Very nice property. Carpet in the main bedroom needs replacing/removed (allergies) but other than that, the condo was very nice. Great location at the boardwalk.

Mother/Daughter Getaway

The property was easy to book. Check in details were sent well in advance and were easy to follow. Location is great if you want to be in walking distance of restaurants, ice cream, coffee bars, etc. The access to the beach was ververy easy, although it was a bit crowded.

Wonderfully appointed condo with recent renovations. Fully equipped to support a family of four including beach closet loaded with gear (wagon, chairs, bags, etc.)! Multiple bedroom/baths and roomy open kitchen/living room area. Nice, secure covered parking. Easy access to the pool, garbage drop-off etc. Superb location within walking distance to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, and local attractions. Easy check in/condo use instructions and excellent communication from the owner.

The hosts, Kevin and Lisa provided us a clear guidance for their great condo. The condo was very tidy, clean and comfortable. It was perfect for a five member family. We really enjoyed to stay there. The shore was 5 minutes by walk. We were lucky with the parking place because of its under shade. The condo was beautiful and all stuffs were given for cooking, washing. The host, Kevin was so kind and he fixed an issue with TV in a short time.

Great location, just as advertised!

Love this location. Convenient to the boardwalk and beach access. The ability to use the first floor storage closet is invaluable. Although we brought some of our own beach chairs and umbrellas, the owners did provide several equipment, which I found very helpful. Would love to come back and stay again next year!

The property was beautiful, provided everything we needed. Perfect location! Very clean! Everything functioned properly. Owners amazing response time to any questions. We will definitely be back next year. We vacation in CB yearly and love it.

Vacation on Carolina Beach Blvd

Condo was very clean and accommodating.Dishwasher did not work, but owner was very responsive. This did not impact our trip as we ate out and don’t mind handwashing dishes. The pool was in need of cleaning and we contacted the owner who contacted HOA. The pool was cleaned and we were able to jump in. Overall, I would stay here again, the place was very clean and we enjoyed our vacation. The location was awesome, within walking distance to everything. I would recommend a new mattress in the main bedroom.

Great Place

We loved our stay here. We did okay having 4 younger children under the age of 12. The location is great. The walk to the beach, restaurants, and boardwalk was easy and very enjoyable. The kids loved the pool and there was usually just our family in the pool. The pull cart and chairs in the storage closet was a life saver! THANK YOU FOR THAT!!

First time in Carolina Beach

This was our time visiting Carolina Beach, and this condo was perfect for our family of 4. The condo was the perfect location to the boardwalk, shopping and restaurants. This was the one of the first vacations that we could actually relax and not feel like we had to constantly be on the go. The only small issue we had would be the mattress in the primary bedroom wasn't the most comfortable. We are definitely planning on return next year!!!!

College Move In & Last Minute Vacay

We were moving our daughter into UNCW and decided to extend our stay for a last minute vacation. Owners were flexible and very responsive. The condo was clean and well appointed. Perfect location. Walking distance to the beach and many area attractions! Condo is on the third floor which gives a beautiful view of the ocean but may not be good for anyone with mobility issues.

good location, great unit

It’s been almost a decade (except 2 year than Canada usa border was closed) than we’re visiting Carolina beach. Feel like a second home town for us. We love this area of the town for all the proximity of beach, restaurant, surf camp, boardwalk. driving from Canada after 17h of driving we don’t want to use the car were we want to go. The unit had everything you need and a really great storage for are surf board + I was surprised by the ocean view. We’ll sure rent again for a longer stay

Great location and amenities

The space was good for 2 adults and 2 kids. The walk to beach is 2 blocks away, which was nice. The pool is very convenient for kids and after beach. The storage unit was great. Parking was easy. No toilet paper or paper towels are provided, which I feel should be included with all the fees. The hot water heater is to hot and should be turned down so be careful with that. The bathrooms need a little work.

