Este amplio apartamento en el segundo piso de un canal de Palace Grand cerca de Campo San Barnaba en el barrio de Dorsoduro se compone de tres habitaciones dobles (dos dobles y una con dos camas individuales), una gran sala de estar, una cocina y un comedor totalmente equipada, tres baños (uno con bañera, uno en suite con el dormitorio principal con bañera y ducha separada, y otro con ducha solamente), además de una pequeña habitación con una cama individual. Está decorado con muy buen gusto y meticulosamente amueblada con algunas antigüedades maravillosas, y los 3 dormitorios principales y el salón dan a precioso jardín privado del palacio. Todas las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado (con la excepción de la pequeña habitación individual que tiene un ventilador) y hay un ascensor, pero por favor, tenga en cuenta que un tramo de escaleras se debe hacer a pie.

Highly recommend Views on Venice

We had a wonderful stay in Venice and it was largely attributed to Views on Venice’s outstanding attentiveness. The apartment was much larger and more beautiful than we anticipated and in a prime location. Views on Venice helped with our transportation needs, offered great advice on restaurants and booked an amazing tour for us. I highly recommend them and will certainly book through them again when I return to Venice!

We loved staying at the apartment in Palazzo Loredan.. It is in the best location - away from the hectic, crowded, touristy sections of Venice, but close enough to walk to San Marco Square. The Apartment is spacious and has a wonderful large and comfortable living room for relaxing in and the dining room is wonderful for enjoying your own home cooked meal. The kitchen is adequate to cook a meal and it’s fun to enjoy the local foods from the market or fresh vegetables from the stand on the way to the market. The Osteria Enoteca Ai Artisti restaurant just at the foot of the bridge to Fondamenta della Toleta is fantastic and not to be missed, but do make a reservation if you are there in high season or on a weekend. The apartment could use some tender loving care as it is appearing a bit used and needs some updating. The water completely went off several times for several minutes two days in a row. We reported it to the management company and it seemed to be resolved the next day. The apartment location, spacious accommodation and the private dock are really great and I would love to stay again for just those features. It would be nice if there were a couple of chairs available to take out to sit on the dock to enjoy a prime view of the Grand Canal for even a few minutes as that is a real treat!

Perfect for families!

Three generations (grandparents, parents and kids ages 7, 8, 10) had a wonderful time here. It was very comfortable for everyone. The location is great, too.

Fabulous apartment

I have never stayed in an apartment in Venice before and this exceeded my expectations, which were quite high. I chose the apartment for its cosiness (January stay), with lower ceilings than many others, and warm wooden floors. The heating was excellent, the living room warm and welcoming and the bed very comfortable. I have no complaints whatsoever and would definitely stay here again. Nothing

Perfect Location and Respite from the tourists

This apartment was perfect for our traveling family of grandparents, teens and adventurous couple. Easy walks to the Vaporetto and square, as well as comfortable accommodations. We would certainly book here again.

Great location

Location was great. Quiet spot of Venice but can still walk 15 minutes or so to main areas. Also a very large space. Lots of bedrooms and a big living room.

Location is quiet but within walking distance of shops and restaurants. About 20-30 minutes to St. Mark’s Square. Easy access to stops for Alilaguna and Vaporetto. Lots of room inside to spread out and relax. Very helpful host team! We were very pleased with all the info and support we received!

What a dreamy palazzo! Just imagining the history of this magical place and the lives of the Loredan family lived inside these walls makes it hard to get out and explore the city. The mezzanine apartment was comfortable, homey and spacious. The location was perfect. Quiet yet close to everything. We will always stay at a Views in Venice location. Thank you Annalisa for making our arrival so effortless.

Villa was terrific ! Location is just about the best you could want for Venice - central to pretty much all of the major districts and a good ‘home base’. Property is very spacious, very clean and would definitely stay here again if returning to Venice.

While it was just a short stay of two nights I cannot say enough amazing things about the property and the hosts. The property is beautiful and has an incredible garden out back. There was ample space for my family of 5. But what made this stay incredible are the people we interacted with. They not only helped with all of our needs but could not be more kind. For any families - especially with younger kids or teenagers - this was a perfect fit and our only regret is we could not have stayed longer.

Quiet Location

This is a great property on the Grand Canal. While there is no canal view, there is a small private dock next to the building. It is very centrally located, but also very quiet. The staff was very helpful in getting us taxis and working out logistics. We recommend it very highly.

Venice Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful palace. The apartment was beautiful and had all of the amenities. Catarina helped us arrange for a water taxi pick up and drop off which was key with all our bags. The air conditioning worked great despite the hot weather outside, We would definitely stay here again!

Feels like a home from home. Excellent location on the grand canal with a garden view. Spacious and with character. Marta from views on Venice was extremely helpful in boat and restaurant reservations and always got back to us promptly. Slightly better equipped kitchen
