Adagio es una comunidad exclusiva en el Golfo de México en Blue Mountain Beach, cerca de la Scenic Highway 30A. Adagio disfruta de 600 'de frente a la playa virgen, y es un complejo privado y cerrado que ofrece un ambiente seguro y confortable.

Adagio cuenta con dos piscinas espectaculares: la piscina del lado del golfo de 1.700 pies cuadrados se calienta y tiene un borde infinito con vistas a las aguas azul verdosas de la Costa Esmeralda. La piscina principal tiene unos increíbles 8,000 pies cuadrados que es fresca incluso en los días más calurosos e incluye tres niveles con fuentes y cascadas. CleanBeds are comfyAs pictured. Beautiful views - few minutes walk to beach Essentials were very minimal / not availableOnly had about 8 bath towels for 10 people for a weeks stay. However - they gladly brought us more NO food available at all -no spices, salt/pepper, condiments etc. No ice maker in bottom of freezer. Ice available on the door but ran out after 2-3 drinks. Be sure to set the ice production to maximum. However, still didn’t last long. MBR shower door repair was scheduled. We were notified 2 days before. Would have been considerate to let us know this on day of arrival or even prior to. Glass guy arrived - he had no idea what he was supposed to repair. Glass all looked fine. He ended up recaulking all of the glass. Was told the repair would take 15 min - took about an hour. Not that big of a deal just felt very inconsiderate of our time. Be sure to buy a ROKU stick of your own to use with this very outdated TV Unit is in desperate need of updating. We stayed at a very nice Adagio last summer that had a recent update - price was the same as this unit. WiFi not very strong Note: outlet by the end of the counter it will turn off the WiFiHousekeeping came at 7:30am day of check out. Rang the doorbell- before we could get to the door they were entering. They said they noticed the parking spaces for this unit were vacated. We had guests there that were not driving - they flew in. Their Uber was coming at 9:45.

Lovely condo

While we've been visiting 30A for more than 25 years, this was our first stay at Adagio. Lovely complex and great location. This 4-bedroom condo is very spacious and ideal for a family group -- we all had plenty of space and privacy. The porch overlooking the ocean was our favorite spot!

We usually run into the problem with seating and not enough chairs on the balcony for everyone but this one had plenty! The beds were very comfortable and the condo super clean. Loved all the inspirational beach paintings on the walls. I would definitely try to book this same condo again. The location is great to visit Seaside with plenty of small restuarants anc ice cream places to visit if you want to stay closer to the property. The grocery store and gas station are only a 5 min drive from the condo. Don't overlook the Irish pub across the street if you want a quick and yummy pizza!

Awesome Condo

Our family of 8 stayed here October 7th to 14th, 2023 and had a great time! The condo is beautiful and the third floor location in the facility couldn't have been any better. The balcony was spacious enough that all of us could be outside enjoying the beautiful views of the ocean and sunsets at one time. We called management office the morning after our arrival to request light blankets and within 10 minutes, the blankets were delivered to us. Our teenagers definitely enjoyed the pools and hot tub every day too. We all had a blast and would definitely rent this unit again.

The facility is not what it used to be and considering the expense to stay there I believe it should have been better. The pool walls were dirty, the facilities needed painting and cracks repaired. The elevator in our building would kick a breaker and it seemed normal that this happens. The cost of the beach chairs was very high and the space on the beach taken by this service was ridiculous. I spent $17K for two weeks there and was forced to get on the beach by 5:30am every day if I wanted any chance at having a space near or even in view of the water. I still love the area, the facility, the pool, etc. but it certainly felt much different this time around. The treatment we were given concerning the space on the beach, the real reason we are visiting, was extremely disappointing and frustrating.

Great week at Adagio

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It had been a few years since we had stayed at Adagio and was awesome to be back. Weather was perfect. Beach clean and water clear. We normally come in September but kids wanted to have a summer visit. 30A crowded but not terrible. Traffic to Destin is a little rough. We rented beach chairs for the group and it worked out great. Adagio staff was responsive to issues. Unit was super clean. As with many beach rentals the unit had a little wear and tear. Could use some new chairs for the dinning table. Big thanks to the cleaning staff. Kitchen fully stocked but oven needed better markings to set to cook. Here's the only issue - please gently enforce the rules. Some units leaving full trash bags outside the front door. Hot tub full of kids (12-14) after dark and could not get close to use the hot tub. Many people holding chairs at the pool and not showing up for hours. Not a huge deal but we do try to respect all but the rules do help keep Adagio a top destination. P.S. Greatly appreciate the staff's efforts during check in and check out. Went well and we were well informed on check in. I-65 traffic made us late but went well. Thanks to the team.

Condo good

Condo layout with 4 bead rooms was great. Beautiful views with many windows. Condo was very quiet and bedrooms had room darkening window drapes or binds. Only negative was the appliances. Fridges ice maker was stuck, toaster toasted half the bread, no light in oven, and dishwasher had to be restarted.

Love Adagio but …

This unit needs some work. The rug in the living area is filthy as well as the carpet in bedrooms need cleaning. The shower in the master bathroom has mold or mildew. The gas cooktop looks awful. The ice dispenser in the refrigerator did not work. Also there were huge roaches out on the balcony at night.

Wonderful!

What a beautiful property in a great location. Our balcony overlooked the pool and ocean, and we spent so much time out there. The accommodations were very nice and looked just like the pictures. My parents kept commenting on what a perfect condo we chose for this vacation with friends and family. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had prior to arrival and during our stay. We will stay here again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were supposed to be able to check in at 5 but the maids didn’t get there until 5:30. They spent 30 minutes cleaning so needless to say the unit was not clean. We had originally booked for the weekend before but the owners booted us out so had to postpone our trip to the next week. They did not bother to leave the unit until late that afternoon causing maid service to be delayed

One of the best views I've experienced on 30A

The beauty of this location and the comfort and luxury of the furnishings made sitting in the living area as much fun as sitting on the beach. High ceilings give the condo a comfortable spaciousness. Plenty of room for everyone with perfect privacy.
