El piso superior es un espacio abierto al aire libre en dirección sur. Se ha diseñado para hacer que el Tagus imponga la vista de la vista de fondo, desde el atlético dentro - thru it's espe espejo de las puertas y ventanas - y se trata de la 180 ° abierta al aire libre.

Apt was in excellent condition and very comfortable. We loved the upstairs deck for happy hour. Henrique is an awesome host and personal guide. Two of our favorite dinners (in 17 nights) were a lovely walk from the apartment.
We had a fabulous lunch with Henrique at Bar do Fundo in Collares, the day of our private tour.

This was wonderful property in Lisbon. Our family of 5 fit comfortably and we loved our stay. We really enjoyed the cappuccino maker and the incredible view of the river from the 3 floor. The neighborhood was really nice with great restaurants very close by and we always felt very safe even late at night. There was plenty of public transportation near by and Ubers were cheap and easy to get as well. Henrique even picked us up in a car and took us on a delightful tour of Sintra attractions and showed us some of his favorite Atlantic coast beaches in including Cabo da Roca. We would definitely stay here if we visited Lisbon again.

Lisboa vacation

We enjoyed our time at this location. The apartment is spacious and light on a quiet street. The terrace was a nice treat after a long day of sightseeing. We used public transportation with the Navegante card that we loaded at the train station. We took the 28E tram also which was fun. Though my app says there was one bathroom, we really had two. Also, though my app says there was a dryer, I either couldn't figure out the settings and thought there was none (likely) or there really wasn't one. So I hung the laundry out the window on the lines provided like a local. They dried really fast so the lack of a dryer was no problem. So much so that I didn't think to ask about it. Henrique was very responsive when we had questions and was very helpful with suggestions.

Quiet, spacious, convenient

We had a great stay, away from other tourists in a neighborhood brimming with local charm (and peaceful). Be ready for steps and hills, but that’s life in Lisbon. Restaurants and groceries in easy walking distance, and hustle of tourist area less than 30 minutes walking or closer by ride share. Great view of the river and well appointed accommodations with room to spread out, and Henrique even offered to take us to Sintra (extra), which was a fantastic day in itself. Highly recommend!

We loved everything about this apartment! It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was wonderful and so nice to have 2 bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out. The loft area is big and the view is amazing! We loved the location because it was so quiet at night and easy to get places. Henrique is an amazing host and we highly recommend staying here!

Nice apartment in good location

Apartment is clean with 2 nice size bedrooms and 2 separate bathrooms with additional sleeping space in upstairs living room space. Plenty of space to spread out. Host was great to communicate with. Loved the attention to detail. Putdoor space was small but offered some great views. Location was good as well. Grocery stores and restaurants within walkin distance. Loved the coffee machine available.

Gorgeous Riverview in its center

This was by far my top places to go. I mean all was a wonderful experience. From A to Z. Spectacular service from the host who made us feel like home and gave us some super helpful advise. The place is wonderfully decorated with its Portuguese charm. Parking was not a big deal but do download the Telpark app. Top service again and wonderful host. Thank you Henrique. Abraços

Beautiful stay in a lovely neighborhood

We had a wonderful time at this location. The space itself is clean, sun-filled, and has plenty of amenities including laundry. The espresso machine was especially wonderful! The rooms were each nicely sized, and the upstairs area was perfect for hanging out. The ACs worked great, the accommodations were complete, and the view of the water from the upstairs balcony was a wonderful touch! Thanks to Henrique!

Perfect choice for quiet stay in Lisbon

Henrique’s apartment is well-located, spotless, comfortable and quiet! I’m a light sleeper and I must’ve read 1000 reviews of properties in Lisbon that warned how noisy the popular neighborhoods were; I am so glad I chose this place! Henrique met us at the apartment, helped carry our luggage (2 circular stair flights up) and was so gracious in showing us the features of the lovely apartment. He also provided recommendations for restaurants and shops nearby. (Our dinners at nearby Geographia and Come Prima were excellent.) it’s easy to walk to the popular Lisbon neighborhoods, and we also took trams, buses and Ubers. Got Obrigada, Henrique!

Fabulous Experience in Santos Neighborhood

This is a great place to stay when visiting Lisbon. We wanted to be away from the busy, touristy areas-but a short inexpensive Uber ride when we wanted to see the sites. Henrique is a great host with a beautiful, well equipped apartment. The place makes you feel like you live in Lisbon, instead of just visiting. Great restaurants a few blocks away. Beautiful location - Exemplary host

Henrique is an excellent host. He communicated without fail anticipating everything we would need to know. No surprises and very accommodating for our early arrival. This property is in a nice quiet neighborhood. Near all the main attractions but not too near. The main apartment is very nice, but the attic is spectacular. Enjoy if you go!

Didn’t want to leave!

Our stay at this duplex was exceptional. Everything was just perfect. Henrique could not have been a better host. He always replied within minutes of all my questions and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was stocked with all the necessities and it was here that we enjoyed the best coffee in Portugal with the delicious professional coffee maker in the kitchen. The apartment was impeccably clean and the view from the top balcony was incredible! It was in a nice quieter area but easily accessible to anywhere you want to go either by foot or public transport.

Comfortable Apartment in a Central Location

My family (4 adults and 2 children) had a lovely stay in this great apartment. The apartment was comfortable and spacious with a great loft and balcony to chill out in and admire the views. The apartment is centrally located with quick access to transport and is within walking distance of the city centre.

Great setup for a family of 6

The option upstairs was the setup for our group, which included 4 young adults. The bedrooms were comfortable and the apartment had air conditioning. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The entire setup was perfect for us. Our host was very accommodating.

Lovely Apartment

We had a great time in Lisbon. The apt. was really lovely, looking exactly like the pictures. We spent most of our nights on the outdoor balcony, sipping wine and chatting. There’s a terrific cafe nearby, which overlooks a small park. Henrique was a terrific host. He was very responsive and helpful, especially when we were stuck at the airport waiting for our luggage to arrive. If you get the opportunity, stay here. We recommend it!

Wonderful Stay in a great area

This was a perfect location for our family! The property was so clean and better than the pictures and description. It was ideal for three adults and 3 young kids. It was in a beautiful neighborhood within walking distance of a small market, really outstanding restaurants and easy access to public transportation. We were all comfortable and found all the necessary accommodations for our stay. Book your stay here for sure.
