Este ático cuenta con acabados de alta gama con techos de 16 pies y una decoración moderna maravillosa. Ubicada en el piso más alto de Luna Blanca, esta unidad espaciosa y elegante ofrece increíbles vistas al océano, al estuario y lujosas comodidades para todos sus huéspedes. Esto es tan magnífico como se pone en Encanto. La unidad ofrece:

Luna Blanca is wonderful, peaceful getaway. It wasn't crowded, even though there was hurricane, the property was clean and no visible damage. Luna Blanca is our family's favorite resort.

Plenty of room in a wonderful resort

Plenty of room in a wonderful resort. My family has consistently enjoyed staying at this property as well as the sister property. The resort is well-maintained, generally quiet and beautiful. It is a 30 minute drive into town, but the lack of crowds more than makes up for that.

Great place to stay

Great place to stay, but it was farther than we would have liked from town. The room was really nice but it was short on extra blankets, trash bags, salt, and laundry detergent. It was nice to reserve the snack bar by the pool where we grilled out one night. We enjoyed our stay!

Goregous Views, Spacious Penthouse

The views from this apartment were truly amazing. Everyone in my party ooh'd and ahhh'd for almost an hour, standing on the balcony looking at the ocean. The penthouse was beautiful, with plenty of space for our part of 5 adults and three children. All of the rooms had comfortable beds and each had its own bathroom. The kitchen was well appointed, and our mechanical issue with the dishwasher was quickly resolved in less than a few hours. We went to the beach and when we came back it was fixed! The host even had a cake in the fridge and a bottle of champagne to celebrate my 40th birthday! The beach here is much prettier and way less crowded than in the town of Rocky Point. The drive to town was very easy, and with the passes to the Grand Mayan we were able to enjoy pools, the lazy river, and dinner at their delicious restaurant. What a wonderful weekend! Thank you Kivoya Team, we will definitely be staying with you again!

Nice view, but everything else had issues

No to only sound negative, some things were nice: The view was incredible, One of the only places I have ever stayed with an impressive view from the front of of the unit as well as the back of the unit. One of the pools and spas on the ground was heated, which made it enjoyable. Now, let me get into many of the issues that we had: 1. We were super excited to use the jacuzzi in the master bedroom, it didn't work at all, water barely trickled out of it, and it even drained out of the closed drain faster than it would fill. We spent about 10 hours trying to fill it, and it wasn't even 6 inches deep after 10 hours. Eventually I tried boiling post of water from the stove to get it hot again and get it full, and that didn't even make a dent. It was so frustrating. I would not have booked this place if I knew that was not working. 2. Multiple lighbulbs were not working. 3. The master bedroom bed didn't even have a blanked on it! We found one from one of the closets, but it should have been made that way. 4. One of the pictures came crashing off the wall randomly all by itself, we were in the room, heard a large crash, no one was nearby, and we found that a picture had just fallen from the wall. 5. The walls were all scuffed up and looks like it has needed to be painted for a long time. 6. Several of the door handles from the large sliding glass door were broken (especially the one from the master bedroom) which made them very difficult to open and close. 7. The kitchen was very poorly stocked, not enough utensils and cooking supplies. We only had a group of 5 people. It supposedly fits as many as 10, but there were only about 6 forks and knives. The cutting knives were extremely dull. 8. Something was very wrong with the dishwasher, every time we touched it it would electrocute us, not sure if it was not grounded or what, but it wasn't like a little static electricity that shocks you when you drag your feet, it was much stronger than that and hurt really bad on at least 4 different occasions. 9. The washing machine seems to be broken, it was incredibly loud, and it didn't spin the clothes very well, so they were completely sopping wet when they came out, and would require about 4 or 5 dry cycles to get dry. 10. Many issues with the hot water, it took FOREVER to get hot, and the last day we were there we couldn't get it to get hot in any of the bathrooms anywhere. More issues but no more space. I don't recommend this place.

