 1.5miles away, The Kennedy memorial nearby, charter fishing or general harbor cruise vessels and/or island ferries within 2 miles. National seashore only 40 minutes away with some of the best beaches on the east coast.
Meticulously maintained with annual upgrades