The stay was okay. The location was great, walking distance to the boardwalk, and access to the beach. The negatives are as follows: it was not listed that linens for the beds, or toilet paper was not part of the stay. They stated they provided one roll of toilet paper “to get us started”. We were offered a 100 dollar linen service, after the booking, and details were provided. There was no hand towels in any of the bathrooms either. We could not wash dishes as there was no dish soap, just hand soap in the kitchen. The primary bedroom, there was blood on the pillow, and the bed was so rickety when you moved, it was very tough to sleep in. The host was however accommodating the last stay when reached out to about utilizing the downstairs storage unit. Lastly, we rented a golf cart, and again was not mentioned that the location does not allow golf carts. We were towed even with a parking tag that was provided. The cleanliness was mainly okay, but for the amount of money, I would not stay there again.

Condo was very clean and in an excellent location.

I didn't realize that the condo was on the 3rd floor nor had an elevator. I would have never booked the condo if I had done a better job reading the description. Also, I ordered linen service and was only provided one towel and one wash cloth per person for the entire weekend. Once I asked if the towels would be replenished I was told there was a washer/dryer just off the patio. I don't know about you, but I would rather not do laundry on my vacation but had to. The master bathroom had an extremely slow drain in the bathtub. Other than these minor issues, the location was outstanding and the condo was really pretty inside. I would not recommend it if you are someone with back or pain issues. If you are younga and can handle the stairs then it would be a good fit. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great place and location

This condo was in a great location, near the beach and the boardwalk. There was a great balcony view to see the rides, ocean or to people watch. Pool was never crowded. It was nice to have a washer and dryer. We were very pleased with our stay and do not have any complaints.

Perfect Location

Condo was perfect for my family of four. Might be a little crowded for a bigger family. Walk across the street to beautiful Carolina Beach with bathroom facilities and outdoor showers available on the access road. Walking distance to boardwalk and many restaurants. We hardly needed to use our car all week! We will be back!

Carolina beach visit

The complex where this unit is located is in a great area, close enough to walk to many places. The listing says it sleeps 7, and we were only 5, but it was a little crowded. Bathrooms and kitchen were updated. Bedrooms need new rugs. Third floor, so prepare for going up and down a lot. Parking lot is tight.

Sand and Sea Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo! It was perfect for our family of 4! The location was great and we loved the ease of being able to walk to the boardwalk, beach and restaurants! We look forward to staying here again on our next vacation to Carolina Beach!

Perfect location. Good for small family

Very pretty and compact apartment with ocean views from the balcony. Good for small family. It is technically on the 4th floor- ground level with storage rooms and carports then 3 floors up, so- 5 flights of stairs - if you have issues with climbing stairs or little kids you need to carry- probably not for your. It is perfectly located- 5 minutes walk to the beach/boardwalk and stores.

Great stay for the Fourth

This condo was clean and tidy and just what our small family needed. It is a super quick walk to the beach, to the Carolina Beach boardwalk/rides and other attractions like The Veggie Wagon and The Fat Pelican. The pool is also an added bonus for a family with small children whop need breaks from the beach. The owners are super responsive and do everything they can to ensure a pleasant stay. They are genuinely concerned about your comfort and enjoyment. We would stay here again and definitely recommend it.

We moved to Wilmington about 2 years ago to live the Salt Life. We both grew up in Northern Virginia and were ready for a change. We moved our little family down to Wilmington to spend more quality time together and not in rush hour traffic. To say we have fallen in love with Carolina Beach would be an understatement. We decided to buy a condo a little closer to our happy place, the ocean. Even though we live in town, we come down here all the time. We like to think of this as our own little hidden treasure. We have furnished the house with high end furniture and necessities so that you just have to pack your bags and walk in and relax.
Carolina Beach has so much to offer with the beach, pool, events at the lake, cool outdoor restaurants/bars, shops, summer carnival, fireworks weekly that you have a front row seat for in the condo and so much more. We welcome you into our home and hope you enjoy the newly renovated unit with high end amenities. We are local and easy to reach if you have any questions. We look forward to booking your vacation with us this upcoming season.