Stunning views

We had 2 families of 4 for Spring Break and were very comfortable in this penthouse. The views were amazing and the unit is gorgeous. The pools were ice cold which was a bummer and the hot tub was closed one day so that wasn't great with 4 small kids. We had a great time regardless. We would stay here again!

Great view

There were not a lot of guest, which I enjoyed. The dryer didn't dry there weren't enough pans. The hot tubs never filled up, gave up after an hour and didn't try anymore. I didn't complain because it wasn't a big deal for us although others might be pickier. The good outweigh the bad... Overall great for a big family. May be a little far from town for some, but I didntind the drive at all.

Awful room and poor customer service!

We recently took a family trip to Rocky Point and stayed in this unit. There was some petty things I noticed such as the poor towel and sheet quality, but the lack of cleanliness was disturbing (our rag turned brown/black when we wiped the floor). In addition we quickly discovered the following items did not work: - Dishwasher (wouldn’t turn on) - Washing Machine (didn’t spin) - Dryer (could only dry a couple items at a time and it made a weird noise) - Stovetop (wouldn’t turn on) - Water Supply (not enough to fill up the spa let alone the bath tub) - Freezer in kitchen (has no shelves) The unit was also not equipped to accommodate the 8-10 people it claims to sleep. Dishes and utensils were limited, only a few towels were provided, and trying to feed a large family proved challenging when having only the oven to use to cook meals. We informed management and gave them the opportunity to fix the issues and reimburse us for our poor experience, but they chose not to, only acknowledged the issues and gave an apology. Do not waste your time staying at this unit or this resort, and I would steer clear of any of Kivoya’s rental properties in the future, as they don’t seem to care about quality customer service.

Beautiful Family Vacation Area

This was an excellent place for our family vacation. It was away from the congestion of people yet a 30 minute drive into town. We felt very safe here, with 2-3 different security areas to pass through. The condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious. The view was gorgeous from the balcony. We loved the bedrooms, bathrooms, and open floor plan. My 15 month grand-daughter could walk around freely all over and we didn't need to worry about her getting into anything that she could damage or hurt herself. The kitchen had a full fridge, oven, dishwasher, blender, and pots and pans. There were plenty of towels in the bathrooms. The pools and the beach were enjoyable- we had so much fun! The TV's didn't work except for watching movies (and even this was not successful sometimes) which was a big disappointment as my mother, who has poor health and stays in bed the majority of the time, could not watch TV. They worked to try to fix this for us but couldn't get them working right. Wash cloths in the kitchen were needed and missing, and I did tell them this when I left. I would definitely consider staying here again. It was a quiet, family vacation area with a beautiful beach, enjoyable pools, and a spacious condo. Sea shells are everywhere along the beach and in the water there were very little rocks. I also want to add that they were very quick, patient, and responsive to my emails prior to the trip as I learning what was in the room and available for us at the condo verses what we should bring. I appreciated this!

Beautiful

We loved this chic penthouse. The views from both sides and the large balcony were amazing. There was a lot of beds to accommodate two families. We had a nice quiet Spring break when staying just 30 minutes outside of the center of town. We were able to enjoy a banana boat ride and a few mangoes from the beach. We were short on blankets so bring your own if you have over 8 people. We would definitely stay here again!

From Desert to Paraside!!!

My family and I were looking for something different to do this Thanksgiving and staying at Luna Blanca was the perfect answer!!! The penthouse unit was amazing. The view was surreal. While there were a few things we needed upon arrival, i.e a coffee maker...the team was more than willing to accommodate our needs. And with a view like this, there are just somethings you can live without. From the beautiful pools, hot tub, visible security, ample grills, fire pits, and access to the neighboring resorts, the Luna Blanca transports you from desert to paradise in no time! We will definitely be back.

