It was the perfect accommodations for our fall getaway and I highly recommend staying with these hosts. We had a gorgeous view of Lake Superior and the bluffs. The central location for hiking and exploring was perfect. Thank you!

The suite was very clean and had a lovely view of the bay. We awoke to an amazing sunrise this morning! Everything we needed was there, and when we had a glitch with the TV, Mike was immediately able to address it. The location is great as well. Overall, a great property. We would highly recommend visiting Au Train beaches ... gorgeous!

Great location and very clean suite

This was a great place for our young family. We spent 4 nights. We were a short drive from Pictured Rocks, many waterfalls, and the Munising downtown. The suite was very clean and stocked with everything we needed.

Perfect place!

This place was great! Everything was wonderful they have thought everything! The area has so much to do! We did so much! My favorite was the picture rock boat tour, but loved it all! Here are a few things we did and would recommend Soo locks, Miner castle and Miner falls, sandy point for sunset and au truin beach! It was amazing! We use the grill out there and sat out and ate couple meals enjoyed the view! We also ate fish and chip food truck down Felton the room it was great! You will not be disappointed! Michelle was amazing!

Comfortable, clean apartment in great location!

Our family enjoyed our stay while visiting Munising. It was perfect for our family of three - the kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were comfortable, the place was spotless and the view of the lake was beautiful.

Place was nice. Set up with everything we might need. Close to water and shopping. I would highly recommend. A larger tv would have been nice, but my wife said i should have not been watching tv

The rooms were wonderful for the week we were there. Plenty of room for the 2 of us and a well provisioned kitchen. The town is a short walk or quick drive. Plenty of options for dining in the area. Great scenery close by. Nice area to get away.

Excellent location for Pictured Rocks National Park

Cozy apartment with limited Bayview located perfectly for hiking in Pictured Rocks National Park. Yummy restaurants close by and owners very nice and accommodating.

Great Stay!

My husband and I celebrated his birthday and our wedding anniversary at this rental. Overall the place was very nice. It was clean, the owners were easy to get a hold of, and the location was great. The only slightly negative thing I would have to say is that the couch was pretty uncomfortable to relax on, but that's a really small complaint since we weren't in the apartment much. Thanks for helping make our celebration great!

Renew my spirit on Mother Superior.

Great location. Clean and quiet. The bar is beautiful- found a great beach almost deserted and spent 1/2 the day. Food was very good, sherry’s in ishpeming had the best blueberry pancakes(it’s a drive), Foggy’s had the best black and blue burger over ever had, made two meals out of it. (A must go) we’ll be back.

Second Stay

This was our second stay at the suite. It is conveniently located for dining in town, visiting Pictured Rocks, a day trip to Marquette or a stroll on Sand Point boardwalk. The suite is thoughtfully appointed and very comfy. The seating in the living space is very comfortable, The mattress is very comfortable. The shower is wonderful. There is great lighting for reading. My husband and I would most certainly book again for our stay in Munising.

Refreshing

Overall we were very satisfied with our accommodations in Munising. It was a very clean and well kept place. The location was great. We had a nice view of the bay. We did not know we would have to climb stairs to get to our rental. At 78 I was uncomfortable carrying luggage up the stairs. There was a handrail that helped me get to the next level. We may have looked elsewhere had we been made aware of the stairway issue. It was a short drive to beautiful Pictured Rocks. It is within walking distance to the Pictured Rocks

Great Location

We took advantage of the great location. Good beaches, hiking, kayaking, and close to restaurants. Be sure to walk over to Cap’n Rons for some great fish and chips!

I purchased this property as a retirement home and an income property with 2 apartments upstairs. The 2 apartments were 1 year leases all this time, however, I have always wanted to turn them into vacation rentals. Due to life circumstances, it has taken longer than I had expected! I renovated them 1 year ago and opened for the 2015 summer season. I have so enjoyed the process and love meeting all my guests. I am a proud lifelong resident of Munising and love showing off my community and the surrounding area to all.