Great place to stay. The condo was bigger than expected. The view, pool, beach and condo were great. Even though it's the top floor we never had issues with having to wait for the elavator. We loved the location as we had the beach to ourselves and the pools were not crowded. The location is far from town(25 to 30) and the road leading up to the location is not paved however it was well maintained. They don't have a restaurant or bar on site however we were given access the the Mayan place and they do have those amenities. Overall it was a great experience and didn't have any issues. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you,

Quiet and relaxing vacation with beautiful views! No need for a vacation from the vacation!

Let me start by saying finding the location is my one complaint I have. Once on SON 37 to the resort, maps will tell you to turn right exactly 13 miles down the road. There is no distinct sign for Luna blanca or encanto vacations. Rather there is two pillars marked with Playa Miramar and Playa Dorada. This is the turn you take to get to the condo. We passed it before realizing we were headed away from it. Arriving to the front of the condos there are gates that require a code to park. There is a little store or spa looking building between the two places. This is where you check in. Once checked in things were pretty smooth moving forward. We booked our family trip for the busiest time of year in Puerto Peñasco expecting there to be a lot of people and for it to be super busy. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived and there were very few people at the pool and the beach. We pretty much had it to our selves. The location is away from the main town of Puerto peñasco by about 30 minutes. There are no on-site restaurants or bars so you must bring all food and drinks with or purchase when arriving. There is a Sam's club on the way in and they allow the use of a US membership. We were also given a voucher to use the amenities at the Grand Mayan resort that is about 5 minutes farther down the road. It's store is a bit pricy so try to bring everything you need as getting to a store is out of the way. The owner was  kind enough to offer to get us anything we may have needed from in town when they would go into town. We used the small store at the Mayan only for when we needed ice. Our condo was clean with a fully equipped kitchen and beautiful views! Only other issue was one side of condo had air conditioner that wasn't working well to cool down. Pleasant over all experience! Will def book again.

Nice and Easy

We booked directly through VRBO and received a confirmation email from the owner is less than a day. When we showed up, we checked in at the office right next to the resort and were parked/in our room within 15 minutes. The place is on the top floor and has amazing views. There are sliding doors on each side of the unit so you can open them both for a nice breeze. One thing you may want to note is that there is no convenient place to buy food/drinks at the resort. Make sure you stop to stock up on food and drinks prior to getting to the resort. The unit is about 15 minutes away from downtown Rocky Point, but the office helped us arrange a van to get us to and from town. Overall, the experience was amazing and we'd definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

Great view and hotel room. Pools were really nice and beach was clean. Booking was easy. Lacking in hotel service and amenities. No restaurant or bar. No staff inside hotel. Had to go to next door hotel to check-in and ask for service. A little out of the way so if you like quiet this is your hotel. If you like to go into town, then I would stay closer. One last thing, there is no sign to turn into hotel so map it out before you go.

Resort is nice. And we were practically the only ones there so we had the pool and beach to ourself.

Our overall experience was great. But never did receive a confirmation email. So the day we were leaving for our trip I called and talked to the owner and he said that everything was ready for us. Upon arrival he insists on me sitting and needless to say I wasn't alone in his hot office. So then he goes on to tell me that I hadn't paid the second payment. In front of my other family member and another family checking in. I was embarrassed but then I insisted that I had paid I gave him my credit card and told him to run it and to refund me as soon as he found his mistake. So then he finds my payment. Needless to say that he sold my cousins room because of non payment which again was his mistakes. So we go up and the place is beautiful. He didn't skip any comers on the penthouse. Previously when I talked to him all he said we needed to bring was our food and drinks. Which we did. So upon arrival we realized there is nothing to wash dishes or laundry with or trash bags, after asking it was never brought to us. So I had to go get it myself. The refrigerator also would either freeze or not cool enough. One of the bathrooms didn't have towels. And the TV in the living room didn't turn on. The pots and pans the lids didn't fit. And I had to steal a broom and dust pan from some closet that was left open. So when we're leaving and we're giving a good cleaning as were sweeping we find a pair of black panties under one of the beds. Guess cleaning service didn't do a very good job from the previous guest. Would we go back. I am not sure. If so only for having the place to ourselves.
